Madeleine McCann Suspect Robert Murat Is Suicidal
ROBERT Murat is suspect number one in the case of Madeleine McCann. He is the only suspect. Read the case against him here.
As the Sunday Peopel reports his aunt Sally Everleigh tsays new DNA evidence will reveal her nephew did not kidnap Madeleine.
Sally, 56, said: “Robert is completely innocent but his life has been ruined by the most disgusting and cruel allegations imaginable.
“His only crime was wanting to do anything he could to help find a missing four-year-old girl.
“As a father himself, he knew Kate and Gerry McCann must have been going through hell.
“But, suddenly he was accused of taking Madeleine himself - and branded a paedophile, a pervert and God knows what else.”
She said Murat, 33 - whose daughter Sofia is Maddie’s age - has been driven to the brink of suicide since he was arrested 11 days after the tot vanished.

“Everything he says is twisted because people believe the sick gossip.
“If the police would allow it, he says hewould happily take a lie detector test to prove his innocence. But would that put an end to this?
“He has had hate mail - really awful stuff - and he thinks he will get physically attacked in the street.
“Someone went up to his mother the other day and shouted, ‘Give that child back!’

I’ve been interested by this debate. My position is in line with Hal and Julie. I am disappointed that there are still those irrational people about: judge, jury and executioner. Are you Daily Mail (UK) readers by any chance?
We can all have suspicions, but it is ridiculous to say that people do not get arresed without there being guilt (no smoke without fire etc). Maybe a trip to Guantanamo Bay would change minds. Keep up the good work, Julie.

I strongly believe Robert Murat knows what happened to Madeleine, and he should be answerable because it seems he masterminded the kidnaping of the poor little girl. He might have been not the one who went into the room of Madeleine to pick her but he was supervising it. Why the police are not telling us what they found on his mobile phone and computer machine. Coming to Malinka the Russian expert, both him and Murat they said they know each other on business level when he created his website, what a cheat; why Murat has to make llate night phones to Malinka and what time did Murat send or receive the email mentioning the kidnaping of an English girl. He sold Madelein to his fellow paedophiles or he is still keeping her for his business. We are tired of these paedophiles who live among us. Something stong need to be done to them. Bring Madeleine to her parents soon.

I have one simple question to ask here - HOW MANY OF YOU WHO HAVE PUBLICLY CONDEMNED AND “HUNG” ROBERT MURAT ALREADY, WOULD BE PREPARED TO PUBLICLY WITHDRAW YOUR ACCUSATIONS OF HIM SHOULD HE BE FOUND TO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MADELEINE’S DISAPPEARANCE?
Very few I’d say! Because most of you thrive on what the media has to say!
This man has been branded with the “paedophile & pervert” mark for life, and all because ONE journalist found him to be “creepy” ….. things just “snowballed” from then on in. I’m starting to wonder about some of you that have done postings here!
I am prepared to publicly apologise on this site IF he is found to be guilty of “masterminding” the kidnapping of Madeleine McCann! However, bear in mind that I DID NOT accuse him publicly of things that were not yet proven!

Meanwhile, reliable people (Brits, we hope) are reporting more sightings of Madeleine on Malta than those three Portuguese kids did of the Virgin Mary at Fatima (the 13th day of six consecutive months in 1917, starting on 13 May).

Madeleine McCann vanished on May 3. Since then there have been several sightings of Maddie and police are now investigating thirty or so of those sightings in Malta. One report claims that a witness spotted a girl she believed to be Madeleine get on a luxury yacht. Police in Malta have been overwhelmed with sightings but are persuing every lead.
Police in Portugal are now looking very strongly at a new lead as well in their search for the 4-year-old Madeleine. They are following a tip based on the evidence of a Spanish journalist who has investigated pedophile ring. “This lead is being taken seriously,” police chief inspector Olegario de Sousa said. “We are going to follow this lead.”
Spanish journalist Antonio Toscano has been interviewed by Portuguese police for two hours.

Madeleine McCann sightings continue in Malta - Over twenty-five separate reports have come into police claiming to have seen a girl they believe might be Madeleine McCann.
The Daily Express reports that the total number of reported sightings of Madeleine in Malta has now reached twenty-nine since she disappeared on May 3 from her parent’s Portuguese holiday apartment in Praia da Luz.
Interestingly enough, a report says that a small girl resembling abducted Madeleine McCann was seen being taken aboard the yacht of a wealthy Arabic family, this is what police in Malta have been told. There has also been a sighting on a ferry on June 20

A Spanish journalist who claimed that the disappearance of four-year-old Madeleine McCann was linked to a international paedophile ring has been questioned by police.
A spokesman for Portuguese police said Antonio Toscano, 36, was interviewed by police for two hours yesterday but added that they were “cautious” about treating the information as a new lead.

All I had to do was Google your name. That’s what I mean, it’s a scary world. Try and limit use of your real name, especially if it’s unusual. The last thing you want is someone impersonating you online.
I forgive you for casting aspersions, and I implore you to pick and choose your sources of information more clearly in future.
I am merely angry that a man is perhaps being made to suffer unnecessarily, the life of his family ruined, because he tried to help. It’s barbaric. If he did hurt the child he’ll get what’s coming to him, if he didn’t? His life is ruined forever.

Nah, Christians Aflame isn’t my sort of thing tbh. I prefer toast. I also think you’ll find that calling someone illiterate is a bit different, in law, to implying that they are a criminal and a child molester.
Not very Christian to go around calling people a criminal or a pervert. I also believe that you should take “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone” a bit more seriously. There is no proof at all the Robert Murat is involved with this case. As a Christian you should know better than to judge people based purely on tabloid speculation. I think it’s you that needs to go to God and ask for forgiveness.

Bye Charly. Nice hearing your opinions. Your point about diffrent countries is very valid. What is acceptable in some countries/towns/families might not be in another. Same with the parents. They might live in a very safe environment and did not for a second think that leaving the kids in a resort hotel room will end their life as they know it. I feel deeply sorry for them. Regret is debilitating and what happened to this family is horrific.

Ciao to You all then as I will leave the list, but I still believe he (Murat) might be guilty, also because of the difference in mentality between England and where he lives now.
Regarding Julie and her comment regarding employers: we are from different countries. It is possible here to join maillists for short during work time while the others have their smoking break in the offices (or are not here yet). We work until 8.00 pm without overwork payment, so that’s okay.
If Murat has the child he reacted with thinking, not in affect, and then the kid might really still be alive. Should the parents read this list, I hope they are with me and understand how I mean it.
I still hope that Murat cheated us up to now and just wants to get a holy shine instead of being a divorced father who can never see his own daughter and wanted the world to see how he feels and that in perhaps another 50 days he might return the child.
By the way: a wacko (the one who killed in the film) is - referring to an internet entry - a russian like Murat’s friend.

To all of those who also agreed with my “advice” to certain people on this site, (who are exposing themselves to all sorts of legal implications with their “right to have an opinion”), I appreciate your responses. Whilst I am not a person who enjoys confrontation of any kind, I am of the strong opinion that people should not allow themselves to be brainwashed by media, and thereby possibly destroy someone else’s life.
