We also want a Graduated Driving Licence that covers the vulnerable period after the practical driving test. However, any legislation requires an increased police presence on the roads and cannot rely on cameras alone to enforce rules that are intended to save lives. Learn and Live has been campaigning for safer driver training since 1989. Many of our supporters have lost their children as young drivers or their passengers.
