They're the ones who need their bollocks cutting off. Sadly, to ensure their are not injustices, the system is rife with loopholes which allow cunts like this through. It is the responsibility of the courts to act sensibly. If they cannot avoid, because of the 'letter of the law', giving these people a judgement, why don't they just award the one penny for their troubles with no costs to be paid to them either. It’s all well and good having a pop at the system - but who put the claim in? They’re the ones who need their bollocks cutting off.
