Thierry Henry Goes And Korenke Wants To Underwrite Arsenal
THIERRY Henry is leaving Arsenal. But they are not the same club that made him into a world star. Have faith Gooners:
Stan Kroenke has offered to underwrite a multimillion-pound transfer budget for Arsenal but the club’s directors are determined to go it alone.
Arsenal’s capacity to compete in the transfer market has frequently been called into question and uncertainty surrounds the position of the manager, Arsène Wenger, beyond the expiry of his contract in 12 months. With that in mind, Kroenke has suggested ploughing fresh funds into the club. “It seems that the anxiety about Stan Kroenke and his intentions has been well documented,” said a source close to the American billionaire. “But he’d like to support Arsenal.”
What next?

If Arsenal Buy Anelka & Tevez, Henry will not be missed, some games last season Henry didn’t look interested.

Henry is crazy to go to Barca. Arsenal were his team and could very definitely win the European Cup. At Barca, he will be one of Ronaldinho’s mates because he is the leader of that squad.
Arsenal need to buy a world class striker or two, but they are mad to let Henry go for only £16 million. Thierry is a great player but I won’t cheer a moment for him at Barca and I hope the Catalans are relegated and crash into the UEFA Cup or worse. They throw money around and talk about how fabulous they are but they barely beat a 10-man Arsenal side in the Champions League Final last year and crashed out in the same round this year as the Gunners.
Now Wenger can really build, if the Board will have the common sense to make Kronke a partner instead of reactionarily freezing him out as they did Dein. Dein needs to return and the board needs to welcome their new partner. If not, sack the lot of them.

Chin up, Gooners. We need hungry players. And if Henry is full to bursting then he must go. Walcott, Babel, Van Persie, Diaby, Adebayor and Cesc - the future. Players come and players go. Henry wants to win things - and advertise a Seat Panda. Great player. No Bergkamp. But brilliant on his day.

I have mixed reactions towrads this deal. On the one hand, Henry has been the face of Arsenal Football Club. When people think of Arsenal they think of Henry. The same goes with Barca and Ronaldinho, AC Milan and Kaka.FRom this standpoint its sad. Also, who is going to fill his shoes? Lets face it, with the exception of Van Persie, no other arsenal striker is ready to fill those shoes. Also I think we got ripped off. On the bright side Henry looked past his best and you could tell that his mind was not focused during games. If this was swap deal invoving Eto’o I would have been very pleased. But for now we have to sit back and see how the professor is going to fix this.

If Henry is going den wheres da £25 £30million for him. Not 16million Euros. That ent evan £10million. If its true aswell that were tryin to get Tevez den were replacin an awesum striker with an evan better striker. dont forget when world class players leave Arsenal they always end up doin crap. Look at Anelka, Veira to a lesser extent. Oh n about Kroenke the Arsenal board shuldstop being tight and let him invest alittle considerin he owns more of the club dan them.a little investment never hurt ne1. look at chealsea, man u, portsmouth, west ham nxt season, aston villa next season. well there you go

Henry will be sorely missed but dont forget wenger will not hurt arsenal he loves the club he will bring in someone who will be better than henry thats right i said BETTER. Remember anelka, vieira well henry will be added to the list when we lost anelka we got henry when we lost vieira we had cesc fabregas coming through dont panic gooners this is the start of a very good period i believe for the gunners. All i want to ask is why thierry if stan buys arsenal i must admit i will be pleased we need the money for experienced players BUT he must bring back david dein and then wenger will stay.

Arsenal is like a car without an engine when Henry goes…..they have to buy new equipment…..they will have work harder than ever b4, and they definitely have to improve their finishing skills…..gooo Gunnerzz !!
PS: The transfer fee for Henry seems a bit low though…just my thought !!
