after the mccanns had contaminated the apartment they then went on to criticize the pj.
the pj said it was extremely difficult to harvest evidence from the apartment since soo many paople had been in there prior to their being called.
the mcanns replied by saying that it was hurtful and unhelpful to the investigation.
WELL! i would have pissed my pants laughing if, when gerry mimikin refused to answer the 40 questions from the pj, they had led him out to the police station steps and told the crowd and reporters outside that gerrys interview had been unhelpful and hurtful to the investigation

Another reason people post on this site: if you visit the cuddlecat.co.uk website, click on the ‘Can you help?’ link and volunteer to assist then you’ll be invited to help monitor blogs, forums, etc. You’ll be encouraged to make “helpful” posts and to counter the more ludicrous™ facts as they emerge. Remuneration, by the word, will be offered by Madeleine’s Fund: Leaving No Stone Unturned Limited.
It seems to me, though, that the calibre of these paid-for posts does the McCann juggernaut more harm that good; everyone in their PR effort seems to display a lack of self-awareness rarely seen this side of the Rampton perimeter wall.
For example, can anyone explain the thought processes that lead Team McCann, on Day 23, to register the domain names cuddlecat.co.uk and cuddlecat.org.uk?

It’s driving me nuts that the video of Kate McCann saying “Madeleine knows we love her” is missing. Can anyone help and find it please? It was an early interview where Kate hardly says a word and is asked at the end to send a message to Madeleine. She then rolls her eyes, smiles in a strange way then says her piece. It seems to have disappeared like Madeleine…maybe the video has also been abducted!

I must say I am surprised a PJ would have the guts to refer to that particular case - the one where 5 current and former PJ, including a senior detective STILL working on the McCann case, are under investigation for beating and torturing a confession out of the missing girls mother and for falsifying evidence.
I am not sure that case was a good example to refer to.

I can’t agree more. These supposedly intelligent parents did that for a reason in my opinion. Given the size of an apartment, and knowing that Madeleine wasn’t hiding in it, what was the point of 20 people going in there anyway? Sure…invite the police in, but why have bystanders going in there unless you wanted to make the scene contaminated.

That jane tanner seems a bit of an oddball though. I wouldnt mind betting that it is her and kate who are guilty, of what though?
After all, I read today that Gerry wanted to return to portugal to cooperate with the police but Kate stopped him cos she does not trust them. Do you really think kate would hurt the child and dispose of her body? is it not possible that she may have sold her on, maybe they went on a little boat trip to Morocco between 1.29 and 6.00.

I’m only sorry it’s taken the McCanns so long to get around to hiring a team private detectives. I guess they didn’t want to antagonise the Portuguese police - but if they’d done this earlier we would be nearer the truth by now
The great thing about private detectives is that they don’t need to bother with all the formalities, rules and restrictions of ordinary police - and they don’t mess about.
I thought the way the Blackwater firm dealt with a roadside terrorist bomb in Iraq was absolutely right. They just got out of their 4X4s and used overwhelming firepower to take them out. That’ll teach the bastards.

and as for the evidence being overlooked by the pj’s, the mccanns had done a very good job of destroying any kinda forensic evidence in the apartment by inviting no less than 20 people snoop about inside.
not forgettign that this apartment had already been designated as a crime scene by kate, the moment she declared an abduction had taken place.

I don’t think the McCs will be pleased to have themselves linked to this case.

Forgive me if this sounds flippant , but if all the worlds children were continually spraying blood left right and centre, no child beaters would ever get caught would they ? And ever since plaster were invented. and parents who knew about them, even the odd rare tiny little leak gets stopped in a jiffy.
I remember when my eldest walked into the sharp corner of a table in Liphook Little Chef, and his scalp bled all over his hair. He was about three. I was astonished to find I actually felt decidedly faint. This particular blood was unexpectedly significant and special. Evolved into me, I suppose, as part of being a parent. No other blood had ever really worried me before.
Strange game, this parenting.
