As I said before, I was posting on another thread, but I just got fed up with being the target of stupid comments and jokes, that I have decided to leave that thread.
I thought I would copy here a comment I made on the other thread, just so you all understand what my views are so far. They are my personal views and I am not accusing anybody involved in the case of anything:

There are so many things that don’t add up, but they don’t necessarily mean that the parents harmed her (except for the neglect aspect of it).

There is so much speculation going on, but what I’m about is to try objectively to seek the truth, and therefore, I am sort of “sitting just over the fence a bit”. Whenever I watch videos of the McCanns, I see pain in their faces and I hear pain in their voices, and I feel it is almost impossible, for 9 people to keep quiet after so many months, if any of them knew that Maddie had been killed (accidentally or not) by either parent.
I think they are somehow the victims of a “conspiracy after the fact”. There is speculation that being Maddie an IVF baby, some cover-up is going on with regards to having been an “experimental treatment to conceive” (being part of the medical profession). This could explain, why, allegedly Kate yelled: “They’ve taken her, they’ve taken her” … (”they” meaning what? The Scientist involved? The Government? Who is “they’!)
There is also some talk about another child being born on the same day as Maddie, also by IVF, who is the child of one of the Tapas 7 (can’t remember which one at the moment). If this is true, it makes you think.
I have thought about the possibility that there could be an illegal adoption/surrogate/donor situation with regards to the birth of Maddie and if this was the case, could the biological mother/father be the abductor?
I somehow feel Murat has some involvement in it, but I don’t know to what degree. I have also read that the Nanny (Ms. Pennington?) saw him lurking around that night after Maddie was reported missing, something he denies and denies. Makes you wonder? I heard years ago a Police Detective talking about crime in general, and he said that the perpetrator almost always returns to the scene of the crime, mostly when there is a commotion or a search going on or a crowd, so that he cannot draw attention to himself.

If this the Brian Ladd of the Dreams website, I stumbled across his site a couple of weeks ago and read, with astonishment, some of the things he says. He seems to have a talent and although, normally, I would not be inclined to believe in premonitions by dreams or remote viewing (but rather more in scientific facts), I must say that he seems to have helped in a positive way in many missing persons cases.
It is very difficult to sift the true facts out of all the information that I have seen/read.
If any of the speculative topics in my comments above have been discussed here before, I apologize for not being upto date with your discussions.

The private detectives seeking Madeleine McCann say they are hunting a Briton who fled Praia da Luz after being accused of grooming an under-age girl for sex.
Part-time barman and disc jockey Christian Ridout, 32, allegedly sent the British girl obscene text messages when he worked in an expats’ pub 200 yards from where Madeleine disappeared.
When the 12-year-old’s mother discovered the explicit messages, Ridout - also known as DJ Shifty - left Portugal in a hurry.

This was some time before Madeleine disappeared on May 3 - but the missing man’s parents still run the same pub and concerned locals immediately gave his name to police.
Portuguese officers, widely criticised for a series of blunders in the Madeleine case, have never succeeded in tracing Ridout.
The spokesman for Madeleine’s parents Gerry and Kate confirmed that the Spanish detective agency working for them, Metodo 3, was seeking more information on the missing man.
The mother of the 12-year-old told the Daily Mail: “He was sending my daughter messages offering to pick her up from school, and suggesting the most disgusting sex acts. It went on for two months before I found out.”
By coincidence, the Ridout family were next-door neighbours of the family of Robert Murat, the chief suspect in the Madeleine hunt, when the Murats lived in the nearby village of Almadena.
The night after Madeleine went missing, a British expat walked into the Plough and Harrow pub in Praia da Luz, still owned by his parents Tony, 57, and Jill, 58, and asked: “Where’s Christian then?”.
Locals have disparagingly nicknamed the pub ‘The Plough and Paedophile’ and the missing man is widely disliked in the tight-knit community.
The Daily Mail has been shown an image of Mr Ridout acting indecently while wearing a Santa hat, which was taken at a Christmas party several years ago and which he stored on his computer.
And numerous people in Praia da Luz have reported that he regularly talked about his interest in ‘pre-teen’ girls.
The mother of the 12-year-old, who lives near Praia da Luz in Burgau, said: “I came to the Algarve five-and-a-half years ago and started working in the Plough and Harrow.
“I did the day shift in the bar, while Christian Ridout took over for the night shift. He was always coming out with rude innuendos, and he’d tell people who didn’t know him that he was 21, even though he was 30.
“My two daughters, then 12 and 14 used to come in to see me, and Christian used to talk to them, and eventually it turned out he’d got my youngest girl’s mobile number.”
Some weeks later, in 2005, the 42-year-old woman heard a rumour that Mr Ridout had been sending the girl disgusting texts.
“I asked her if she’d been getting any messages from Christian - and she had, about 25 of them. They got progressively more obscene. They were talking about her being a virgin, telling her he’d done ‘it’ before and that he’d be gentle and it wouldn’t hurt.
“He was suggesting he should pick her up from school. The messages were absolutely vile.
“My youngest girl is quiet - and police said that it was a clear case of grooming. It was very sick. I couldn’t even read the final ones, but just phoned Christian. I said, ‘If you come anywhere near my daughters again I’ll kill you.’
“He took all the money from the till at the Plough and Harrow and went to Spain that night.
“They later found his VW Golf at Seville airport, with his keys left hidden in the wheel arch and he was believed to have gone back to England.
“The next day I went to see the Ridouts and resigned.
“I went to the police station in the large regional town of Portimao, and they took all the explicit messages. I went in to see them just before Madeleine disappeared and they confirmed they’re still looking for him. ‘No one knows where he is, but he could have been back to this area.”
Jill Ridout said: “I haven’t seen Christian for two years. I have no comment on this subject.”

An army of volunteers have spent their Christmas sending thousands of letters to Morocco pleading for help to find Madeleine.
More than 200 supporters, mostly women, have concentrated their efforts on remote areas without television or e-mail, which have still not been reached by the worldwide campaign spearheaded by Kate and Gerry McCann.
The private detective agency hired by the couple believes Madeleine was probably smuggled from Portugal to Morocco after she was abducted on the orders of a paedophile network.
Metodo 3’s confidential hotline in Spain has been inundated with more than 350 calls since Kate and Gerry McCann’s heartfelt Christmas Eve appeal to their daughter’s captor, and it is believed that some of the calls have given information related to Morocco.
Detectives have already spoken to several witnesses who believe they saw Madeleine in North Africa in the days following her disappearance on From Vanessa Allen in Praia da Luz May 3.
Parents of Madeleine McCann, Kate and Gerry, spearheaded a worldwide campaign to search for their missing daughter
Agents have distributed photographs of the little girl with an appeal in French and Arabic to call with information about her whereabouts.
But it has proved difficult to reach all of the isolated communities where a child could have been taken, many of which are in lawless, mountainous regions.
The Helping to Find Madeleine group has identified 11,500 postal addresses in small towns and villages, to which it has sent letters and posters written in French and Arabic.
It is working independently of Mr and Mrs McCann, but has their support and is affiliated to their official Find Madeleine campaign.
A friend of the couple said they were ‘really touched’ by the group’s willingness to give up precious time with their families over Christmas.

Hundreds respond to Madeleine appeal
Hundreds of people have come forward with new leads in the hunt for Madeleine McCann after a televised appeal by her parents Kate and Gerry.
The pair filmed the plea at their home in Rothley, Leicestershire, and it included previously unseen footage of an excited Madeleine opening her gifts last Christmas.
The broadcast, which was shown around the world, prompted 347 calls offering new information to a special hotline. The leads will now be investigated by the family’s private detective agency Metodo 3.

Thanks Swissmiss. I have been mainly posting in another forum, putting my points of view to the anti-McCanns people, who don’t seem to believe that there could have been an abductor or that someone is “innocent until proven guilty”. Have been insulted by some, but it goes over my head.
Just so you all know, I live in Australia but I’m originally form Chile. I am a mum of a young girl and have been following this case since the beginning but not getting into posting, until a week ago or so.
Merry Christmas to all. I hope you have a peaceful time and I am thinking of Maddie also.

Just one more interesting message from Brian Ladd in reply to someone who thinks Madeleine is dead. He has once again given me hope.
Thanks for sharing this with me, I believe Madeline was taken my Robert Murat and he still knows where she is, I also believe that Robert has it in his heart to ensure nothing bad happens to her. In my eyes, she is alive, and we are looking for live child…if I thought any different, I would not spend hours everyday working on this case when their are so many other missing persons cases out there.
All I ask is that Murat allow his home to be searched as well as the homes and other structures in the area. The media covering this case could help in the search…let the world see what’s really in his house, basement and surrounding areas. I see no reason why he would not want to clear his name if he is innocent as claimed. The PJ are only concerned about clearing the towns image without exposing what’s really going on here.

Mike, i agree. This paedophiles name should be given to the press. I don’t give a shit about that person bleating on about his own privacy or rights to remain anonymous even if s/he is completely innocent. In my opinion any rights are lost the minuet they act upon their twisted urges. I wonder if CEOP will put him/her up on their most wanted site??
If this person cannot be found then they are already in breach of the sex offenders register, they must tell Police where they are and where they’re going!

A British paedophile with links to the Algarve remains a suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann after police were unable to trace him, it is claimed today.
The man is the only sex offender to remain unaccounted for from a list 52 names sent to Portuguese detectives after Madeleine’s abduction on May 3, Sky News claims.
The list was compiled by Leicestershire Constabulary from records kept by every police force of every person on the sex offenders register who told police that they were travelling to the country. Portuguese officers also examined records at every hotel in Praia da Luz, where Madeleine was staying, and the nearby town of Lagos. Portugal is a favoured destination for British paedophiles.
Detectives initially thought that a sexual motive was the most likely reason for the disappearance of Madeleine shortly before her fourth birthday, as there was no ransom demand.
Clarence Mitchell, spokesman for Madeleine’s parents, Kate and Gerry McCann, denied a claim in the news report that police had been unable to find a blue tennis bag “big enough to carry a small child” that had been used by Mr McCann hours before Madeleine vanished. He said that Mr McCann, from Rothley, Leicestershire, had not used such a bag.

i do not belive that they are now looking for a tennis bag,saying that gerry mccann did it with a tennis racket was just a joke,i was not serious but as you can see the idiot police in portougal are now looking at this as a possible theroy,,,i am not suprised she is still missing,
the kidnappers may be waiting until the police close the case before they move so i would expect nothing to change until after that date,the mccanns must take risks now or risk losing her for ever and searching the ends of the earth for her for ever and finding nothing,
madeline mccann is not topside she is under ground,be she dead or hiding in a cellar but she is not topside,i would dismiss all sightings of her for the timebeing until something happenes to flush them out she will stay in the safe place where they have her under ground,

It is claimed that they are thinking of employing British investigators. Let hope and pray that they are more fruitful.

and also before i forget i worked with a man from england he came from the same area as milly dowler,she dissapeared outside a train station after accepting a lift from someone she knew,i was told that a man who worked as a builder on her family home called roy jenkins he had an affair with her and she threathened to tell his wife so he killed her,a story i was told over my breckfast roll on morning,if there is any truth in it i do not know but there is a name,roy jenkins the builder who worked on the house,i know that there is libel laws so sue me jenkins i could not care less.

i work on a building site with a lot of construction workers,the story is in every paper on a canteen table and the mid morning break is spent discussing the horses and the football,someone always says they still have not found that child yet and we all say what we think happened to her,i gather their thoughts as well as all on here and try to think a small detail that we have all missed that will point in the right direction,i post this from dublin not porotugal,sometimes i feel i am right about who took her,she may be dead but it is too quiet for that and as many people have looked for her the best they can do is the mccanns did it,
i am sorry if my posts sound a little close to the truth,its the one thing we must tell ourselfs when we are surronded by lies,i do not know where she is but i am still going to look,

Police want to trace a blue tennis bag allegedly taken from Kate and Gerry McCann’s apartment on the night Madeleine went missing.
Detectives think the hold-all could have been used to carry Madeleine as she was taken away, or even to transport the three-year-old’s body.
It belonged to the girl’s father but has not been seen since the night of May 3, according to a Sky News documentary due to be broadcast on Cristmas Eve.
Expert Tony Rogers, who reviews unsolved cases for British police and worked on the Soham investigation, said: “If it’s a bag of a size that could be used to take a child away from the flat, that would be of great interest to the investigating officer.”
But McCann family spokesman Clarence Mitchell flatly denied that Mr McCann had lost a bag during the family’s holiday.
He said: “As far as Kate and Gerry are concerned, there is no missing tennis bag. They came back from holiday with everything except of course, tragically, Madeleine.”
Mr McCann told friends yesterday that he did not take any tennis equipment to Praia da Luz, and did not own a blue tennis bag.
But Sky News stood by its story, which it said came from sources who had travelled to the resort after Madeleine’s disappearance.
At the time of the disappearance maritime police told fishermen and boat owners to watch out for anything unusual they spotted in the sea around the coast, including any black bin liners which could have been thrown into the water containing potentially vital evidence.
