I used to go to school with someone who is now a huge celebrity…. she was two years older than me… now she’s the same age. Strange that…….

Having ‘Hag-Hands’ is the only thing I now have in common with celebrities who used to be the same age as me. I am glad they haven’t yet found a surgical get-out clause for old lady paws as well.

as a ‘woman of a certain age’ who wpuld be happy if only there were no mirrors or reflective surfaces in the world I HATE the Mails obsession with women’s ageing, or rather the idea that we shouldn’t.
Barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen is where the Mail wants all the females but gorgeous, perfectly honed, ever young and ever ready as well.

Life’s a bitch but I don’t care. Take my advice. DON’T LOOK.
