THE BBC cancels Planet Relief. And now in Melbourne:
Melbourne City Council’s proposed car-free day was all but scuppered yesterday, less than a day after the idea was hatched.
Both Premier John Brumby and Roads Minister Tim Pallas dismissed it as an ill-conceived Greens stunt.
