There is a few loose ends in the dissapearence before she went to bed in that Kate is implicated in it because of sniffer dogs and DNA but that could have been after the fact or maybe she knew all along - I really want to know what happened it’s driving me crazy only hope the pj’s crack it soon.

I think Pennington is an unreliable witness. She seems to be the only person to be on the media payroll. When Channel 4 made the documentary, they could have found anyone who was there on the night of the 3rd but they picked this person. Why?

They would need to remove the soil that surrounded the body as it could contain dna (body fluids/smell of death )if the burial site was found…

The friend instantly realised what she had seen and within hours had given a statement and description to the authorities.
But astonishingly the significance of her sighting was apparently missed. The source said: “Officers who took the description did not seem interested. They just seemed to have filed it away.”

Now that mine’s soil would be very acidic (low pH) and therefore helpful in speeding the decomposition of the body. If they transported soil in the car as well as the body then there should be forensic evidence of soil and maybe even evidence of carpet chemical damage.
But how would they know about the dam and the acid mine?
Does this point to a premeditated euthanasia plot?

Why would they transport soil in the car as well as the body? I don’t understand. As for knowing about the dam and the acid mine. I didn’t know until I looked it up on the internet and presumably they could have done the same, they had three weeks to think about things and plan. Or perhaps people in situ like relatives (I believe there are some in the area) or a local (arguido numero uno) could tell them. It need not necessarily point to any plot. It could just be desperation after the event leading to desperate measures.

If they have the extradition lawyer, he can’t prepare his case to prevent extradition without any charges being brought…can he?
Look for some evidence that is something we all know nothing about…yet!
