NO sooner has Shiloh Nouvelle Jolie-Pitt (may her name live long in the pages of showbiz magazines) been given to the world, then we read that Tom Cruise wants another child.
It was cruel luck indeed that not long after Suri Holmes-Cruise floated down from outer space on a cloud of gas and air Heaven’s gates opened and set Shiloh free to dwell among us.
Poor Suri hardly had time to register her Internet domain name let alone start a religion, or even a small celebrity-led cult before Shiloh stole her thunder.
Now Tom and Katie Holmes want another one. Sure it will be hard to live up to the excitement of the first – sequels in Hollywood are always problematic and often a disappointment – but Tom and Katie are trying.
“Tom and Katie are so thrilled with Suri they want to have a second baby right away,” says a source in the Enquirer.
The insider goes on to say that Katie wants a sister or brother for Suri who is close in age.
So the clock is ticking and the happy couple are doing their utmost to give Suri a sibling.
And, perhaps, something to take the limelight away from the summer blockbuster that is Shiloh…
