Happy As A Sandboy

‘IT could be a scene from a movie – not a movie Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are likely to star in, what with there being a semblance of plot and no guns.

‘She can say ‘sand’ in five languages’

Brad and Angelina are picnicking on the Namibian sands. Brad, dressed in khaki, crouches down to see what four-year-old Maddox has been up to with his paint brush.

Angelina is with young Zahara. There is a woven basket between them. Perhaps it contains a snake, or sand; there is so much sand.

It’s just the four of them in the desert, living without a care, at one with the elements and their love. And in case things get tricky, they’ve brought along a nanny, a can of fizzy drink, some Tupperware and a camera crew.

Brad and Angelina love Namibia. Their “philanthropic advisor” Trevor Neilson says, “Angie and Brad have a real love for the people of Africa and Africa itself.”

We hear that Angelina is “in love” with Namibia, the former German colony of South-West Africa.

So in love with the place that she is thinking of giving her baby a traditional Namibian name, like Jurgen, Hans of Brunhilde.

Or Sand…’
