‘ELLE Macpherson is blessed. After having the good fortune to find her image pasted in Hello!s pages alongside that of Karl Lagerfeld, there she is now in close proximity to Victoria Beckham.

By the time we see Day-vid and Vicky walking hand in hand to a Madrid club, the footballers birthday celebration has already taken in gondolas in Venice and a suite at the citys Cipriani Hotel.
Suitably relaxed and tanned, Dave and Vics now step into the Buddha del Mar club, where they are joined by Liz Hurley (hideous pink trousers) and her man Arun (complementary hideous blue velveteen jacket).
And theres Geri Halliwell and David Furnish. Nice to see them out and about, doing their best to do for Vicky what Vicky did for Elle…’
