I hate it when journalists do stunts that are meant to prove how horrible the public is or how crap some service or other is.
Channel 4 keeps churning out documentaries supposedly exposing how bad the NHS/prison service/whatever is and the only truly terrible thing in the the whole show is the hyperbolic voice over.
This must disappoint hacks (and threaten their mortgage repayments) but most people are quite nice and are doing their best.
