Now the fund money, the mortgage payments, paying the loan on a fancy house after little M is dead, using money meant to rescue lost babies and little ones, this is worse than any Gypsy Thievery she’s ever seen.

Ok, this is too far fetched. The staff have seen photos of Madeleine from years ago. That would need an identical twin to Madeleine.
COMMENT – Far fetched is an understatement. Don’t see why they need an ‘identical’ twin, as you and others have commented most of the photos released are old photos. The “last photo” was realeased some weeks after Madeleine disappeared by which time weren’t most of the crèche staff enjoying a Grecian break?
Hmmmm….didn’t O’Brien’s wife get pregnant at exactly the same time? I know one of the T9 did…read it somewhere.

I just don’t believe that it wouldn’t be possible to come to some arrangement - leave or nominally working part-time - that pays their mortgage, rather than pay it from donations.

Jolie, My feelings on this are more in tune with yours although I can see where Julie is coming from. However, just as you have pointed out if Madelein had accidentally wondered off looking for her missing parents or gotten free of her abductor she would have been waiting to hear her parents’ voices and to see her parents coming to her rescue - not more strangers.
And I don’t think it can be emphasised enough that if Kate didn’t have her wits about her to search for her missing 3 year old then why was she okay to go out exercising? Why a month later was she able to leave the twins and travel Europe and the US?

i think the caps on earnings and saving depend on where you are, 2 days after i arrived in dk i broke my shoulder and i got statuatory sick pay from the government of £520 a week, i think i would have got a tenth of that back home
