Calling His Bluff

‘HAS anyone seen former Blockbusters host Bob Holness recently?

We ask only because as we follow Hello! into the Los Angeles house of style guru Mr Richard Blackwell, our host suddenly seems strangely familiar.

So what do we know of this Mr Blackwell, aside from the fact that every year he decrees the best and worst dressed women in Hollywood?

Not a lot is the answer - except that he is the spitting image of the man who urged us to go from gold to gold in 60 seconds or less.

”Can I have a pee, please, Mr Blackwell?” we ask as we enter his Hancock Park mansion to try to catch him off guard.

But there’s not a flinch as he urbanely ushers us into his magnificently appointed bathroom.

We start whistling the sax solo from Gerry Rafferty’s Baker Street, but still Mr B doesn’t let his guard down.
