As a Seattle resident who attended hempfest this last week, I can tell you that A) I chose not to donate and got in free B) At 420 thousands of people, in front of Seattle police all got high as hell in every form possible...myself included. There was smoking virtually everywhere you looked, so dont make stupid claims without ANY knowledge.
