Of all personality disorders, NPD is one of the most difficult to fix - mainly because it’s sort of caught in a vicious circle which is hard to break. Borderlines, histrionics, etc. are also personality disorder types but there are some very strong signs of NPD from Gerry. It would be unlikely for two NPDs to be together because it would be like matter and anti-matter. Most Ns live with an opposite personality - pretty much a human “doormat” who is happy to live with and be subserviant to the N. I really don’t think Kate is the N in this relationship.

Certainly this may well be extremely significant. It does however say “it is thought” that this is what the British police think and it mentions “a legal source close to the Portuguese police”.
So far it’s another of the many “sources” who leak information.
Let’s just wait for official confirmation.
It may at least put paid to the idea that the two police forces are at loggerheads or that there is a Dan Brown-like UK police conspiracy to force the Portuguese police not to pursue the investigation to its conclusion!

I have looked at the posts about the car but no point in my saying anything as I know ziltsch about it!
I agree with you that it’s a very significant point though. Keep on trying to clarify!
Not all of us want a slanging match. Some of us genuinely want to know the truth but just have different slants on the evidence which is currently in the public domain.

the sickening photo shoot of them and the twins after coming back to england like they were politicans or royalty posing for their xmas cards.
I have considered her innocent of killing and covering up maddies death
but the fact that they still deny any wrong doing for her neglect is enough to make any parent suspicious of them.
So she is far from innocent
Their acts on may 3 led to maddies disappearance/death
No matter what anyone says it’s their fault.

Third attempt at posting though God knows why I’m bothering. Nobody on here is interested in discussing the case anymore it’s become nothing but a slanging match between those who support the McCanns and those who don’t.
JS. Made a serious point earlier when he brought up the type of car the McCanns used because it highlights the way this whole case has been reported. i.e. Nobody checking obvious facts. If the hire care doesn’t have a spare wheel then why have some reports stated that DNA evidence was found there?
When reports mention a spare wheel well I’m sure many people imagine a largish depression in the floor of the boot. Put this image together with the reports of large amounts of DNA evidence found in the boot and it adds up to people imagining a kind of soup sloshing around in the well. If the well doesn’t exist though then this image projects a different picture. The hire car was available for all the journalists to view and it would have been a matter of minutes to find out the exact model used.

Grand Scenic has 2 x jump seats in the back to make it a 7 seater which I think (Speculate) has been mentioned.
