1019 Anonymous- Portia is making fun of me for my crazy statements yesterday about how I was QUITE CERTAIN Kate and Gerry had sold Madeleine’s organs to dying patients in Paris. I think most of us are aware that the black market for organs is not , well, real. At least, not a big black market.

1019 - As far as I know, an organ cannot be used unless harvested and packed in ice an operating theatre. It would have to be tissue typed before use.

I have never lost sight of that tragedy Stevo, no need to be so sanctimonious and rub my face in it as if I was not aware or had forgotten.

My understanding is the Portuguese law requires all witnesses to answer all questions put to them by the PJ. As Kate McCann was unwilling to answer a number of questions, the decision for the McCanns to become aguidos was made. Aguidos have the right to remain silent when asked questions. I’ve read one report that the PJ advised them they had this choice and it was the McCanns who chose to become aguidos so that they could exercise the right to remain silent. And I’ve read other reports that state it was the PJ’s choice.
The one thing that seems to remain consistent in all reports is that Kate was unwilling to answer some of the questions put forth to her by the PJ.
