We have had many enquiries as to our plans for the festive period. Christmas 2007 will be an incredibly difficult time for us if Madeleine is not found before then.
Is he serious? People want to know what the Mccanns will do for Christmas? That is a joke.
First he says they have cancelled Christmas…then he goes on to say how they will try and have a normal Christmas for the twins sake and they have decorated the tree and blah blah blah….I am actually gettin tired of seeing Gerry and Kate. I read one news story that said Madeleine will be returned by Christmas?
Maybe Kate and Gerry need to tell God how sorry they are that they left their lil children alone night after night to go out and party and ask him to bring Madeleine home to them instead of putting the blame on everyone else. I’m surprised Gerry has not asked that Christmas be put on hold…..

So they want everyone to feel sorry for them BECAUSE they are not gonna have Christmas….But then they are?
I am tired of hearing what Kate and Gerry are doing….and who cares if they have Christmas or not. The only one i feel sorry for is Madeleine. Will she be celebrating Christmas?!?!

A private investigator hired by Kate and Gerry McCann believes their missing daughter Madeleine was kidnapped by a pedophile ring in the Iberian Peninsula or northern Africa, and that she will be returned by Christmas, the Daily Mail reported.
BUT then the same article says:
“We have proof of her movements after her kidnap and we know she was alive the day after her disappearance. We are not certain she left Portugal.
“I talk of certainties because we know which group may have her or could have kidnapped her to then sell her on to others,” Marco said.
So on one hand she is in Africa and on the other she may never have left Portugal? What the heck…..I hope she is returned by Christmas…..BUT i will not hold my breath.

Star I agree with you. But on the subject of ‘expenisve’ in room babysitters - Gerry and Kate are not poverty struck! Between them they earn more than the average. And lets face it - they were on an expensive holiday anyway - scrimping and scraping to save money on childminders; from a professional couple - makes no sense.
Today, thier privately-hired dectives are again on the verge of finding Madeleine - you bet they are on £50,000 ($100,000) a month - paid for from the fund! According to one news report the McCann clan are uneasy over the constant news reports coming from this detective agancy.

Minutes before his daughter Madeleine disappeared, Gerry McCann told a fellow holidaymaker that he and his wife would have stayed in with their children if they had not been holidaying with friends.
I like Gerry Mccann less and less as time goes on. They would of stayed in….but going out with their friends was more important than their children’s safety? The article goes on to say that in room babysitters are expensive(did they have to go out to eat without their children EVERY nite?) and the group babysitting meant the children would have to go to bed, be woken up by parents when they were picked up and put back to sleep(so what)
I also read that Gerry said not all people on Holiday the same time as them have been interviewed. Give me a break. I still believe Kate and Gerry are involved to some degree. Will Madeleine ever be found?

Five children between the ages of three and nine were found dead in a house in the northern German village of Darry today, police said.
Their 31-year-old mother has been detained on suspicion of involvement in the “violent” deaths of the children and has been placed in psychiatric care, a police statement said.
“Based on preliminary investigation the motive appears to be a psychiatric illness of the woman,” police in the northern city of Kiel said.
**New article in australian paper…what is with parents these days? And this mom is mentally ill? What did she just get that way before she killed them? Why does a mentally ill woman have 5 small children and where is the father and family that these children were left alone with her? Makes me sick. But shows parents do hurt and kill their children.
Ref Riley Ann, now they are using a step parent syndrome? That is a joke. Anyone that abuses or kills a child is a monster IMO!!

Good point about how the childs body was concealed even in hot weather.
The sad case about Riley Ann is that her stupid mother appears to have allowed the boyfriend to take charge. Statistics show that in cases like this it is usually the boyfriend and the mother usually protects him. I do not have any faith in the child welfare system. There was a case in NY where a child would not show up at school for days and when she did she showed signs of abuse. The welfare reps reported everything was OK . The child was later killed by the mothers boyfriend.
A lot of these cases are usually poor under educated types who should not be around kids.
Although that is unfair of me to say. The McCann’s are certainly well educated. Where did they go wrong???

in reference to the Riley Ann case….odd her mom and step dad kept her in a storage container, in a shed, in the middle of summer for up to 2 months, after they abused and killed her? and no one noticed? It wasnt until they tossed her in the bay and a fisherman found her that we heard about it.
That has me thinking back to when people where posting about how hard it would be to hide Madeleine’s body if she were dead. I too thought, there is NO way someone could have a body laying around. BUT according to my local news, these two pulled it off. Sick Sick Sick people.
The only good thing is Riley Ann will not suffer any more. I hope Madeleine’s case will not end the same sad way….

Experts at the research centre in Birmingham have helped Portuguese detectives since the three-year-old went missing from a holiday resort on the Algarve on May 3.
“It was felt that it was difficult to do everything on the phone. The time was right for them to sit down face-to-face,” a Leicestershire Constabulary spokeswoman said. “It has not been generated by any specific developments.”
The talks will take place on Thursday at an undisclosed location.
News reports said the meeting will focus on DNA evidence said to have been found in a hire car used by the girl’s parents, Kate and Gerry McCann, while they were in Portugal.
**I still dont believe the DNA came from sandles or dirty diapers…..

Portuguese police are reportedly considering clearing the girl’s parents, Kate and Gerry McCann, of wrongdoing in in the mystery, which has garnered worldwide attention.
The 4-year-old child vanished on May 3 from a vacation home in Praia de Luz, Portugal, while her parents ate dinner with friends nearby.
Police believe an intruder may have stalked the McCann family and snatched the girl.
**I still have to wonder WHAT happen to all the evidence against Kate and Gerry and the Tapas 7?

I know this is off topic…just a sad, sad case of a mother and her new hubby abusing and killing her own child and storing her body and then dumping it.
The details, in a statement Kimberly Dawn Trenor (mom)gave to police, paint a chilling picture of the last days of the girl investigators called “Baby Grace”
Trenor said in her police statement, first reported by Houston television station KTRK, that she and Zeigler, 24, killed her July 24.
The girl was beaten with leather belts, had her head held underwater in a bathtub and then was thrown across a room, her head slamming into a tile floor, Trenor said in the document. She said they kept the body in a storage shed for one to two months before they put it in a plastic bin and dumped it into Galveston Bay.
**When first questioned, mom said that children services from the dad’s hometown came and got Riley. Then mom and step dad went on with their lives? Noone knew Riley was even missing until her gramma and dad saw pics of the lil girl found in a plastic storage box and contacted mom.
This lil angel is now in a beautiful place, where she cannot be abused and hurt any more.
This is when i have to ask myself, HOW can a MOTHER abuse and kill her own CHILD? And then dump her body like trash and go on like nothing has happen? A different news article stated mom is pregnant again.
Also makes you wonder about Madeleine.

Our latest ‘humphy bumphy’ here is that the McCriminals can spend 10 years in a Portu jail for abandonment! The DNA evidence is held in a safe in the UK and the PJ’s are keeping it there to put pressure on the ‘gruesome twosome’ - but the response by the McCrap family is to show them hanging the twins by the wrists!

i wonder how many messages of support on Gerry’s blog are written by REAL people? How many people actually believe Kate and Gerry know nothing about what happen that night? With the evidence we have read over and over again in reference to text and phone and email records, DNA, the bag of clothes, numerous sightings and other miscellaneous info HOW can we be sure Madeleine was abducted? We dont know!! Kate and Gerry do, and so do the Tapas 7. I think it’s time they got their stories straight and told the truth. An innocent child is out there some place and needs to be found.
