I typed that as I was catching up with the posts after the weekend, but since get through them all, your post regarding the DNA from the farm house seems a long time ago and you have said since that you can not provide a link. Sorry about that. However, I would still like to know about it, so if anyone can provide the article I would be interested to read it.

Is it possible for you to provide a link to the article (Madeleine’s DNA found at a deserted farmhouse) I saw the heading and tried to find it from the Express with no luck. Sounds very interesting that RM has family in Burgau!

His girlfriend has been spotted in Morocco, a number of people have seen him around the complex at that time, or someone suspicious with his discription on other occasions, lies about his alibi, His girlfriend she was at a JW meeting, then it turns out she was thrown out a year ago. I am no dectective but come on!!!

Hi Mike, I wonder how long they are going to drag this DNA saga out for? This should have been done months ago. I also wonder if the tests being carried out on holiday makers and so on relate to the unidentified DNA they found in the McCanns apartment? I hope they are testing all Warner employees and even all employees at the supermarket too.
As to inconclusive. What does that mean? They don’t know if it’s MM’s DNA or they don’t know if she is still alive or not? I wish they would elaborate on this.
Don’t you think that is is quite telling that RM is still in the frame? The PJ must have some evidence against him e.g. DNA at his house. I reckon that the PJ are very suspicious of him but are trying to link the McCanns to him to save face.
The PJ should get RM to tell them who he went to the UK with (who returned to Lisbon) just after MM disappeared, the name of the guy who flew out of Faro on the 13th and the name of the sailor that he phoned. Some members of the PJ seem to be good at duffing women up, maybe they should be recalled to have a word with RM. Better still maybe the PJ should start leaking information about him to the public, as they did with the McCanns. That might make him a bit more talkative. On the other hand, if he was a PJ informer maybe he knows too much about some of them/their activities.
Anyway, I’m off to bed now. I’ve promised my husband, that I’ll cut out the midnight owl act which is getting later and later - early morning owl! He’s threatening divorce and citing the McCanns! God, don’t they get blamed for everything!
Let’s pray that Madeleine xxxx will be found soon.

Here we go again, more DNA tests..
Fresh tests are to be carried out on evidence connected to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann after Portuguese detectives admitted that the findings so far have been inconclusive.
The Forensic Science Service in Birmingham had tested samples of “body fluids” and hair taken from the holiday apartment where Madeleine disappeared in Praia da Luz on May 3 and her parents’ hire car. They have also been examining DNA samples and fingerprints from more than 100 British holidaymakers at the Ocean Club resort.
Guilhermino Encarnação, director of the Portuguese police team searching for Madeleine, said: “The Judicial Police have asked the laboratory to carry out more tests and exhaust every possibility of obtaining conclusive results.” Mr Encarnação told the Spanish newspaper El PaÍs that a team of four Portuguese experts who visited the FSS last week had been told that there was no significant new evidence.
Detectives are reported to be intrigued by a possible connection between the friends and Robert Murat, the first official suspect in the case. Mr Murat, 34, has insisted that he was at his mother’s villa, about 100 yards from the McCanns’ apartment, at the time Madeleine disappeared.
However, three friends of Kate and Gerry McCann claim to have seen him at the Ocean Club resort on the night that Madeleine disappeared, shortly before her fourth birthday. A British nanny, Charlotte Pennington, 20, has insisted that she also saw Mr Murat at the resort on that night.

there is a man who has been on this from the very begining,his name i think is antonio toscano,he has been blaming a french man for it all,he has not gone away he has been hiding in the backround investagating this himself,he would be an expert on all this by now,i would be interested to hear what he thinks and what he has found out,he has just been quiet but he is in the papers today saying that a french guy did it,you neve now he may be able to shed some light on this as it is doubtful he is mad and makes it all up,i would listen to anyone who has a little bit of info to share,maybe we should try to get his email and talk to him,
one day we will know what happened to thechild i saw on a poster in our local shop one day,and we will know the people involved,i fell that she is alive as there is no trace of her in playa del luz or thesurounding area she is worth too much money to the people who have her,one day we will find out and soon i hope,
there is too many coincedinces in playa del luz and the people there,

There seems to have been a great deal going on in PDL at the beginning of May re. the Marina. Boats disappearing (PJ not able to find them), the drowned man at the Marina, (never named) and RM’s phone call to a seaman (never identified).
Re. torture. That would probably work, but I can’t understand why the McCanns haven’t advertised the full reward amount on their posters and something to the effect that ‘if you are too frightened to come forward we will relocate you and your family if necessary.’

Dawn Murat this week insisted that she had “no doubt at all” of ex-husband Robert’s innocence in any involvement in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.
Mrs Murat, who lives in Hockering, said her former partner was not capable of harming a child.
Portuguese police searching for the missing four-year-old have named Mr Murat as “arguido” or suspect in the case.
In an exclusive interview on Anglia News she said: “He isn’t the person to do this. He is the most helpful and genuine person I have ever met. He isn’t capable of hurting anybody. I feel he has been made a scapegoat.”
Speaking of her “absolute total shock and disbelief” at events since Mr Murat’s arrest, she said the 33-year-old Anglo-Portuguese was a devoted father who would be doing everything in his power to help find Madeleine.
A stony-faced Dawn Murat appeared with her friend Caroline Steward, with one arm protectively wrapped round her shoulder, outside a house in Norwich Road, Dereham, where she is believed to have been staying since she was whisked away for her own safety by police.
“I am absolutely disgusted at what people are saying,” she added. “All I have tried to do through this is protect my own daughter.
“I just hope and pray that Madeleine is found quickly and safely,” she said. “Nobody can understand what they are going through. We all feel for them, from the bottom of our hearts we are praying for them.”
A fierce bidding war erupted outside the house shortly afterwards as the main Sunday tabloids clamoured for an interview, waving cheques for tens of thousands of pounds.
Meanwhile Mrs Steward’s father, Neville Lake, said Mr Murat had been taken in for questioning three or four times. “The police have got nothing on him. Robert is a very nice guy, one of the best guys I have ever met.”
In Hockering, posters have been put up protesting Murat’s innocence.
And in a second local link to the biggest news story of the year, it has been revealed that until Easter, Father John Wilson, of Wells, was priest at the church at Praia da Luz which has been visited daily by the McCann family since little Maddie was snatched.
He still has an apartment in the area and has returned to the village and speaking from there spoke about the feelings of the ex-pat community for Mr Murat, who lived at Hockering until two years ago.
Father John said: “A number of the congregation have spoken to me about him and have expressed shock and surprise at this.”

Yes it is the furniture store and it is a Samantha Murat, but is it THE SM (you would think it was as it’s an usual name)? If it is, it may not be relevant at all, just a snippet of information, but it does no harm to acquire as much data as possible. It’s also another Exeter link. RM’s lawyer has also claimed RM is nearly bankrupt, but when you read of all the business ventures they are involved in, and we surely don’t know all of them, it makes you wonder.

If three of the 6 witnesses re. Murat sighting are friends of the McCanns, then I bet there’s a long list of people who saw him that night. He was well-known in the area after all. If not you have to question the credibility of the 6 witnesses.
On the other hand, you have to ask yourself how on earth he and his mother had no idea as to what was going on that night when they live a couple of hundred yards away from the apartment, people were shouting from ‘one end of PDL to the other - Panorama’ and no doubt their dogs would be barking.
And what an embarrassment for the PJ. RM translating for everyone. Can you imagine, Charlotte Pennington to RM ‘I’m certain I saw you last night, that’s strange.’ RM to the PJ ‘She’s certain she saw nothing strange last night.’
I may be wrong about him (maybe he has something else to hide), but if the information we have is right - meeting Malinsky on the 2nd May (shortly after returning from the UK) and phoning him on the 3rd May, when he was supposed to be in bed, then something stinks. And if he is lying, his mother is lying too.
Coffee at the supermarket (the one where the scent ended?). If CP is right about the stranger, the PJ should be checking out every male who flew from Faro that day.
I read that JT and O’Brian only moved to Exeter 2 weeks before the holiday in PDL!
I’ve always been more interested in the minister (Wilson?) who gave up his ministry in PDL in April and was transferred to a Church in the same village as Murat’s ex-wife. Isn’t that a real co-incidence! Father Hubbard took over on the 6th May, so who covered in between times? Did Wilson stay on until early May, as he has his own flat in PDL? Whatever the case Exeter seems to be a real popular place!

i find it hard to belive that so many doctors would lie if the mccanns were guilty,it is too far fetched,i cannot belive they are involved ,all who were there have stood by the mccanns,i feel sorry for them,i have urged the mccanns to come out fighting,i can understand their reluctance to do so in case madeline is alive and they jeperdise her but things cannot go on like this,they must do something,mondonto 3 sound good but have only said what we already know,they have found nothing in morroco or portougal,
they have already wrote books about the case and made doucomentrys about her that shed no new light on what happened to her,,at all times i have dealt with an abduction while the police and press have said the mccanns have done it,
the only evidence they have offered is planted dna in the boot of the car, nothing else of any substance,
i knew in july that they would not find her and said so at the time as whoever has her has hidden her well and is not talking,people in playa del luz know who took her but are not coming forward,the only way they are going to get her back is to get a suspect and beat seven bells out of them until they talk,i will voulenteer to do this,if i am caught i will get bail and simply go back to ireland so i have nothing to lose and everything to gain,and to ,tell you the truth i would love to beat sergi malinka senseless and see what he knows,
they close the case in three weeks so we will see what drops out as the police are giving up looking for her,i do not think that they did a good job looking for her in the first place and that is an understatement and mondonto 3 havent done a great job either,i wont stop looking for her as i have had several headaches in the last 6 months that asprin will not cure,
even if she is dead which i think that she is not at least give her a christan burial instead of where she is now,i await what the mccanns have to say when the police close the case as they have not had their pennys worth yet and that is what i want to hear.
three boats are missing from the marina that cannot be found and the people on those boaqts are not coming forward,why they cannot find those boats i do not know,she may have been taken up the coast of portougal and france and may either be in france or spain i do not know only time will tell.

It is Murat’s sister. Previously I found an article (don’t ask me now..because I won’t be able to find it again..lol) - but it said her full name as Samantha Murat in Devon and it gave her university where she went to school….and it gave the name of her furniture website… Looks kind of odd the furniture.. you should check it out!-

Robert Murat: Detectives searching for Madeleine McCann have ’serious doubts’ about his alibi
Detectives searching for Madeleine McCann raised ’serious questions’ about suspect Robert Murat’s alibi yesterday after two new witnesses came forward.
Six people now claim to have seen the British expat outside Kate and Gerry McCann’s holiday apartment after Madeleine vanished, including two tourists who have just made contact with the private detective agency Metodo 3.
Their accounts directly contradict Mr Murat’s alibi that he was inside the villa he shares with his mother on the night of May 3 and that he did not learn of the girl’s disappearance until the next morning.
Metodo 3 have also spoken to Mark Warner nanny Charlotte Pennington, who first told how she saw the property consultant hanging around the holiday complex reception, 30 minutes after Mrs McCann raised the alarm.
In a statement to the agency Miss Pennington, 20, said she saw him on the road outside the reception at about midnight, when searches for Madeleine were underway.
But he denied her claims when she confronted him the next day, while he was working as the police translator when she and two friends went to give statements.
Miss Pennington, of Leatherhead, Surrey, told police she had seen him at the Ocean Club complex the night before, and said he replied: “No, I wasn’t here.”
In her written statement to Metodo 3 the nanny said she thought his answer was strange because she was ‘certain’ she had seen him.
Miss Pennington said Mr Murat, 34, translated the statements given to police by her two friends and gave one of them his mobile number, telling her: “When you see something strange, contact me.”
She said he was “constantly in the resort” in the days after the disappearance.
Mr Murat was later reported to police by journalists who found his behaviour and extreme interest in the case bizarre, and was named as an official suspect on May 14.
He has always denied any involvement in the case and told detectives he had a night in with his mother Jenny in their villa, Casa Liliana, on May 3 - an alibi his elderly mother has supported.
The latest witnesses, two holiday-makers who have not been publicly named, gave detailed statements to Metodo 3 saying they had seen him walking along a road outside the McCanns’ apartment that night.

Three of the couple’s friends, Fiona Payne, Rachael Oldfield and Russell O’Brien, also claim to have seen him in the hours after Madeleine vanished.
A Metodo 3 source told the Sunday Mirror: “There are serious questions around Murat’s alibi. He says he was at his mum’s house and did not learn of Madeleine’s disappearance until the following morning.
“But his claims have now been challenged by eyewitnesses. Three of the McCanns’ friends have always insisted they saw him that night. They say they are sure it was him.
“Now two new people have contacted us saying they are certain they also saw him. They do not know each other and called our hotline independently.”
Miss Pennington said she saw the suspect again days after the disappearance.
He was having coffee at a supermarket in Praia da Luz with a man she did not recognise, but she saw the stranger again in Faro Airport on May 13 as she prepared to fly home to Britain.
She told Metodo 3 she thought the man looked ’similar’ to the description Jane Tanner gave of a man she saw carrying a child away from the McCanns’ apartment at 9.15pm on May 3.
The Barcelona-based detective agency is also investigating claims that Mr Murat could have been working as a police informant.
They believe the theory would explain why he was so quickly allowed to work as a translator and given access to the crime scene.
Meanwhile police investigating the case have said they hope to finish their inquiry by January 3, when they want all three named suspects to be charged or cleared.
Officers have not given up on their theory that Madeleine died in an accident in her parents’ care and that they covered up her death, possibly with help from their friends or even from Mr Murat.
They were said to be puzzled by possible links between him and Dr O’Brien, 36, and his partner Jane Tanner. Mr Murat was visiting his sister Samantha in Exeter, Devon, in April, a few days before the disappearance, and Dr O’Brien and Miss Tanner, 37, live there.
A source said: “It needs to be established if Murat knew families with children would be staying 100 metres from where he lived.
“We want to be certain if there was any previous contact between him and any friends of the McCanns.”
Another couple on holiday in Praia da Luz at the time of the disappearance, James and Charlotte Gorrod, also live in Exeter but say they have been told that Portuguese detectives do not need to speak to them.
Mr Murat was yesterday unavailable for comment, but has always denied the witness sightings of him around the Ocean Club on the night of May 3, which his family have dismissed as “ridiculous lies”.
They have accused the McCanns’ detectives of mounting a deliberate smear campaign to distract attention away from the police investigation against them.

You know that there is a furniture store in Devon, UK which I think is Sammurat.com I tried to email them asking if they sell furniture anywhere else.. but of course I never did get a reply. I just find it very very odd… that the Murat family has so many different shipping “tools” …. I think these are all phony companies. If you had a coat company… wouldn’t you have more then 3 coats for sale??? From their website they only seem to have 3 coats and they say that a few others only change the shade of the color…..- Also.. their real estate … I never really hear that RM is going around getting any customers or trying to look to sell/buy houses? Do you? His mother and her husband/friend Mr. Clive Goodacre seem also to have a real estate agency in the UK. It is just odd that with these crates shipping companies that they own……. I bet a child Maddie’s size could easily fit in there..don’t you?? -

Hi Anthony one day there will be a film made about all of this or a book written but how could you begin to portray all that has been going on over the last 7 months?
If Rebelo had been investigating the case I reckon it would have been solved months ago. The fact that it has been dragged out has encouraged more and more papers to write a lot of c*** to boost their sales. The more garbage they print the more people believe the McCanns are guilty. The more that certain members of the PJ realised that they had a spellbound audience the more imflammatory muck they leaked, for a number of reasons, not least of all to cover up there incompetency. It’s like some kind of lunatic merry-go-round with everyone’s whose on it feeding off one another. Looking into some of these other forums for example is like entering bedlam or peering into hell. It’s frightening as to what is happening to society or has this case just shed some light on a social reality that has always been lurking beneath the surface?
If I were the McCanns I would have a team of people downloading all posts on all forums
24/7 and then separating the wheat from the chaff, that is libelous/non-libelous and when this case was over (hopefully Madeleine found) I would take EVERY single one of them to court for Internet libel.

to isla i agree with you that all the sooth sayers say she is alive so there is hope,it annoys me that the police have made so many mistakes and the press have told so many lies that you do not know what to belive anymore,the only thing i am certain of is she was snatched by an intruderwho went that way towards the beach,maybe to a house or a boat,they were there for a long time before they took her and people know who they are,the fact that murat and his girlfriend have been telling loads of lies is a good pointer as to what they are like,we live in hope that something will change as they are going over the same ground as they were 6 months ago just to sell papers,i hope that if she is found alive she will sue the s..t out of all the papers and the british police and the pj for what they have done to her,,

I haven’t heard anything about a German girl going missing in Portugal, but who knows? The cases re. other missing children are played down.
You’re right, it does do your head in. I’m a very busy person with little time for myself. Now every minute of that is taken up with trying to ‘find Madeleine.’ I just keep telling myself that Madeleine will be found soon and their lives, mine and millions of others will get back to some kind of normality. As to the psychics and so on you are right there too. Most are charlatans. I think that the reason that some of us read BL and MJ is because they both believe that Madeleine is still alive unlike many other people. BL’s site also contains a lot of interesting information forwarded by e-mailers.
By the way Anthony, I’m also with you on planted evidence. Everyone has to keep a very open mind, because these people are extremely crafty.

Madeleine’s DNA found at a deserted farmhouse. I wonder if it’s in Burgau, as some reports say the PJ have been searching in the area of Burgau. The only person I am aware of who lives there is RM’s uncle who owns a beach front pub/restaurant.
since when was this found re the post above,it is easy for whoever has the child to put her dna anywhere to throw people off the scent,they can work behind the scenes to cause havoc,bastards.

there are several boats missing from the marina that no one has traced,sergi malinka has a share or owns one of the boats involved,the sooner these are found and ruled out the better,
mondonto 3 have so far found nothing other than what has been known since the begining,so if i was the mccanns i would be slow in paying them with no result.
as for the clairvoyants and the oracle readers who post about madeline they seem to be going in two different directions,brian ladd says she is in playa del luz while carol everett says she is in belguim,others have given different locations as well,so who do you belive,i do think that some people are gifted in life but these people are a little much for me.there are diviners in ireland and england who find water and other things maybe they should be called in to help it could not hurt,,,,,
i think that i will strip the sunday chicken of its bones and throw them across the floor and see what they tell me.i would read my tea leaves but i have tea bags so i might see what the sugar in the bottom of the cup says.

Yes, isn’t it strange?????????? - I agree with you that they should have written no pets , no smoking etc……. - also.. that entire Romigen thing is very fishy fishy fishy!!!!!!!!! I also found out that they sell leather coats…….! - I was talking to Tracy the other day via email and she suggested the following. She unlike myself looked at every single word on the website http://www.cooleather.com it is linked to Romigen and address at RM’s mother’s house. She said that they had on the website that they ship coats in crates all over Europe which includes Spain and Morocco. She suggested that they might have shipped Maddie in those crates over there on a passenger ship and then someone waited for the crate over there and passed her on……..

Have you been able to check where everyone of the people involved went to school previously etc…….?? Including RM? I’m wondering if someone might have teased him etc… back then and it is revenge time now for some reason????????? - I read an article before where he apparently had a motorcycle accident when he was a teenager and lost his eye. He used to play jokes at others and remove his glassed eye etc… !!! - I just have this feeling that RM knew the Mcs before……. - he used to work at that chicken factory which was only about 1 hr away drive from the Mcs…… -

Sorry these links were duff and I can’t find the articles on the Sunday Express site. Strange as you would have thought they would be ‘big’ news.
The DNA story is about a blood (small amount) stained aztec designed towel being found in a barn just outside of PDL (Burgau?). This towel was seemingly found some time ago. The blood is supposed to match Madeleine’s and other fibres on the towel are supposed to match fibres in the car.

Hi all
I don’t have the paper but have come across this. It seems to suggest the the DNA relates to Portugal (Burgau?) One article also seems to be making a connection (phone) between G.M. and O’Brian re the 10th June. I’m sure the McCanns weren’t in PDL then. I wonder if O’Brian was?
I also wonder if it’s a load of spin to boost falling sales again. Who knows?
