The private detective agency hired to find Madeleine McCann has admitted it does not like working for members of the public because it lacks the experience.
Outspoken Metodo 3 boss Francisco Marco is on record as boasting his firm is unique because it only works for companies and not private individuals.
And he has confessed the Barcelona-based agency has always targeted the business sector and tried to steer clear of investigating family problems like most private detectives.
The detectives hired by the McCanns have admitted that it does not like working for members of the public because it lacks the experience
The revelation raised fresh doubts about whether Gerry and Kate McCann, 39, have left the hunt for their daughter in the right hands.
Portuguese detectives have ridiculed Metodo 3’s private investigators as “irrelevant” and said they had failed to provide any new evidence in the sixth-month case.
Francisco Marco, director general of the family-run firm, invited ridicule recently by promising the McCanns he would find missing Madeleine within five months - and bragging on BBC flagship programme Panorama he was “100 per cent sure” she was alive and was “very, very close” to finding her.
His claim Metodo 3 only works for the business sector, made in a Spanish magazine, clashes with others that it is expert in finding missing people.
The agency is reported to have a 100 per cent success rate in tracking down missing persons and was credited with hunting down an infamous spy and arms dealer after seven years on the run from Spanish justice.
But its website list none of its work in finding missing people - just nine areas of expertise including fraud, information protection and patent and trademark falsification.
Metodo 3 was set up 21 years ago by Francisco Marco’s mum Marita.
In an interview published four years ago, he claimed: “There’s practically no firm that dedicates itself solely and exclusively to the company sector.
“All have their area dedicated to the private individual. Metodo 3 doesn’t enter that sector.
“As we’re not specialists in dealing with private individuals, we stayed away from this area.”
He added: “From the beginning the idea was that Metodo 3 would be a firm that would work for companies.
“Although in the mid-eighties it was not very normal to work only for businesses and private detectives mainly worked on family matters and infidelities, we decided our target was clearly the business sector.
“That’s the way we’ve kept things since.”
He went on to list five areas Metodo 3 specialised in - trademark protection, corporate fraud, insurance claims, franchises and new technologies.
He made no mention in the December 2003 interview of finding missing people - despite briefing journalists last month his firm had never failed to find a missing person including a teenage boy sucked into the murky world of under-age prostitution.
Metodo 3 are thought to be charging the McCanns £2,000 a day for their services.
So far they have pursued Portuguese paedophiles working to the orders of wealthy Moroccans, a blonde said to be the ex-lover of official suspect Robert Murat and a Madeleine lookalike in Bosnia who turned out to be a local pulling a tantrum with her dad.
German Michaela Walczuch was this week forced to deny she was the woman identified handing over a baby in a blanket to a mystery man in the Algarve town of Silves after Francisco Marco went on national TV to report the sighting.
A lorry driver who phoned Metodo 3’s hotline told investigators he recognised Michaela from photos.
The Jehovah’s Witness has insisted she has nothing to do with Madeleine’s disappearance and police have accepted she was at a prayer meeting on May 3.
Police sources told Portuguese newspaper Correio da Manha this week they had seen no evidence from the Metodo 3 investigators which suggested Michaela Walczuch was involved.
Metodo 3, thought to have been hired by the McCanns on the recommendation of a British-based risk consultancy, has a six-month contract with the couple.
Family spokesman Clarence Mitchell insisted this week: “We have every confidence in Metodo 3’s abilities to investigate Madeleine’s disappearance and at whatever stage, where it is relevant, they are happy to share information with the Portuguese police.”

I have just read about Kate McCann having undergone drugs testing AND the twins. They were both negative showing no drug use from up to 8 weeks prior to Madeleine being abducted. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it PJ!!! They are building their defence rightly so. By the way i do find it disturbing however that she could, like millions of other women suffered from post-natal depression and been taking ant-d’s to help and this would most certainly have gone against her through no fault of her own. We know Post-natal depression can strike at any time after a birth and last for years. I am glad she is clear though at it makes their case stronger and the Portugese press speculation look even dumber than it already is!
Oh and the twins were clear of any sedatives too- do you think PJ/press will apologise ??? nah me neither!

Hi All, Mike interesting that RM’s girlfriend was having her car fixed and this person was spotted in a hire car- maybe the car was not used for fear of DNA links to Maddie. Yep, my mind could be running away with me here but surely the hire company of the rental car will be able to ascertain who had this distinctive car on that day??? Do you think the PJ will have even checked???
Isla, your post about JW paedophiles sickened me, completely and utterly sickened me. How can anyone protect a paedophile- and allow them to go back ibto the community with ‘high standing’ . Such a secretive and frankly dated way of dealing with things- this is highly dangerous and paedophiles will be well aware of this…jumping through another loophole for their own convenience.
I am glad that Porter was sent to prison but it just wasn’t enough still. i mean he repeatedly abused his position of trust, abused the rights and violated the most vulnerable amongst us, the bastard should be given the lethal injection and be done with it, there, another disgusting brute dealt with, all gone!! One less to worry about and absoloutley no loss to society JW or otherwise. I am so glad i emailed the Judge in Bristol even if the sentance is pathetic. As you might be able to tell the steam is pouring (can steam pour???!) from my ears!

German-born Miss Walczuch, a mother of one, has dismissed claims that she could have been seen with Madeleine that night as “ridiculous and bizarre” and has threatened to take legal action.
She has failed to reveal, however, where she was on May 5 and June 15, when two separate witnesses claim to have seen her with Madeleine.
Mr Murat’s lawyer, Francisco Pagarete, claimed yesterday this was because her diary had been seized by the police some months ago and has not been returned.
He also revealed that Miss Walczuch’s Skoda car was having a gearbox problem repaired on May 5, the day a lorry driver claims to have seen her in the town of Silves, 25 miles away.
Mr Pagarete says this means Miss Walczuch was almost certainly in Lagos.
But the witness has told detectives the woman he later identified as Miss Walczuch was driving a hire car, described as “distinctive”.
Didn’t Robert Murat hire a car for a few days after Madeleine went missing, I wonder if that truck driver gave a discription of the hire car he saw and if matched the car Murat hired. ?

Seems a big change in the papers today they all say Madeleine is dead but the private investigatoras insist she is still alive and they are very very close to finding her, I wonder which is true the later I hope and that is what I feel in my heart, just not sure why someone would hold onto her for so long, if anyone is interested her is Matthew James transcipt from last night

It is clear that sightings of MM may well go a little quiet and subdued over the coming weeks … the 7 of Weapons is the reason … as there is the need for patience with all which has been reported and is going on. Temperance denotes the archangel of healing … this is the very thing which should be taking place from now … as wounds are licked and salt now rubbed gently away from open cuts.
Sketchy and speculative perhaps for the next few days or weeks. But the Priest and the 4 faces of the Prime of Spheres could be gleaned (or even spotted) by the clever minded. There is clearly a close call completely unexpected in the early days of December. MM still doesn’t make her presence felt I can see within this working. I have wondered about the Comare connection and there has been a lot of coverage on it on other forums, plus connection to Branson. I don’t know. I’ve also wondered about G. M’s. involvement in other areas of research. I think if there was any connection to ‘research’ they would most definately have taken a younger child. No, I still think that someone spotted Madeleine and particularly wanted her. It would make you sick.
As to ‘has anyone checked for sure that she was at that so called meeting that evening?????” someone on B. L’s site has said that she remembered reading that at some point that night she and Murat were together. I remember reading/hearing something like that too, so will check it out tomorrow.
My niece is a bit low between one thing and another. She looks skeletal, her lovely long blonde hair is gone, she has split with her boyfriend and will be having another course of chemotherapy soon, but of course she is still with us and hopefully she will make a full recovery. We didn’t think she would make her 19th birthday, but she has and we all focus on similar cases to hers who have survived. Thanks for asking after her.

There is a great deal on B. L’s website about Jehovah Witnesses right now. No doubt due to Murat’s girlfriend being one and saying she was at a meeting on the 3rd May. Not that that is so important as she was seen by the witness on the 5th (if it’s true). What I do find interesting is that there are a number of articles about J. W. paedophiles using the tactic of going round doors to find out where children are and when convicted being reinstated into ther Church. It reminded me of a case we discussed on here. Remember the English ‘guy’ who admitted to sexually abusing children as young as 10 months, got a light conviction and was then re-instated back into their Church and held onto his high position.

William H. Bowen, founder of a USA support group for victims of abuse, ‘Silentlambs’, states that it is quite common that no more than five months after being disfellowshipped convicted/confessed pedophile members of Jehovah’s Witnesses are reinstated.
Recently, in a press conference held by ‘Silentlambs’ it was announced that sixteen Americans molested as JW children gained a historic settlement from civil lawsuits filed against Watchtower. (Administrative name for Jehovah’s Witnesses)
Carit Stypinsky, the Public Relations spokesman for Jehovah’s Witnesses disagreed with the claims that Bowen stated to Kristeligt Dagbland on the amount of time it takes for a confessed child molester to be reinstated. “It does not take months, but we wait years before a disfellowshipped abuser is reinstated. Our first priority must be the children, but we will also take our Christian duties to assist the confessed pedophile serious,” he states.
According to Stypinsky, Jehovah’s Witnesses in Denmark annually report one to two cases of child molestation to the police. “The brothers or sisters that confess to abuse typically face some type of sanction that follows them if they move to another congregation.”
“Discipline within the congregation does not always mean disfellowshipping,” according to Bowen, “All it takes for a confessed abuser among Jehovah’s Witnesses that has not been disfellowshipped to start all over again is to change congregations. Elders are instructed to protect the molesters’ identity.” Currently a disfellowshipped Jehovah’s Witness, Frederick ”Rick” McLean from California, is one the fifteen most wanted men in USA because of numerous cases of molestation in various congregations.
Bowen himself was ordered to not report or warn the congregation about a fellow elder who moved to a congregation in West Kentucky in USA where Bowen was a member. Headquarters in Brooklyn, New York informed him to not report the matter to police and that only the local elders in his congregation could know information about the molester. This resulted in Bowen resigning as an elder after fifteen years of service. Bowen was a second generation member, active for forty-three years. Eighteen months later he was disfellowshipped for trying to help JW and XJW abuse survivors through the ‘Silentlambs’ organization.
Spokeswoman for ‘Silent Witnesses’, Maja Thorup says that the policy of Jehovah’s Witnesses is the same in Denmark as in the USA.
“I have never met one person who has at any time been informed about convicted pedophiles in the congregation,” she says. Jehovah’s Witness P R Spokesman, Stypinsky, disagrees.
“When a confessed pedophile changes congregation, we always inform the parents. A convicted pedophile can’t hold any position of responsibility in the congregation,” he states.
A background check for sex offenders might assist such problems. The sex offender database, which shows whether the person has been convicted for pedophilia or not, has been a matter of law since July 2005 to all persons that works professionally with children and teens under the age of 15, for anyone that also volunteers. Last year the government issued 172,394 background checks for the sex offender database. Jehovah’s Witnesses do not use background checks for members of their organization.
“We do not have any particular child and youth programs, so we do not find it relevant to use sex offender background checks,” states JW spokesman, Stypinsky.
The procedure according to Stypinsky is that the elders always ask any candidate for positions of authority if he is has a history of child molestation or has tendencies to want to molest children. If the candidate answers, “No” then the elders consider this as adequate proof that he isn’t a pedophile.

Molestation: Jehovah’s Witnesses are under pressure.
The accusations about pedophile members are increasing as sixteen American Jehovah’s Witnesses that were molested as children received large settlements from Watchtower (administrative name for Jehovah’s Witnesses) in exchange for “gag orders” to never talk about being molested. In Denmark a new association called ‘Silent Witnesses’ offers help and support for the JW Danish victims.
“A Paedophile Paradise,” is the way William H. Bowen, National Director of USA based ‘Silentlambs’, an organization that helps victims of Jehovah’s Witness paedophiles puts it. In Denmark the Watchtower is subjected to similar sentiments.
“There is a real protection in being a paedophile among Jehovah’s Witnesses in Denmark, where they prefer to use policy to support the paedophile instead of the children. The children are on the bottom of the hierarchy in the sect and they are indoctrinated to obey and rarely dare to stand up to adults. On the rare occasion when a molested child comes forward with an accusation, they are met with a wall of distrust and policy application that make the victim feel like a liar,” says spokeswoman Maja Thorup of the ‘Silentlambs’ Danish sister organization, ‘Silent Witnesses’.
How many cases of molestation there are among Jehovah’s Witnesses in Denmark is unknown. Jehovah’s Witness spokesman admit to reporting a couple a year but the real number is far higher according to Maja Thorup and ‘Silent Witnesses’.
According to the organization, ‘Save the Children’ every tenth child in Denmark is molested.
“Still it was only about twenty years ago that professionals started to talk about sexual exploitation of children,” says psychologist Kuno Sorensen from ‘Save the Children’.
“But we have accepted the fact that sexual molesting of children does occur – also in Denmark. The next and important step is to go to the authorities when we suspect that a child is molested. It might be very difficult to do this because we feel uncertain and fear we might be wrong. But it is possible to discuss this uncertainty anonymously with the police or other authorities like medical professionals and others that has much knowledge and experience with molested children,” says Kuno Sorensen
“Sadly such openness does not exist among Jehovah’s Witnesses,” remarks Thorup.
“Such a procedure is very difficult for a molested child among Jehovah’s Witnesses because a Witness child is aware of the enormous risk they take by confronting an adult, they risk getting in serious trouble themselves for confessing to molestation, so they stay silent and become traumatized, many for the rest of their lives. For these reasons even as adults many are afraid to speak out about their abuse.” she adds.
One reason for this is that they don’t want to be in the public limelight but also according to Thorup, they fear sanctions and shunning (disfellowshipping) from Jehovah’s Witnesses if they still have friends and family there.
An example of this in practice is a recent case when Jehovah’s Witness parents discovered that their six year old son was forced to perform oral sex in the Kingdom Hall (church building) at Amager, by a fifty-five year old man who also was a Jehovah’s Witness.
When the elders investigated, the child could not produce a second eye witness and so the case was dismissed on lack of evidence and the man of course did not confess. The molester to this day remains a Jehovah’s Witness in good standing, with all his privileges intact as he continues to have access to young people and children and goes out in the door to door service alone.
Jehovah’s Witnesses suggest that there is no need for an organization like ‘Silent Witnesses’.
“Of course we do not support paedophiles,” says spokesman Stypinsky and in his opinion Jehovah’s Witnesses is ahead of the rest of religions, because the sect has had an action plan in cases of molestation for twenty five years, which involves automatic reporting the matter to the police as well as talking to both parents and the accused. In later years this has been followed up with informational material in their magazines and special talks about the problem.
“We do of course regret that things can go wrong. But as an organization we can’t do any more. In fact we already do more than most churches, the Danish church included,” remarks Stypinsky.
Maja Thorup disagrees.
“This isn’t at all what we at ‘Silent Witnesses’ hear from those individuals that have been victims of molesters among Jehovah’s Witnesses. Victims say that Jehovah’s Witnesses do not help, they silence children while giving pedophiles privileges and protection.”

Speech isn’t counterfeit, it is truth and the only thing that works when one wants to stop paedophile Jehovah’s Witnesses, says Maja Thorup who is spokeswoman for the new association “Silent Witnesses” that offers help to those who have been sexually abused by paedophile Jehovah’s Witnesses. Maja Thorup was herself a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses as a child but she was not molested. But she did not escape what she today describes as brainwashing.
“As with most cults, the leaders in Jehovah’s Witnesses prefer to decide what their members can think and what their opinion should be so they can fully exercise control over them,” says Maja Thorup, who left the Watchtower Society as young person without much drama. After some years she joined the organization again, but 8 years ago she left again, for good, due to the organizations’ version of love she describes as ice cold.
Until recently this 45 year old woman managed to let go of the Watchtower indoctrination just last winter. As most ex Jehovah’s Witnesses she held a deep fear of Armageddon – doomsday for those with the wrong faith – which basically means Jehovah’s Witnesses and no one else will enter an eternal life in glory while everyone else will suffer and die.
“This fear of punishment from God is deeply indoctrinated into the children in the sect from an early age and is used as a tool by the elders and the leaders,” says Maja Thorup.
She didn’t break with the Witnesses because of the pedophile cases, that realization came much later in the form of an article in one of the magazines printed by the sect, The Watchtower. After this she started to gather information which also became a personal process of liberation for Maja Thorup.
“When I finally was able to come to peace within myself a lot of emotional baggage was released and I started Silent Witnesses,” says the woman from Lemvig, which presently is a housewife with husband and 3 children.
Maja Thorup is fully aware that she risks a lot of inconvenience because of the new association, which will include resistance and criticism that might cause her to have to appear in public debates. But that goes with the territory although she likes an anonymous life better.
“The issues are too important for me to think about myself,” she says and adds that she is not afraid.
Maja is aware of cases where ex members and critics of Jehovah’s Witnesses have been threatened. She expects anonymous phone calls and letters but announces that it won’t stop her.
Maja Thorup has courage which she found when overcoming her inner fear. The fact that Maja Thorup has great strength does not surprise those who know her. She is motivated by love, compassion and consideration for all those who has suffered such injustice, says the press release.

Jehovah’s Witnesses Accused of Pedophile Paradise
A newly started association with the purpose of protecting children among Jehovah’s Witnesses now accuses the organization of protecting pedophile members, reports the paper Kristelig Dagblad.
The Catholic Church isn’t the only one who suffer from scandals regarding pedophiles. Jehovah’s Witnesses in Denmark suffers from problems with pedophiles too.
Spokesman Carit Stypinsky from Jehovah’s Witnesses admits that they report 2 or 3 cases a year to the Danish police. “The real number of molesters is far higher in my opinion,” says Maja Thorpe, spokeswoman for the newly started “Silent Witnesses” association which assists molestation victims from Jehovah’s Witnesses.
She claims that Jehovah’s Witnesses are protecting the pedophiles. “Jehovah’s Witnesses are protecting the adult molester and not the children who are at the bottom of the hierarchy,” she states.
An example of a recent concrete case involves a pedophile Jehovah’s Witness is reported from Aarhus in 2004. A 35 year old father reported his own father for molesting his granddaughter who was 8 years old when the abuse started.
The man was found guilty and sentenced by the court but remains a Jehovah’s Witness in good standing, even though according to the spokesman Carit Stypinsky there are precedents for disfellowshipping members found guilty of pedophilia.
“According to our guidelines there are degrees of sanctions,” says Carit Stypinsky, who is angry about the accusations from “Silent Witnesses” that Jehovah’s Witnesses protects pedophiles.
“On the contrary we are ahead of most religions when it comes to protecting children against being molested,” he says, and points to arrangements where convicted pedophiles are never left alone when they represent the Watchtower Organization in the door to door work.

Before the Watchtower would settle the cases the victims were required to agree to a so-called “gag order”, which prevents the victims from being able to speak publicly about their abuse or the size of the compensation. Such a possibility does not exist in the Danish judiciary system.
Assistant professor in religious studies at Syddansk University Center, Anikka Hvithamar, warns against creating scapegoats in Denmark and urges people to consider if there is a difference between Jehovah’s Witnesses and the rest of the Danish society.

This is similar to a post I made earlier but wanted to point something out. The ONLY aspect of this case that has concerned me was the proposed behaviour of the cadaver dogs, as it wasn’t something I read in the Press but was a televised statement given by Da Sousa. Since then I have been having a look at articles on sniffer/cadaver dogs. There is very little on the latter (maybe a fairly new skill?) but there is a great deal on sniffer dogs and how often they get it wrong. Statistics suggest between 30% to 50% of the time.
The article that I am going to post is another from the PJ (and sorry similar to the last) but if you read between the lines it would seem that the cadaver dog behaviour (dead) can’t be so valid at all.

I suspect the motive behind the PJ wanting M3 detectives out of Portugal is more about Portuguese/Spanish historical issues that have been ongoing for centuries which exacerbates their fear of the Spanish solving this case. There could be no greater humiliation for the Portuguese, especially PJ.

His comments in Portugese magazine Visao are the clearest sign yet that authorities fear Madeleine will never be found alive and those behind her disappearance could escape justice.
The McCanns’ spokesman Clarence Mitchell said: “Making these comments is entirely unhelpful. We still firmly believe Madeleine is alive.”

I really am glad to hear that you are American, because that will excuse your comments about the Portuguese police doing ‘a superb job’. What fairy story have you been reading - they have made an absolute mess of the whole heartbreaking situation from day one. Even the new police chief has admitted that it was a shambles - why do you think Amaral was taken from the case - because he was a big fat self important pig who was more concerned about filling his face with food and drink rather than searching for Madeleine. If he had done his job properly in the first place, she would most probably have been found within the first few days, and all of this torment would be over. I cannot understand people like you who call the McCanns, I would be interested to learn what you would have done had you been in their situation, God forbid. It is so obvious that they love their daughter dearly, they want her back, and they will go to the ends of the earth to get her back. They have used every means possible within their power, and I am sure I would have done the same. The most upsetting part of it all is there is still no news of Madeleine, after nearly seven long months. We, on this forum are feeling so desperate because we can’t do anything to help this child, so how on earth will her parents be coping. They have pulled out all the stops but up to now nothing seems to be working. She must be alive, and WILL be found, anything else would be unbearable.

This case, I am convinced, will not be closed without conclusion - the PJ are absolutely right to not speak about a case during its investigation - remember the MCs spouting about how absolutely confident they were that they were not suspects - few weeks later - BINGO -both of them suspects. Remember *quote* “We will not leave Portugal without Madeleine”? Soon as the shit hits the fan - they are out of Portugal in a heartbeat. I would like to hear about one consistant quote. NO stone unturned - give us your money and we will search - what are they doing back in the UK then? they should be turning stones in Portugal, or Spain or Morocco, or Malta, or Holland, or Germany, or wherever - whoooopss sorry, maybe they are looking under stones in Leicester= maybe they think she is back in the UK? The Porteugese Police are very intelligent and have always been on top of this case, they know what they are doing and a more uncooperative group such as the mcscams have concocted I have never seen. Portugal’s top law officer has made an astonishingly brutal assessment of the chances of Madeleine McCann being alive by claiming: “If she was kidnapped, it’s natural her abductor has already killed her.”
Police have already admitted they think Madeleine is dead if her parents were involved in her disappearance.
In a thinly-veiled attack on Gerry and Kate McCann, Attorney General Fernando Jose Pinto Monteiro claimed the huge publicity surrounding the case would have turned Madeleine into a liability if she had been abducted.
He said: “There’s a greater possibility of the girl being dead than being alive.”
And seconding the pessimism of police chiefs about solving the case, he added: “If you asked me at this moment in time if I was going to discover anything, I’d have to say ‘I don’t know.’”
Pinto Monteiro’s comments, made in an interview with Portuguese current affairs mag Visao, were are being seen as the clearest sign yet authorities fear Madeleine, four, will never be found alive and the people behind her mystery disappearance will escape justice.
Portuguese police have admitted before they believe the chances of finding Madeleine alive are slim - but never so blatantly as the country’s Attorney General.
Earlier this year tough-talking Pinto Monteiro compared Portugal’s public prosecution service to a medieval fiefdom in an extraordinary attack.
He also admitted he had no control over the police and could not guarantee they were not acting outside the law.
The law officer insisted in his latest interview the Madeleine McCann probe was not directed at proving she died by accident in her holiday apartment before parents Gerry and Kate, 39, helped dispose of her body.
Detectives led by Paulo Rebelo are thought to have placed this theory at the top of their list after a thorough review of the work done by former lead investigator Goncalo Amaral.

But Pinto Monteiro said: “All lines of inquiry are being pursued. There’s not one that excludes the others.”
And facing down claims the inquiry is being hampered by lack of money, he insisted: “More resources have already being spent on this case than on any other.”
His attack on the McCann publicity campaign and his downbeat assessment of the chances of solving the mystery of Madeleine’s whereabouts, are not the first by Portuguese authorities.
Alipio Ribeiro, Portugal’s most senior police officer, claimed last weekend: “I still don’t know if there are going to be any arrests over Madeleine McCann’s disappearance.
“A criminal investigation cannot produce miracles. We still do not have the solution.” And police trade union leader Carlos Anjos has described the publicity drive by Kate and Gerry McCann as a “monster” which could have put her in danger.
“The McCanns created a monster of information about the Maddie case which they then lost control of,” he said. Pinto Monteiro has previously made a withering attack on his country’s Ministerio Publico - Portugal’s equivalent of the Crown Prosecution Service.
He said: “The Ministerio Publico is a feudal power at the moment. There is a count, a viscount, a marquis and a duke.”
Asked whether as Portugal’s top law officer he could assure the public their police weren’t acting ‘freewheel’, he admitted: “No, I can’t guarantee that. I don’t have control over them.”
Portuguese daily Diario de Noticias yesterday rubbished reports in rival paper 24 horas that police were preparing to “pack their bags” and give up on the Madeleine McCann case.
It said Paulo Rebelo’s team still had work to do on the Algarve and would continue to speak discreetly to workers at the holiday complex Madeleine vanished from to detect “inconsistencies” in the original statements of her parents and their holiday friends.
Gerry and Kate McCann have been made official suspects or ‘arguidos’ by Portuguese police alongside property developer Robert Murat, 34.

The Porteugese Police are doing a superb job. The U.K should be ashamed of themselves, they’ve done nothing but hinder this deplorable situation, right from Gordon Brown and the one who thinks money is all powerful. Money does not change wrong to right. Every once in awhile someone does have something missing (called a conscience) but it is very rare. Anyone with information that will stop this circus and find justice for Madeleine should now speak to the Porteugese Police or it will haunt them for the rest of their lives, that’s IF they have a conscience and most people do. It comes down to: Do the right thing.

Does anyone really want to know where Madeleine is? I’d say the mcscams are making a mockery of Madeleine’s life and they will not get away with anything. In time their guilt will win out, it always does. Anyone remember Jon Benet’s mother, finally died of Ovarian cancer. Took time but it happened. Anyways, back to the present, wish the Porteugese Police would haul the mcscams sorry arses into the station and MAKE THEM ANSWER THE 40 (or is it 100) questions now. It’d be a good place to pick up on. Madeleine’s body is under a rock or some form of concrete, I know, I see dead people.

I’d like to say to all the ‘usual posters’ on this site:- over the months we’ve seen numerous new posters like ‘annie1′ come and go, I’m sure I don’t have to tell you who else I mean. What they achieve is to waste our precious time and they seem to get enjoyment out of deliberately ‘pressing our buttons’ to provoke an angry or defensive reaction.
Their negative opinionated b*ll***t only serves to distract us from the real reason we’re visiting this forum - to do something/anything to help with the hunt for Madeleine.
Personally each time I see a new post from annie1 I now skip over it as I know it’s only going to be more poison against the McCanns, and nothing informative or useful about Madeleine. I don’t have time to waste on her and I suggest that if we all do the same, she’ll stop baiting us because she won’t get any satisfaction from our reactions. Perhaps then she’ll either transfer her opinions to another site or join in with reasonable discussions with us which do not end in playground-like slanging matches which don’t help Madeleine and are a waste of everyone’s time.

Madeleine McCann was kidnapped by a paedophile ring linked to the covert German DVD intelligence agency;
Madeleine was taken out by sea, the original destination was adjacent to the port of Antwerp, she was held for 14 days on a specially equipped vessel in Moroccan territorial waters without the consent of Morocco and she is probably now on Belgian territory;
The involvement of Portuguese, Belgian and German intelligence indicates that the political situation in Europe will deteriorate if this crisis is not resolved quickly;
The murder of Madeleine McCann, effectively at the instigation of the German State would lead to a major Anglo-European crisis and rightly so.
PAEDOPHILE RINGS . There are a number of high-ranking paedophiles in Lisbon, and abductions of young children in Portugal, followed by their eventual murder after unspeakable horrors, is sadly a feature of Portuguese political life, ditto Belgium, where at least two rings, one tied closely to the European Commission, continue to operate. . From the national security standpoint paedophile politicians and senior officials are a menace - they are invariably weak, hopelessly compromised and vulnerable to blackmail by the covert intelligence agencies, all reporting to the German DVD, which control the rings.
RUN-UP TO THE KIDNAP The McCann family (left Rothley, Leicestershire, England for a much-anticipated holiday at Praia da Luz on the Algarve on Saturday 28th April 2007, flying to Faro, Portugal. Praia da Luz and the Mark Warner Ocean Club complex in particular were held out as a safe family destination. The Portuguese authorities must have been aware of organised paedophile activity in the Faro region in the run-up to 3rd May. Several children had either been abducted, or had survived abduction attempts, in the six months prior to the McCanns’ arrival.
On either the 29th or 30th April Madeleine was photographed using a digital camera, very possibly a mobile (cell) phone camera, on an Algarve beach, probably Sagres, near This photograph, together with possibly two others (the reporting is unclear) were sent on or about 1st May, as e-mail attachments, from a computer in Praia da Luz used by an intelligence gatherer for the Lisbon ring, who has been interviewed by Portuguese police, to an e-mail address in Brussels linked to the Belgian ring closest to the EU. The paedophile being serviced in Brussels seems to have specified blonde-haired girls, aged about 5, preferably British. Reporting suggests that, tragically for her, Madeleine was selected by this morally worthless individual, who must have appreciated that she could not be released alive after he had finished abusing her.
Also on 1st May the motor yacht Stentor, flying the Dutch flag, pennant number 6571ZG1999, home port Sneek, owner J, a subject of Her Netherlands Majesty, operating from Amsterdam, sortied from Portimao, positioning itself at the Lagos Marina, about 5 statute miles from the Mark Warner Complex.
J seems to have made contact between 1st and 3rd May with Sergey Malinka, a Russian Federation Citizen, interviewed by Portuguese Police (but only after media inquiries had linked him to the only formal suspect, a British Citizen named Robert Murat, and he was tipped off, allowing him to wipe his hard drive) who is understood to have come under SVR investigation and may have been linked by them to a DVD-controlled narcotics trafficking ring, trafficking Northern Valley cartel cocaine to the Iberian Peninsular via the Gulf of Guinea, using a transhipment point on an island in the Sao Tome and Principe group known to the DVD.
The McCann family was placed under surveillance from 1st May. The routine followed on 3rd May had already been followed on previous nights, although not every night. The last check on the children was at about 2010Z.
In the afternoon of 3rd May the motor yacht Panic II, Dutch registry, owned by A (whose full details again have been communicated to AIVD in The Hague), pennant number P2006/39060, home port Hellevoetsluis Netherlands positioned from Portimao, where she had arrived on the 1st, to Lagos. She waited there until about 1945Z, just before the marina was shut at 2000Z by lowering a lifting bridge, then moved out beyond the lifting bridge, where she was moored to a pontoon on the port side of the small canal leading to the open sea, where she waited.
Sergey Malinka left his home in Praia da Luz some time between the Panic II’s arrival and Madeleine’s kidnap. It is believed he was in communication with A and his wife on board the Panic II.
Drs Gerry and Kate McCann seem to have been under continuous surveillance by a male, name unknown, possibly of Spanish or Moroccan nationality. 17. At around 2035Z heavy shutters to a ground floor window to the McCanns’ ground floor apartment were forced open and entry was gained through the window, which was not particularly secure once the shutters had been opened.
There was a team of two, a man and a woman, who spoke English. there is reason to believe each of the males (one on the ****** team and one keeping guard) was equipped with a Makarov 9 mm semi-automatic pistol, fitted with a silencer. The woman was also probably armed, possibly with a smaller calibre Beretta, again fitted with a silencer.
Since the reporting of COMINT traffic suggests that Madeleine was to be abused by a high-ranking Brussels-based official in the EU the operation clearly involved her eventual murder.
The Panic II waited whilst Madeleine was seized from the apartment. Seemingly reliable eyewitnesses report seeing a child answering Madeleine’s description being taken in a white Renault (it was a Clio) from Praia da Luz towards Lagos and being taken, struggling, towards the marina in Lagos itself. It does not appear that she was drugged. The Panic II sortied at about 2115Z, having filed a destination report of Albufeira, about 3-4 hours sailing time away, an odd time to set sail on a holiday cruise.
She seems to have rendezvoused, using GPS, at sea, doubling back on her original easterly course once over the horizon, with the Stentor, which arrived in Albufeira on 5th May, having given an original destination of Sines, on the west coast. She left again on the 6th, ostensibly headed for Lisbon.
The Panic II never arrived at Albufeira, ie we have two yachts giving seemingly false destinations, indeed the author has seen no reporting of the Panic II after 3rd May. Neither owner of these yachts has come forward, which calls for comment in itself since they were first two boats out of Lagos after the kidnap and it has been reported widely that an eyewitness saw a young girl looking like Madeleine being dragged towards the marina.
Reporting suggests that at least part of these transfers was caught by Low Light Level (LLL) electro-optical imagery from a US (NRO) KH-13 recon satellite in non-geostationary earth orbit. In the author’s estimation the original intention was to take Madeleine to a small harbour or inlet on the north Belgian coast, with say a 10 nautical mile radius of Antwerp, using up to 4 yachts, with at-sea transfer co-ordinated using GPS, which would attract little suspicion at this time of year, especially if their starting point was well away from Portugal no sign of her on the CCTV tape taken at a petrol station on the A22 expressway, which appears to catch the ****** team of two men and a woman in the Renault Clio. The Renault Clio ends up at a safe house near National Route IV, within a 25-mile radius of Valdepenas, in the Toledo Region of Spain, south of Madrid. Reporting also suggests this facility includes a converted barn, where ’snuff’ movies have been shot, Given the pressure now being applied on the safe house it is not unreasonable to suppose that the ****** team may have been ordered south to Morocco.
The People report, which quotes sources “close to the investigation” suggests that GCHQ have been monitoring relevant mobile phone calls from Morocco, with references, unsurprisingly, to a German. THE RV NAOMI CORLETT 25. Reporting placed Madeleine on the RV Naomi Corlett as long ago as 18th May. This intelligence was passed immediately to the Operation Task incident room at Leicester, but it was accorded a low priority, even after the one-day conference on Thursday 24th would have been sound had there been any intelligence placing the Naomi Corlett in the territorial sea of Portugal. believed Madeleine was being held.
Satellite coverage of the Moroccan coast, inevitably, is intermittent, giving windows of opportunity to the ring to move Madeleine onshore or to another vessel, perhaps briefly going to sea for that purpose.
The Moroccans should still be asked to board and search the Naomi Corlett, since it is the best lead to Madeleine. There is recent (3rd June) OSINT reporting, prompting a 24 hour delay in completing this assessment, of a sighting of Madeleine in Liege, Belgium.
the author is inclined to treat it as prima facie credible (the sighting report by a Norwegian Subject, variously described as British or Nigerian, Marie Olli, in Marrakesh on 9th May, may be of Madeleine, but is much more likely to have been of a similar young girl - She may still be on board the Naomi Corlett, but that would require a remarkable degree of arrogance or complacency on the part of the ring and the DVD.
Realistically, rather than mounting a rescue, the UK would need to ask the Belgians to rescue Madeleine and if such a request were refused, break off diplomatic relations with the King of the Belgians One or more of these boats, and the Naomi Corlett, appear to be using an old covert U-Boat base in Sao Tome and Principe as a trans-shipment point. Typical cocaine load is about 50 metric tons. The DEA and National Drug Intelligence Center in the USA have been made aware. They are interested.
ROBERT MURAT 35. Put very simply, he is not involved.
He is a slightly odd character (not so odd that he pops out his glass eye as solemnly reported by the media, he is unsighted in one eye, but it is not glass) with a complicated private life, but there is not a shred of evidence linking him to this very grave crime.
Abandoning Madeleine to her fate is not, repeat not, an option. Aside from the dubious morality of such a course, the blow to British prestige would be immense and no government could survive the political fall-out. the RV Naomi Corlett should contribute to that, and Madeleine should be rescued.

No chance Isla - your response to anything is so blinkered and bias - why would your response be important anyway - you have already quoted that you have inside information into the PJ investigation - lot of tripe, as nobody has detailed info. not even the Mc.s lawyers. YOu have absolutely no idea about what went on that night and you have absolutely no idea how the PJ investigation is panning out - but very soon I am sure we shall all be made aware of the truth, thought the proper channels - in my opinion they are closer to a result than any of you hope..It is a very safe haven for insular minds to not have the truth - but because the truth has been withheld by someone or even several - Madeleine has not been found. It is most unusual in a case like this that someone has not come forward, but for this to happen the closest to the incident have to be honest. Retreat to your cosy couch and contact the spirits - it will do nothing to find Madeleine - only the absolute truth from the ones who were there on May 3 will do that
