Team McCann is working extra time. Now, they say Kate and Gerry have “been banned from appearing on Barbara Walters show, because they would face prosecution in Portugal”. Sorry, guys, this time you have no excuse!!!!
You hired the President of the Portuguese Bar, Mr. Rogério Alves and he is part of your legal team. He can explain to you that this is not possible. Just ask him, he knows very well that any formal suspect can talk to the Press and give interviews.
Robert Murat, for example. How many times he talked to Pres and he gave interviewes? Once, when he talked about specific details of the ongoing crime investigation, the Public Prosecutor had to analyse that interview, to see if he breached the Law. He didn’t, as there was no charges against him and no prosecution.
Basic and fundamental questions:
WHO IS LYING, MANIPULATING INFORMATION AND FEEDING THIS MANIPULATED INFORMATION TO THE MEDIA?
WHY IS MOST OF THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA ACCEPTING IT, WITHOUT MAKING A PHONE CALL TO A LAWYER AND ASKING ONE OR TWO QUESTIONS?

Well, it’s a view from Portugal. And not one I endorse. They seem to be taking things personally…

My view is that there is certainly a cover up. that the McCanns are guilty and desperately trying different diversions to confuse the public and British police. It is so obvious
what happened and that Kate McCann is guilty. I agree that if they were not
doctors they would be under a lot more scrutiny. But really the stories are getting
to be ridiculous. This beautiful child is dead and I hope the truth comes out sooner
rather than later. Who in their right minds would leave three babies alone in
a hotel room in a strange country without supervision. They wanted to party -
unfortunately it was at their little girl’s expense.

A day after their bittersweet homecoming, Kate and Gerry McCann ignored reporters besieging their front door and kept a low profile, a contrast to their very public campaign to find their child. On Friday the McCann’s were formally named suspects by police.

How does Team McCann (on its webpage) itself describe Brian Kennedy — as “a retired head teacher”!!! Then farther down the page they do state that he is a member of the family, and MOREOVER — if you read closely — that means he can be a “beneficiary” of the fund.
So, the way I look at it, the money Brian Kennedy is now donating to the legal fund probably came from the “find Madeleine” fund. My, my, these Team McCann players are TRICKY. They are like slick magicians. I wonder what they did with Madeleine’s body?

The McCanns will be crying “uncle!” soon…
How interesting that recent press reports discussing Brian Kennedy omit telling us that he is Kate McCann’s uncle, or even that he has all along been in charge of the “find Madeleine” fund supposedly solicited to look for the “abducted” girl.
Other earlier reports I had seen called Brian Kennedy “Madeleine’s great-uncle” –a clear attempt to make the relationship more distant. He is, after all, Kate McCann’s uncle. Now Team McCann has decided to obliterate the relationship and conflict of interest.
So exactly what is Kennedy’s interest in the McCanns? And almost certainly a man of this wealth has various connections to Richard Branson too.
The BBC article and others are guilty of these inexcusable omissions. More proof that the media is being manipulated by “Team McCann”.

A millionaire businessman says he is giving Madeleine McCann’s parents financial support to help them fight the “incredible accusations” they face.
Cheshire-based Brian Kennedy, who owns Sale Sharks rugby club, said he “felt compelled” to help the couple.
He said he was providing Kate and Gerry McCann, of Rothley, Leics, with financial and logistical support, including his in-house lawyer…
Mr Kennedy, who was born in Edinburgh, is estimated to be worth around £250m.
He made his money in double-glazing and home improvement ventures with companies including Weatherseal Holdings, Everest windows and Space Kitchens & Bedrooms.
His Latium Group business empire, which has an annual turnover of around £400m, includes firms dealing in plastics, conservatory-roofing, glass processing, and home improvement retailing.

Brian Kennedy, who is estimated to be worth £250m, broke his silence last night to explain why he is supporting the couple.
His money is helping Gerry and Kate McCann have access to some of Britain’s leading lawyers as well as the backing of a full-time media liaison officer.

Now we have a hotelier in Morocco stating he saw a barefoot child who looked like Madeleine. She was with a pale complexioned english speaking robust male.
The word on the street (or at least a blogger on another site) is that Jane Tanner has changed her story. She is now saying the man she saw was pale complexioned and robust..the plot thickens.
What a joke…
Madeleine has no identity..she is just a pawn in all of this.

But how about the specific sniffer dogs used in THIS case? Have they been tested? Suppose they are found to be superb sniffers who are correct all of the time. Would Team McCann then finally admit that a body was on the steps, in the apartment, in a fridge, in the car, etc? Indeed, why has Team McCann not demanded that these dogs be tested, and instead refer to one case in the USA in which one dog was found to be deficient.
Maybe Barbara Walters can ask the McCanns what they think… and why Kate refused to answer the police about what could have been in the trunk making the dogs go wild.

That video was great. My question is: can’t the McCanns and their friends all be prosecuted for child endangerment, leaving toddlers alone and sedated, while they go get drunk down the street? Why have they not been arrested for this?
And also Kate illegally blabbering about the police rightly questioning her about a crumpled Bible page — that “just happened” to be about telling a husband you killed his child? Why not add 2 years of jail time for that violation of the law?
Then if it can be shown the girl was dead, that means they have defrauded the public of a huge sum of money. Thinking this way, they deserve to be behind bars for a long time, even if it cannot be shown that they actually killed the girl. JMO

I am more interested in the content rather than the superficiality of phrases.
Would like to get back to finding out what happened to Madeleine McCann…This is why I am here. Whoever is guilty..so be it. Someone has to defend Madeleine..she can’t defend herself. The adults in her life did not provide the help and protection she sorely needed.
It seems incongruous that the parents of a young innocent victim are receiving more publicity than that of the victimized child.
Will we loose sight of Madeleine’s plight because we are thrown curve balls by the “adults” who were supposed to protect her.

I beleive she’s alive, — but I beleive the McCanns do know where she is. My personal belief is that she is somehow hurt or injured but still alive, and that the injury would not be easy for a couple of rich doctors to explain away, can’t come home with a child in a coma from sleeping pill, or two broken arms without questions that they don’t want asked. and they they have her hidden somewhere. Either hoping she will recover, or that they can blame it on a phantom kidnapper.
They keep insisting the police look for a live child and not waist time looking for a body, because they want the police to find her. Then they have the perfect cover story.
At least that’s my wild theory.

i don’t think…i know that up until the “bodies buried at sea” story in the papers all the “leads” the police were following were in fact the “readings” of a psychic and not evidence. how i know is because i know the psychic and that a detective visited her at the end of may and from then on what she said became fact for the poruguese police. and now that they didn’t pan out they are clutching at straws instead of wiping the egg off their faces and doing their job properly and also co-operation with the mccann team and the british police and whoever to get the little one back. i believe she is out there and alive.

Barbara is not as hardhitting as she was..but even though she is softspoken now, I think she does quietly ask the hard questions at times…lets hope…are they going to be interviewed or not?

Bottom line is what happened? Why wont the parents answer all questions? Cases over here the parents went in immediately for all questioning and lie detectors, searches, etc…(Walsh, Klaas, Lundsford)…
Everything seems to be geared towards the parents well-being whilst the fate of their child is at stake…
I think it was a terrible accident and a cover up….the cover up always makes things worse….more complicated and a house of cards that will tumble down on them..
