This whole press propaganda is what sells newspapers. Most do not care about truth in journalism. If it sells, you did your job.

Has there been any serious investigation on finding Madeleine? If you read through the archives of Anorak (and most newspapers) You will find it is mostly about kate and gerry....Madeleine has a supporting role in all of this. Even the comments are directed towards "the parents". It would be uplifting to see comments about particular journalist who just outright insulted the public's intelligence with their sensationalism....Ahhh...but that's what sells newspapers(catch 22)

Ade,

Good report in the independent.
Once some concrete facts come out we will see a big change in the slant of the press. If they came out Anti McCann and they were proven to be completely innocent (although not of neglect), they would upset some of their core readers, which would effect their longterm sales/profit.

Has anybody read "Gone, Baby, Gone" by Dennis Lehane, the novel the Affleck-fim is based on?
I couldn't find any spoiler on the web, not even in book-spoiler forums.

I know that it has nothing to do with the Madeleine-case, apart from incidental similarities, but I'm curious anyway how it ends.

The title, i think, is ambiguous. It probably doesn't only refer to the missing child, but to another woman, too.

Hilarious..... 'The casually dressed couple..... as they returned to their £600,000 house"

Next stop .. Gerry was sporting a smart blazer with Alan Partridge tie and badge set, Kate looked ravishing in an off the shoulder dress from Monsoon, costing £54.99 ...despite their smart 'suspects around town appearance', they naturally looked anguished

this one is quite good - again is the media allegiance turning against the McConns?

Why we like to think the McCanns are different
It is easier for us if we believe that Madeleine's parents have secrets to hide, writes Carol Hunt

And "brave faces" to boot...

Gerry and Kate McCann put on brave faces yesterday as they took their little twins to a special children's service at their village church.

The Anti Merken propogandist car loving "journalist" who makes lewd remarks about us being fat and stupid. He crashed his car into a tree on purpose while filming Top Gear - and he's a renowned homophobic.

Who gives a shit about that stupid 47 year old guy that looks 60.

Oh well oh well I feel so good today
We just touched ground on an international runway
Jet-propelled back home from overseas to the USA

New York, Los Angeles
Oh how I yearn for you
Detroit, Chicago, Chattanooga, Baton Rouge
God I long to be at my home back in old St Lou

Did I miss the skyscrapers
Did I miss the long freeway
From the coast of California
To the shores of the Delaware Bay
You can bet your life I did
Till I got back to the USA

Looking hard for a drive-in
Searching for a corner cafe
Where hamburgers sizzle on an open grill night and day
Yeah, and the jukebox jumping with records back in the USA

I'm so glad I'm living in the USA
Yes I'm so glad I'm living in the USA
Anything you want we got it right here in the USA

Ah we're so glad we're living in the USA
Yes we're so glad we're living in the USA
Anything you want we got it right here in the USA

Ah we're so glad
We're so glad
Ah we're so glad
We're so glad

Goodnight England, Scotland and Wales.......to you too!

Here's a little lullabye so you don't ever forget who is number one in the world in every category. There ain't no place like America.

Just hang a left and drive for 3,000 miles or so...sooner or later you'll come around.......

Sleep tight, England. Being a second world country isn't all that bad, is it???
