i THINK iMUS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN FIRED. I MISS HIS SHOW. He could have done a lot more good by being on the air and serving as a catalyst for change. The big networks just caved in to Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, both of which have their own problems. If I could have my way, Imus would be back and Hillary would win as the first female President.

C. Vivian Stringer deserves credit for standing up for her team AND for Imus. Here is more of what she said:

"After a week filled with rancor and recrimination the Rutgers women’s basketball coach commended Don Imus today for meeting with her team well into the night just hours after being sacked by CBS. Let’s move on she [Charlene Vivian Stringer] said.”
CBS Reporter

"You know we seem to like a spectator sport putting people down stomping on their throat and making sure they’re dead and if their not we’re going to follow it up with how well were they dressed in the casket. We have got to stop.” [Extemporaneous remark by C[harlene] Vivian Stringer.]

[Later in the piece Coach Stringer said,] “Let this man have some level of integrity. Let him grow.” [Extemporaneous remark by C[harlene] Vivian Stringer.]

" 'We still find his statements to be unacceptable, and this is an experience that we will never forget.'

A little overdramatic, perhaps, but point made. And time to move on."

um. No sorry, if anything this is not dramatic enough. I understand that you possibly can not relate to the players or are perhaps are incapable of somehow putting yourself in this teams shoes, but let me assure you that this is in no way overdramatic.

It is time to empower women. It is time to vote in a woman. Vote Hillary and say no to nappy headed hoes. And yes to Mrs Bill Clinton…

Sorry again. Hilary is not the Answer to America's problems at this point.
