I think G. doesn’t want K to answer too many questions, because K’s state of mind is fragile. She might think she still see’s Maddie, everyday. It looks to me that Kate is mostly just unglued and will end up soon in the Loony Ward soon.
G. needs to take his family to the country and hire people to look for Maddie. I fault G. for not taking care of K and the twins. It’s obvious K. needs a rest.
Their high-paying PR person needs to give them the correct scoop: Go into hiding you silly silly people before you end of hanging yourself and ruining your reputation forever.

Throughout the interview, Katie answered Q’s and spoke of Madeleine with her eyes moving downwards to the left. When she stated that “Maddy is still out there” her eyes went down to the right?
What are the psycological norms this represents? Anybody a BL expert?

The meeting in the night to May 1st at the Blocksberg isn’t a modern thing.
This was real witch meeting in the middleage or so. For centuries people was sure that in that night the witches were partying etc - pagan superstition maybe - but you can find this stories in the documents of the witch hunt processes and also in tales.

The MEDIA have reported that some source allegedly close to the police has allegedly suggested the Madeleine’s DNA was found in Murat’s home..
When someone from the PJ stands up on TV and makes these sorts of claims, then we can believe it. Until then, assume its media rubbish.

Madeleine died on the 3rd of May. Her body was removed from the room and hidden by someone who knew the McCanns and was party to whichever unconventional relationships they keep with their “friends”. Edit…..

If you read Gerry’s blog from beginning to end (October 22) you will see that he NEVER mentions Murat, only ONCE, after a month, he mentions “a portuguese suspect that police is interviewing..” (or so)
Yet, after Murat arrest on May 14, he keeps, and keeps, and keeps on insisting on abduction. His favourite world…

I saw this yesterday, but don’t have the answers so I didn’t comment. Is your theory that someone was going after another friend’s child? If so, why? Wouldn’t they just give her back (leave her someplace to be found) if she wasn’t of any use to them?

902 - That’s what I think. Originally, Murat was fingered by the Tapas Nine. The PJ did not take him seriously as a suspect, but had to treat him as such after Gordon Brown leaned on them to allow the McCanns to release the “news” about the abuductor sighting (of Tanner’s.) I think failry eraly on, the PJ indicated to Murat’s lawyer that they didn’t think Murat was involved. Normally, a defense lawyer’s sole focus should be the direct clearing of his client. However, I theorize that Murat was so justifiably enraged when he realized the McCanns et al were setting him up, that he told his lawyer and the PJ he could tolerate a few more months of being under suspicion for that sake of helping nail the McCanns. This would make Murat a true red herring. I predict Murat eventually will removed from the suspect list and that the PJ will be unequivocal in declaring him innocent.

CoolandCalm, actually you bring up a good point about him possibly just being handed the job again. I keep forgetting Kennedy is paying and Kennedy offered his services, and I think Mitchell would have taken it because…well, if all ends well in regards to justice for Madeleine, in some way that will shine well on Kennedy.

I agree.. if only because, as I’ve posted elsewhere, that it is possibly misleading to assume this case revolves around a few small hours, or worse just minutes, on May 3rd if only because that’s what the usual arguidos would like us to believe. i.e. I (if I were the investigator, I’m not, etc, etc..) would like cast iron proof that Madeleine hadn’t gone ‘missing’ some days before the 3rd May.
Posted this yesterday… There are now FOUR four year olds known about in this case:
Madeleine
Tanner/O’Brien’s child
Murat’s daughter
Gorrod’s child
With the exception of Madeleine, who is allegedly missing, are all of the other children well and accounted for? Do any of them have names/nick names that could sound like Madeleine/Maddie? Wearing suitable clothes, could any of them be mistaken for Madeleine – accidentally or otherwise?

Re: the job, I think he probably more suited to corporate work but I guess he took the job because of his new boss and because he had got to know the McCanns in in Portugal. He’s a career man so I would think he knows what he’s doing. They don’t often make bad career choices.
