She Won’t Be Back: Help Schwazenegger Send Paris Hilton Down For Life
PARIS Hilton wants Californian Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to help her escape a jail term.
She has placed a petition on her MySpace website. Others have issued other petitions. Some of them can be seen here.
Sign it and keep Paris out of jail. Sign another one and send her there for life…
Paris Hilton has made a living off of being and doing absolutely NOTHING! I have no hidden agenda or vendetta….I just feel that it is only right that she serve her time.
This petition is to make certain that the celebutant Paris Hilton is held accountable for driving on suspended license while on probation.
I believe that Paris Hilton should serve her sentence like any other California Citizen who violated the terms of probation on SEVERAL occasions. Any other person would not get off by stating they “didn’t know”.
This petition asks Governor Schwarzenegger to ignore other petitions asking for clemency and show the people of California that no one is above the law. This petition asks that Governor Schwarzenegger do everything in his power to ensure that Paris Hilton serve her full 45 day sentence.

Hilton belongs in jail.
Just start counting it up: Original charge - reckless driving while intoxicated. Fined, license suspended and ordered to do alcohol-driving classes. Violations: Didn’t do the classes or even register after several months. Probation violation Drove, got stopped and told license suspended. Probation violation and criminal offense of driving on suspended Drove, got stopped and told license suspended - 2nd time Probation violation and criminal offense of driving on suspended Drove, was SPEEDING over 34 mph above limit and at night with NO headlights (3 separate offenses), and got stopped (3rd time). Probation violation plus criminal violation of driving on suspended, criminal violation of reckless (no light) and criminal violation of reckless (35mph above speed limit.) She got off lightly - any where else they would have charged a FELONY driving on a suspended when she did it the 3rd time. Felony = 1 year or more in jail. Add on 2 more counts of reckless driving for up to another 6 months each and she could easily be pulling 2 years if the sentences were run consecutively.
She belongs in jail. She is laughing at the court system. Be fair to all and let the scales of justice swing even.
