Abersoch A Lot For A Mobile Home
A MOBILE home in the Welsh resort of Abersoch on the Lleyn Peninsula is up for sale with a rather large price-tag of £500,000.
Half a million for a mobile home does sound rather a lot, and it is. However, this particular 42ft by 20ft property, situated in an uber-fashionable part of the Wales, does boast three bedrooms, an en suite tiled wet room with underfloor heating and a built-in blow dry system.
Still, there is a rather huge catch – while the purchaser will own the chalet, the site beneath the property is only on a renewable 20-year-lease.
Although, you could always pack the home on a lorry and move it somewhere else.

The english housing market is ridiculous , i live in Mexico and for 500000 you could buy a whole village on the coast , with better views better weather and cheaper local costs and its only a 10 hour flight. by the way the land would be yours and you could live in it all year . I have a luxury 4 bed house in the golf club built by a designer architect and it cost me 100,000 pounds 720m2 of land and 310m2 of construction . People who live in England are nuts.
