Why is this WORD Terrorism used selectively??? Generally associated with Muslims…Why????? There are plenty of people in this world that cause terror these people Should be on the terror list Peodophiles, Rapists, Muderers, Oppressors People in high political seats!!! They come from all walks of life and belong to many different religions tribes etc
Is every one aware espicialy Rooibok that Muslims come in all colours and creeds & in every shape and size!!! Muslims are not just Asain people Rooibok you seem to have that impression..Further to you comment about Christians have you not read the saying from the bible “Love Thy Neighbour” All religons stem from one another and in my opinion no race is more superior than any other..So why all they indifferances. Look back at history. Muslims also believe in Jesus and One God at least we have one thing in common!!! And just for the record Muslim women cover up just in the same way that nuns choose to as per their Christian religion..They dont get treated any different…they come in all colours too
I agree with Karen that it is the propaganda of the baised media which portray only what they want you to see…as intelligent human beings we need to do our own reasearch before we jump to any conclusions about any one reardsless of socail status or creed.
The Holocust should never have happened I agree but there has been plenty of other incidents in the world where innocent civillians have been killed in mass numbers, people who have tortured, rapped, starved to death..and oppressed people in Palastine, Africa, Russia to name but a few so why do they not have the same amount of empathy or news coverage in the mainstream..Are lives of certain people more important than others.???
It’s all about money & power..if there was no divide in every way shape or form by the worlds leading dictators then the world would be a better place to live in dont you agree???

Of course the Muslim Council Of Britain are right. We make them wear badges to show they are Muslim, we prevent them from working, we throw them out of their homes, we steal their possessions and we ship them to extermination camps!
I think their parallel to Nazi Germany is an evil and stupid statement and that their consistent veiled justification of terrorist acts is frightful.
The people of Gt Britain are amongst the most tolerant and fair minded in the world. How dare the MCB suggest otherwise.

There are good people everywhere, whether there are Christians, Jews, Muslims, Hinduists, Buddhists, Sikhs, Baha’is, Atheists, etc etc etc.
Even in the Muslim world (I live in a Muslim country) there are people who say that those who kill in the name of God are not Muslims, just as Christians who kill in the name of God are not true Christians. But think about it for a second: Who has killed the most people throughout the ages? It’s been the Christians, the Pope, in the name of God. Who started the thing that “if you kill in the name of God, you’ll be in Paradise with virgins serving you”? It was not Ben Laden nor the Al-Qaeda: it was Saint Ephrem, a Christian in the 4th Century!! So who are the bloody people after all? It’s humanity, period.

It’s true that the amount of debate about Muslims is disproportionate, and if you’re a sensitive person it must make you scared, or angry, or at least self-conscious about the way others perceive you.
But it’s the way the media works. It doesn’t matter if it’s road rage or devil dogs or Asian flu or ASBOs they always print way too much crap on the issue - not to mention the naff opinion columnists (I know it’s meant to be an opinion, but do they ever do research?).
We’re not going to turn into Nazi Germany - if we got rid of all the Muslim leaders, who would the journalists go to for controversial quotes? Hacks don’t want a final solution, they want to keep the story going and politicians love anything that gets them in the news.

I was in School with a Muslim in the 70’s/early 80’s and never ever had cause for concern with him or his family. They are decent people. People should be judged on their own merits and not be banded together. George Bush is a “Christian” aparrently… need we say any more?
