Oh well I didnt realise ya all were so perfect what a lovely little world you must live in!!!!!
These people make 1 mistake and they will be paying for it for the rest of their lives wether Maddie is found or not, how many people have done the same probably thousands, just leave them alone and stop blaming them. I hope to god she is found safe and well cared for but reality is there are alot of sick people out there who you should be directing all your anger on instead!!!!!

i know what the parents of maddie did was totally wrong that night, but i just hope and pray that she is being treated with love and care that she so deserves,she is a beautiful little girl and never should have been left alone that night with her siblings, i also think that they should have arrested as soon as they touched down on british soil .morocco is a dangerous place i know i could have sold my young daughters a thousand times over in the seventies and i had to put my wedding ring on my young 15 year old daughter to stop the men from getting hold of her body parts thank god it worked. i pray that maddie is found very soon as we all do im sure

Finding a blond girl in the mountains of morocco is not something rare and strange; a lot of berber moroccans are blond haired with blue eyes. Probably just a moroccan girl

Well - in the first paragraph of your post you graphically described why ANYONE would envisage some low life taking Maddie - you have had first hand experience of it

They neglected her and completely dismissed all parental responsibility for the sake of a drink with mates. Pathetic at least, disgusting, and ultimately criminal - in my opinion

Money is the root of all evil and I think in this case it probably is why Madeleine was snatched in the first place maybe the banks can help by checking unusually high amounts of money put in peoples accounts or taken out for cash in may of this year. They can do it if our cards are frauded so can they check Portugal\Morocco transfers? Plus are there posters of Madeleine being given to hospitals all over the world especially in the eye op depts?

I hope and Prey that Maddy is found alive and well….Everyone has their thoughts on this and their own idea’s in what could of happened. I believe the first theory that came to light is what they should stick to. Has anyone thought that the person walking along the top road with a child could of been a woman with her hair greased down and back??????????
Maddy where ever you might be darling, the whole world is looking for you. Gerry and Kate you are remarkable. Keep that beautiful face of Maddy in the papers because someone somewhere will find her.

I really feel for the McCanns. i visited Morroco many years ago when my daughters were 6 & 1 year old. They were both very blonde with long hair and fair skin. Walking through the streets my children were being pawed by Morrocan men, women and children. We were followed to such an extend it frightened me. I am totally with the McCanns in believing that Maddie is still alive and I back them 100% that they are not involved in the disappearance. Yes they were wrong in leaving the children but who would have ever envisaged some low life coming into their apartment and taking Maddie away. Surely Maddie was being watched during her holiday and the culprit pounced at the first opportunity - the McCanns had no way of knowing this would happen. I hope and pray that Maddie will be found and retrned home for Christmas.

The slave trade exists in the Middle East and it IS a REASONABLE bet that Madelaine has been kidnapped by an Arab family. Check various UN reports on slavery. In fact Arab slavers still are kidnapping african men and women as they have done for the last 1000 years. We know that women are forced into working in the sex industry in the west but IN NO WAY DOES THAT JUSTIFY THE KIDNAPPING OF A YOUNG CHILD BY SOMEONE FROM THE EAST! No one is trying to start another war - we are trying to find a missing child - REMEMBER THAT! The very fact that you have made this comment suggest you have a problem. There have been other recent kidnappings of chidren from the same region - this is a very rare event - and it strongly suggests that the kidnapping of European (English, Spanish WHATEVER!) children does happen on a rare but regular basis in Portugal. She could very well be held by a European but we do not know, therefore all possible events MUST be considered. The people who work in the business of finding missing children KNOW that some rich Arab families will pay for a blonde girl and that they dont particularly care from where the child is taken .

“Muslim slave traders” ? What sort of Victorian thriller fantasies have these journalists been reading? They seem to be suggesting wholesale trafficking in human flesh, orchestrated by a whole religion!

It would be well to remember that the “Christian slave trade” is thriving, just search BBC news for sex trafficking in Sussex for example.

Get real, stop trying to start ANOTHER war.

In case you haven’t noticed, the Easyjet and fly Thomson flights that serve Moroccan destinations daily return as full as they left.

I would also suggest that if Madeline IS in Morocco, a good bet would be in a European’s camper-van/mobile home. Several thousands of them are in Morocco almost year-round. The Agadir region alone can be home to over 5000 of them in the winter season.
Police registration in compulsory for all visitors in Moroccan hotels, so a camper van is he ideal hiding place.

Blond kids abound in Morocco, too. Especially in the Mediterranean areas. Presumably due to the “interbreeding of the races” over the last 1000years. MOST moroccan kids have dark hair, but I can show you several town where blond kids number around 10% .

This family is doing all it can to find their daughter. The media needs to lay off of them or try and be suportive. They have been under extreme anguish, still are, and need to be treated well, not beaten down like the criminal who took their daughter. The media causes so much trouble trying to be sensational, it’s shameful. The fact that they did find this other little girl who is around the same age as Madeleine gives the hope, I’m sure. I hope they do still find their daughter alive. I wish the people who snatch children would be shot, hung, or castrated, etc. all of which would be too good for them. The fact that children go missing is something society needs to wake up about and do more about. Protecting our children is our most important job.

I can’t see why everyone is so outraged about them paying their mortgage with the fund donations. Surely this is the biggest living expense anyone has, and as they clearly couldn’t return to work while they were campaigning to recover Madeleine, AND they had to pay for alternative accommodation in Portugal, how else are they supposed to pay it?

People donated to the fund to help them find Madeleine, part of doing this is helping them with their living expenses during this time. I think all of you who return endlessly to the things the McCanns have done ‘wrong’ are naive. How can you judge so harshly when you can’t possibly know what it’s like for them?

I think everyone needs to be reminded that what the mccanns did (ie leaving their children alone) may be naive but it was not illegal and they believed they were safe. I have three children and although I have never and would never leave them alone, I still feel foer them as parents. Loosing a child in a crowd for a couple of minutes is terrifying but they must be contiually blaming themselves and I think that is why people are defending them. They are going through enough without everyone basically saying its your own fault. Please give a thought to that poor child rather that concentrating on what her parents have done.
