I just think her big bill is par for the course in this charade. It would surprise and shock me if one day I read some McCann news that sounded “normal”. I think McGuinness did more than alright out of it earning over $100,000 for a few month’s work. I’m sure she had more than a full belly with that amount.

They hired a PR person and they got a PR person..
They did not hire her to look for Maddie. There were 400 policemen and God knows how many volunteers doing that.
I have no real idea about why Gerry got pissed off - he may have been shocked at how quickly food / accomodation / travel bills mount up over time.
Perhaps you are suggesting that she should have caught fish and lived on the beach so as to keep costs low…rather than do her job with a roof over her head and a full belly?

And shouldn’t they have employed a more conservative person to spend charitable contributions? Like I say, this wasn’t a commercial situation - this was a charitable situation. People are supposed to roll their sleeves up and use shoe leather aren’t they? How else do those stones get turned?
