No? One of them always wore a hat and they sang without instruments. And, er, that was it.

Doubtless, in some café-club in the Spanish Costas, the hat and his buddies are singing harmonious versions of the latest gangsta rap hits.

Meanwhile, back in Blighty, OK! has spotted the next big things in close harmony male singing lubricating their vocal chords at London’s Hakkasan restaurant.

They are Il Divo, and this week, David, Sebastien, Urs and Carlos will be eating Singapore fired noodles and saying things like: “Il Divo is like a woman – enchanting, unpredictable and never the same.”

And when you’ve fully digested that morsel, here comes a plate of stir-fried back pepper beef “garnished with a spectacular spray of fine rice noodles deep-fried until crisp”.

Looking up from the dish, Urs says, “We’re Queen without the guitars.”

And that’s Bailey’s crème brulee served with white chocolate and coffee bean ice-cream.

Which is like The Beatles without John Lennon and a sesame biscuit…’
