Portuguese authorities have dismissed as groundless all leads on sightings of Madeleine McCann in other countries rather than Portugal, namely in Morroco and Malta, said Polícia Judiciária (PJ), Portuguese CID, spokesman Olegário de Sousa (…) Further investigations are being carried out centered mainly on the area of Praia da Luz itself, said Mr. Olegário de Sousa. «The clue to this mistery is in Praia da Luz», according to other police source quoted by Diário de Notícias. It is not the function of this site to act as a ’support group’ for people with similar views to come together. Perhaps, social networking sites such as Myspace or Facebook might be better suited to your purpose?

I agree with everything you said. Looks like this forum has sadly come to an end from what it was! What a shame, It was somewhere that we could all come together and share our feelings on Madeleine. All the posters from way back had something in common, since May 3rd my mind has been full of poor little Madeleine and it was somewhere I could come to join people who felt the same. Wherever, you all go don’t give up hope of finding Madeleine. If I knew where you were all going I would join you (not wanting to gate crash or anything)

I would appreciate it if you would pass on my email address to both Maggie and Isla as I would like to keep in touch with them. We have a true bond - in that we believe deeply in the love that Kate and Gerry McCann have for their daughter, and the desperation they feel, which is forcing them to agree to media demands to make enough money to continue to search for her.
I am truly sorry that I have to leave this site because it has given me the opportunity to speak with like minded people, but as I have said previously, it has changed because the most significant contributors have gone.

I think that most of the old posters have now given up writing on here, because it has now become like all of the other Anorak sites - only intent on slagging off the McCanns. The posting of articles which are of interest to us seem to be no longer permitted because of the ‘libellous content’ even though they may be nearer to the truth. It is a shame because we have appreciated the fact that we could share our hopes and fears for the most important little girl in all of this - Madeleine. I, for one, miss the input of Maggie, Isla, Mike, Tracey and all of the people who have been on this site for a long time. We are genuine people who truly care for Madeleine and her parents. I still do not believe that Kate and Gerry had anything to do with Madeleine’s disappearance, and I really have had enough of people on other sites who are there day in day out making sordid comments about the whole sorry situation. They all really should be ashamed of themselves, and I sincerely hope that one day they will get their just reward. They do not have an ounce of compassion between them and their comments are completely uncalled for. I know that Anorak is a satire site, but I thought, wrongly, that this particular thread was far enough away from the likes of others who continue to write rubbish on the day to day sites. We have managed to continue even though we have had a few people who have tried to sabotage our true feelings, but they have eventually got fed up and left for pastures new. But I now find that we haven’t got the cameradery that we once had, the Admin guys are down our throats every two minutes because of the ‘libel’ that we may or may not quote, so we have to watch what we say which is a shame because most of the posts have been extremely interesting. I am still very involved with thoughts of Madeleine, and will continue to be so until she is found. I will support her parents through hell and back, but I will now post on a more ‘user friendly’ site as this one has changed for the worse due to the argumentative nature of some of the more recent posters.

I have not yet worked out how to send a link, but some papers are reporting that a lawyer has claimed to have had a tip off from a gang 3 days after Madeleine went missing, saying she was raped, murdered and dumped in a lake, it is not a nice report to read. Neither is the latest on the pet crem. what must her parents must be going through. I pray neither is true and that they find her safe in the latest searches in Spain.

I will make this plain. We will not tolerate libellous postings. We will block permanently anyone who attempts to post a second-hand posting which is libellous (which this one was Sally). Moderators do not have a responsibility to give a warning if you are foolish enough to attempt to post a libel from another site, or commit an original libel on Anorak….you are history…you are gone. Not you this time Sally…because there won’t be a next time will there?
The simple fact is if you repeat a libel it is a new libel and actionable separately. It is not a defence to say it was published elsewhere first.
I will also repeat that if a libel action is brought against a poster we would have NO alternative but to hand over all the information we have on that poster.

Makes me wonder why there is so much interest in Spain it also says in the Daily Express that a search of a Pet Crem is also being searched after 3 girls picked out the same man in a line up as someone who offereed them money to get into his vehicle …. not sure about the travelling circus though
Private detectives hunting for Madeleine McCann believe she may have been abducted by a Spanish paedophile gang, it emerged today.
Investigators from the Metodo 3 agency are chasing up leads in Valencia and Alicante on the south east coast.
Gangs of child sex abusers based in the two areas are said to have links with paedophiles in other countries including Belgium, Portuguese newspaper Diario de Noticias reported.
A detective from the agency told the paper: “We cannot discount anything.”
The news came on the same day police launched a manhunt for a missing five-year-old girl apparently abducted in a Spanish town linked to the Madeleine McCann investigation.
Police in Huelva said the local girl, from a gypsy family, vanished at about 10.40pm last night while playing in a park with friends.
Officers are investigating a travelling circus in the area at the time.
Kate and Gerry McCann made at least one journey to Huelva to highlight the plight of their daughter, believing she may have been driven through the town by her kidnapper.
Portuguese police intimated through leaks to local media that the McCanns may have driven to Huelva to dispose of their daughter’s body, a claim denied by the couple.
The town is on the border, about 120 miles from Praia da Luz.

if you go onto the main anorak site and look at those three pictures are these the ones that are supposed to be how madeleine may look now …. if so is the last one not Bushra the girl that was photographed by spanish tourists in Morocco that turned out not to be her … would appreciate some feed back … I think the change in her apperance should be made public because she will have changed in the last 8 months and her hair colour is probably not blond anymore, the one thing they would find hard to change is the eye … just looked into all the childrens eyes of that age if you are unsure and hopefully we can bring her home very soon

Regarding the articles you sent, it is just sick, the things which go on, most of it we know nothing about. Those poor children, what they must go through.
I also feel that Madeleine is alive. I felt sick when I read the article about the lawyer who claimed she had been raped, murdered and dumped in the lake. I pray so much this is not true. How would he know??? As I have said before, I think this was too well planned, especially as more people are claiming to have seen suspicious people lurking around prior to May 3rd, and previous occupants of the appartment having suspicious people knocking on their door. To it sounds as if they have wanted a child for a while now and unfortunately their opportunity came the when the McCann’s arrived at the resort.
Pray Madeleiene is back in time for the twin’s party. What a party that would be!

So 7 children disappeared in 2006 is still missing and I have been tried to find any information of them but I haven’t find anything. Who they are?
I believe Madeleine is still alive, maybe they sold her. Maybe Russia is involved?
