I guess the evidence for Baby Grace being Madeleine is probably slightly better than the evidence for St James having floated from Jerusalem to Compostella unaided.
If it wasn’t for that damned Science stuff, Maddy could be halfway to canonization by now, thanks to St James, Garth, Alexis and the host of True Believers.

Alexis came up with a good idea - she was writing about having good adverseries on the forum - perhaps the McCanns can prove their total innocence to the world in trial by combat - always a popular method within earlier catholic Christendom - you know after the fashion of El Cid and Ivanhoe.
PS Alexis - like the opening and closing French snippets with which you have adorned some of your postings - as my first degree was in Modern Languages I do like to see such things.

Why do post numbers keep changing on this site, it’s so confusing . . .
I mean, I understand that some posts (probably krissie’s) get deleted from time to time, which REDUCES the reference number on previous posts.
And yet the reference numbers on earlier posts today have INCREASED, where are the extra numbers coming from?

I think he was trying to write from someone else to himself but forgot to change the name, and then in 711 tried to reprimand the imaginary “name thief”. I suspect he is playing games with us. I always trusted his posts, and many other people relied on what he wrote. But, what if it is soothsayer, forget Garth, Stig, Coolandc…etc. is the cleverest person who makes us believe what he wants us to believe. For some important reason… Would you please look into this - I may be very wrong?

1) skull fracture and no signs of other injury or sexual abuse
2) matching height
3)matching hair (Julie has seen a secret photo with long hair, the photo removed)
4)clothes and shoes available in the UK
5)clothes in Kate’s style
6)teeth look like perfectly matching
7)silence from British media
8)no attempt from Mccanns to notice BG
9)airtight box - slowing decomposition
10)theory about body thrown into open sea - hard to find, better than weighing down for divers to find it
11)length of hair incompatible with the age of 2-3, but the height of 2-3 year old -
this is the most scary match…

back from putting on some new guitar strings and watching Top gear. Can’t be arsed to read ‘em all again but a quick McScan showed me interest in Baby Grace…
As someone who initially put this forward, I’m now less than 50% sure she’s maddy. The clothes could be OK tesco/walmart/ASDA and there is nothing stopping you buying a sterilite box from the usa via the internet. I have bought many guitar gadgets (including strings) and books that way. I recommend it as prices are usually half price and the dollar is incredibly weak. Even with air mail packaging added in most things are at least 30% cheaper.
The reason why I think no now is that the sheriff had indicated some basic physical aspects that rule it out - we will see when the forensics, including DNA are released.
plus the McSmugs didn’t have to release a panic “refute evidence” statement as they usually do simple because they know exactly where the body is located and what state it is in…

several months ago, there were some fairly good promccann posters that would rationally try and eplain away events. (good on them)
more recently i have noticed that the promccanners are nothing more than abusers of the mccann doubters. they offer no rational excuses anymore.
is it becasue all of the people with ratioanl thinking have now joined questioning camp, or is it because they just wanna be different?

And the really annoying thing about this point is that there is no logical answer as to why the McCalpols are not doing this - well no logical answer IR they are truly innocent.
Stig will try the ‘Amaral will beat poor Katiepops up’ and there will be the odd ‘they will be framed’ bleatings, but with their state-of-the-art, best-that-beardy-Bransons-money-can-buy legal team in both the UK and Portugal these excuses really are very lame.
