The problem with Diana's death is that at least 80% of the Great British Public will not accept Camilla as a replacement. charles wanted her, we dont.
We loved Diana, loved her exuberance for life, her devoted motherley love for her sons, but we hated the false unfaithful man she married. The Queen could not accept her because, Diana was simply competition, never had their been such a loved and admired member of the Royal family, she brought life and sunshine into the drap and moronic Monarchy. People who loved Diana want her memory to live on, not push it aside, because Charles has finally got his way and married the woman he was having an ongoing affair with, before, during and after his marriage to Diana. You cannot get through this life trampling on what you dont want, and achieveing what you do want without a penalty, Charles will find that out sooner rather than later. What goes around comes around.

It is so sad for her sons, she loved them so much, and now they have to try and defend their father, as they get older, they will understand, (and they probably do already) that their mother was loved by the public, more than her husband loved her, I cannot begin to say how much of a weak immoral man he was, and it is such a tragedy to lose her.

after the last week re Diana memorial i doubt Camilla is feeling happy at all . not only was she insulted over the matter her husband the one she craved for all these years was totally ignored by the British public. it says a lot for them both. he will never be king and she will never be Queen they know this now. so does our present Queen and so does the establishment . the public have turned their backs on Charles. too much damage has been done. harry more or less begged for Charles during his speech "not in so many words but it was there alright" and so did the bishop of London . they want Diana forgotten about " so she can rest in peace they claim". Diana is resting in peace in the lords house, it is the British public that wont rest . we wont rest until justice has been served .

Each and every time I see a picture of Diana in newspaper or magazine, I still feel sad, that she lost her life at such a young age. I also remind myself of her cheating husband Charles, who was the cause of her early demise because if he had not had an affair, before ,during and after his marriage to Diana, she would never have gone elsewhere to seek the love she craved from him, and she would be alive today, because she would never have got involved with Dodi, if Charles had continued to carry on with the true wedding vows, to love, honour and obey till death do us part. No, he decided that being a selfish, immature, plank of a man, who preferred the company of a "sad and also selfish woman" to that of a loving beautiful wife, who gave him two gorgeous sons, was the way he wanted it. And he has got it, hook, line and sinker, sinker being the ultimate word to describe what is ahead for him now. He does not have the right to such happiness with that woman, and nor will he ever have that happiness, this life teaches us many things Charles, what goes around comes around..and I hope us one who felt so sorry for the way she was treated by the royal family, will live long enough to see Charles get his "come uppance".It is also very sad his sons have to go through the whole messy court case again, but one must not forget that Al fyed lost his son, and he wants answers as any father would.Charles got it all, two sons, a beatiful wife who absolutely adored him, but always had the ghost of Camilla in the background, today Camilla will have Diana's ghost in the background and she will be haunted by the fact she got him in the end, but at what cost?

i believe she did have a personality and whether or not she was a charitable person at heart does not take away from the fact that her support helped bring several charitable organisations to the public attention

If I'd received a £15 million divorce settlement and lived in a Palace with Paul Burrell waiting on me hand foot and finger then I'm sure I could find a few moments to support the odd charity and smile for the cameras occasionally!

Thinking about it, ignore the bit about Paul Burrell!

im sorry and in fear of sounding overy teenager like...but has anyone thought to tell the express to just get over it. so what if files on diana have gone missing..i miss her support of charity and her personality as much as the next person, but surely we can let it go?

lets all be adult about this, reprinting diana stories every time the newspaper editors have space to fill is disrespectful to her memorie and must cause distress for her sons
