It is a very interesting thing.
I saw George the first making very harsh comments about the way his son has presided and was particularly critical of a few Neo-Cons who baby George has surrrounded himself with.
I had never liked King George I very much (btw rumours of is involvement in a paedo scandal were quickly squashed in mid to late 90’s) but after living under this regime for 7 years - hearing his dad speak so honestly about his son and his cronies made me wish he were back in the Whitehouse.
I agree is it unusual and very interesting. Maybe when Bozo Bush leaves office his father will be even more out spoken?
King George was CIA before going into politics. He is outraged over whitehouse outing a CIA operative and has been quite vocal of his disgust with traitors in the whitehouse.
I don’t know who’s got the better scandals? US or UK?

I am not a McCann supporter, but I hope that doesn’t exclude me from replying? Well, even if it does, I’ll replay anyway.
The McCann’s should be pursued to the full extent of the laws possible for them to be pursued under at the appropriate time. There is an ongoing criminal investigation and that should be allowed to take its natural course before pursuing other avenues for bringing charges. In my opinion.

There is always justice. What goes around always comes around. Always.
If the McCanns harmed their own child then eventually they will be caught and punished for it. I don’t think they did.
If they didn’t harm their own child then evidence will surface to prove their innocence. Maybe Madeleine will be found alive.

Does anyone know about extradition arrangements from the US to the UK/Portugal? I seem to remember it was easy for the US to extradite some Brit bankers a couple of years ago, but I don’t think it worked the other way. If a couple of people were to travel to the US to investigate a sighting, how easy would it be to extradite them?

US extradites to UK (not sure about Portugal). US loves to extradite because US human rights policy is pathetic and US officials don’t really care what the policies of other countries are wheen it comes to the rights of people. Plus US jails and courts are in a shambles. So US doesn’t have the capacity to deal with foreign criminals and is fairly quick in extraditing them to their homeland or country where their crime was comitted. US becomes angry when t heir criminals are not extradicted to US soil when a humane country refuses on the grounds that US death penalty is cruel. This makes the all powerful US livid.
However, if the criminal is very wealthy and powerful, like the Shah of Iran or President Marcos of the Philippines - US is warm and inviting and offers them ‘political asylum’. These special people live in luxury in the US and are never extradicted to serrve time for their multitude of crimes in the countries they raped, murdered and burgeled.
Oh and US is a classess society.

right at the very beginning when Sousa(?) was giving statements he said that there was no problem with the children being in the hotel room as the parents were confrimed to have been the property.
I have a problem with all this to-ing and fro-ing with Leicestershire Social Services who can do nothing anyway as what happened happened in Portugal.
If it is something that people feel so strongly about then the petition should go to the Portugese Social Services.

I think we have now established that Dr Gerry McCann is a government advisor through COMARE - the UK Committee on Medical Aspects of Radiation in the Environment.
What we not yet established 100% is if any direct family members of Dr Gerry McCann are related to EDF. Someone suggested that Gerry’s brother worked for EDF.
Do we have evidence of this?
