Look at the facts and you will se why people are angry.
Neither of them went looking the night Madeleine disappeared.
They did not organise the posters or wrist bands or yellow ribbons.
SO what have they done?
Lied to the police
Refused to answer police questions
Been to a shrine in Fargo
Been to see the Pope
Been to various Countries for TV interviews where there has been no sighting
Even Kate said the trip to the USA wasn’t about Madeleine.
I don’t usually swear but in this instance they have done F*** All to find her.

One of Kate’s relatives, Michael Wright, provided an insight into the feelings driving the family’s determination not to allow Madeleine’s case to slip from public view.
After thanking the British and Portuguese press for their coverage he told reporters on Thursday afternoon: ‘Kate and Gerry are the leaders of the whole campaign. Their ability to remain positive and focus on what we can do rather than go to the dark places - that they perhaps visited in the early days - is where our focus is, and it drives us all on.’

I remember it now. Parsons had about 6 or 7 penises growing out of his head on the original page.
Regarding the two McCann photos from the week in PDL…
Look at the one on the grass by the plastic castle. The kids are all wearing long sleeve tops suggesting that the weather was quite cool despite the sun. I’d read in other places that the weather was quite cool that week.
In the pool picture don’t you think it looks like Amelie has bathing gear on and Madeleine is just in a strapless dress? It doesn’t look like swimwear to me.

1002. Interesting Inspector G as I don’t know of any Romani blood in my family but I’ve always been prone to silver or white gold. And do not care for yellow gold very much at all. But I do love the sun.

Pitty wants to know if the McCanns have a pet, because if they do, she wants to rescue it….then she read here that they have Cuddle Cat..she’s about to kidnap Cuddle Cat and I tried to tell her it was a fake cat, not real, but Pitty just won’t listen, she bought a dart gun with a tranquilizer tipand took Fang and Moon and says she’ll rescue that Cat if it’s the last thing she does……………..
She even tried to do a psychic link with Cuddle C. but got just a bunch of nothing……I can’t tell Pitty anything, she gets an idea and off she goes……….sigh!

Actually, in my/our case I would disagree…
We did donate and at the time I’d have had no issue with them paying their bills for the next 6 years if they were out there searching. The fact that they are not and are currently suspects makes it best immoral that they should continue to take money from the fund. They appear not to now be doing this and so aside from wider issues about whether the fund is in fact a scam, I’m kinda cool with how things currently are.

Yes, thank you for summarizing. It appears that the PJ are trying to solidify their case before pressing charges to increase the chances for a successful trial.
When will the FSS test results be given to the PJ? Have they already received them? I’ve read conflicting reports and don’t know which to believe.

Which has been the more hurtful to Madeleine McCann, her parents leaving their 3 children to have an interruption filled night out (if we are to believe that they made the checks) or a spoof Aldi type advertisement lampooning the commercial saturation of the girl’s image in a renowned satirical magazine which was not aimed at a British audience? Sometimes the British aim their anger at the wrong target - a foreign target is usually an easier target to hit with self-righteous indignation.
