As a former D.I (detective inspector) with the Criminal Investigation Department of the police here in the UK i should inform you as the Madeleine Mccann case is a joint operation between both the Portuguiese and the British authorities you are infact committing an offence here in the UK which is namely ‘Conspriacy to pervert the course of justice’.
You have stated your intentions for all to see on your website thus making it all matter of public record therefore this is ample evidence for which to bring charges for the above.
I have contacted Officers that I have previously worked with, some are currently working on the Madeleine Mccann enquiry and they have assured me that should you at any point stop over on your flight anywhere within the British isles you will be taken off the plane and arrested.
I should warn you that the the offence you will be committing by your own words and statements as i have pointed out above carries upto 3 years imprisonment and as a foreign national you will not recieve any judicial considerations.
S.O 5 at Scotland yard has also been made aware of your fund as alot of the people that have contributed are from the UK this may also bring rise to charges concerning obtaining monies by deception as well as other crimes should you not actually travel to portugal.
The senior investigating officer on the UK side of the Madeleine Mccann enquiry will be contacting the U.S Embassy in London with a view to either having the U.S authorities withhold any travel documentation and/or supplying travel details to the investigation team here in the UK.
You have also stated on your site that you may be willing to actually break into R. Murats residential dwelling and this has been passed to the portuguiese police should you manage to evade being stopped in your plans to travel to portugal. I believe that Mr Murat will be contacted in due course and should he make a formal complaint about this the portuguise authorities will act accordingly.
As you can see from what i have written above YOU have placed yourself in a very precarious position you are commiting offences should you travel and you are committing other offences should you not travel. You have only one option in regards to this matter to avoid any legal proceedings and that is to refund every donation and to cancel your plans, of course the reasons for doing this are entirely up to you as long as it is done.
This is not a threat to make you change your plans i have no intrest in whether or not you stay out of prison but i do concern myself with British nationals being manipulated and a certain British girl who is missing and does not need the likes of people like you interferring in the efforts to return her, i do not apoligize at all for the steps i have taken in bringing this to the attention of the relevant authorities as i feel it must be done.

Madeleine Police Seize all Phone Records

Portuguese detectives are trawling the phone records of hundreds of residents in Praia da Luz in a major new operation to find Madeleine McCann.
Investigators want to question everyone who made a telephone call after 9.30pm on May 3 – the night she vanished.
The probe has been ordered by Paulo Rebelo, the new police chief in charge of the investigation.
He hopes it will provide a breakthrough in the search for Madeleine, now in its eighth month.
Sources said last night that Mr Rebelo was carrying out the massive trawl to uncover evidence of a potential conspiracy.
Senior officers are still working on the theory Madeleine, four, died in an accident in her family’s Ocean Club apartment in the Algarve resort. Her parents Kate and Gerry were named as official suspects in September.
Now detectives want to establish if anyone was involved in an operation to hide her body. The new initiative could also reveal evidence of an abductor working with an accomplice or as part of a network.
In the painstaking operation teams of officers have been handed detailed lists of all calls made on mobile phones and landlines in the area that night.
They are focusing on “suspicious activity” and are quizzing residents on who they called and why.
In a bid to eliminate them from their inquiries, detectives are checking their stories against records they have obtained from Portuguese phone companies.
The region around Praia da Luz has a population of 27,000 but it is believed police have already narrowed down the calls made after 9.30pm that night to less than 1,000.
Last night one local woman told how she was questioned by two plainclothes Policia Judiciaria detectives on Tuesday afternoon.
She lives just a two-minute walk from the Ocean Club complex and yards from the resort’s church where police have carried out two searches in the hunt for Madeleine.
The woman, who asked not to be identified, said the officers quizzed her about a single call she made on her mobile phone at 9.50pm on May 3.
She told the Daily Express: “Two officers, whom I recognised because I had seen them in town earlier in the investigation, knocked on my door at 1pm.
“They were carrying a file of papers full of names and telephone numbers. The numbers related to both mobile phones and landlines.
“One of the officers asked me to confirm my mobile phone number which I did.
“They wanted to know about a call I had made on the phone at 9.50pm on the night Madeleine disappeared.
“They asked me who I had telephoned that evening but it was some time ago and I could not remember. One of the men read out a number which I did not recognise at first but I later realised was my husband’s.
“As they were leaving my son asked them why they had come here now and they said they were investigating all calls made within Praia da Luz from 9.30pm onwards on May 3.
“It was clear I could not help with their investigation but they are going round to everyone in a process of elimination. I have spoken to other people, and four of my immediate neighbours said they have also been visited.”
Mr and Mrs McCann categorically deny being involved in their daughter’s disappearance. They insist that she is still alive and are convinced Madeleine was taken by an abductor.
Last night the couple were said to be “encouraged” by the development. Their spokesman Clarence Mitchell said:
“This would appear to be a totally new line of inquiry.
“It is possible one of those phone calls made in Praia da Luz that night may hold the key to this.
“At 9.30pm we believe Madeleine would have been with her abductor in the Praia da Luz area. It is obviously possible whoever took her called someone – a possible accomplice. A record of that call will exist somewhere.
“Kate and Gerry are encouraged by this police work because it shows the investigation is now active and thorough.
“The police appear to be doing a very thorough job of tracking down people who were in the area at the time. Clearly Paulo Rebelo seems determined to leave no stone unturned.
“That is good news for them because – as they are entirely innocent – they are confident a thorough investigation can only lead to them being eliminated as suspects. Crucially they also hope it may lead to them being reunited with Madeleine.’’
Mr Mitchell added: “It is possible the police have received information that has led to them targeting calls made after 9.30pm. If they have we are not aware of it, but it is an interesting development.’’
Mr Mitchell said the McCanns’ mobile phones were seized by police the night Madeleine went missing. Officers have had seven months to investigate all their calls thoroughly.
They have also studied records of British expat Robert Murat – the only other official suspect in the case. Detectives investigated phone calls made between Murat, 34, and Russian computer expert Sergey Malinka on the night of May 3.

Hi, thought this might be of satirical use…….
Bupa hospitals have now changed to spire health of which a G Mccann appears to be a consultant (which may just help boost take home pay )
Bupa has freely available information useful to any reponsible parent regarding child care arrangements which make for very interesting reading !
So summing up it would seem that certain Bupa (Spire) employees ccan tell other people how to safely look after their children.

PS (We all know Europe has the same emergency number especially Amsterdam and Germany) So when a group of wealthy people with lots of mobile phones between them go abroad, why would they need a reception to call emergency services (Somebody similar to the police in say an imaginary situation like your child has been abducted)…….a ludicrous situation I know but then again there is a ten billion to one chance of it happening??????

But this also doesn’t add up because - why are we suspicious about sedation? because the twins appeared to be sedated on May 3. But how stupid would it have been to sedate the twins on May 3 during a cover-up that seemed to be necessary because of M’s fatal sedation two days earlier? Would someone continue to sedate the twins after the alleged disaster with M happened?

I agree that if something had happened whilst they were out, they might have wanted to establish that they were responsible parents and stayed in with the children. However, that would have made it very difficult to fake an abduction. Too many questions. If they claimed an intruder came in the window while they were asleep and took Madeleine, it would have seemed strange that K and G had not been awoken by her cries. If they claimed that she wandered out of the door and was taken, they would have known about this in minutes and it would have seemed suspicious that the abductor made such a clean getaway.
But if they established a reputation for dining “nearby” at the Tapas bar, checking every half hour, that would explain how she was taken and how someone managed to get out of the resort easily.
It could be that Madeleine could open the patio doors by herself (which seems likely), fell down (possibly groggy from sedation) and that she sustained, say, a skull fracture and died.
The McCs wouldn’t have wanted to risk blood tests showing sedation, even though it would have been an accident. Maybe that is why they are so adamant that we should believe that Madeleine couldn’t open the patio doors.

I’ve not read Hitchens, but I see the point that the child calling out desperately for so long could have been a child having an allergic reaction, or who had been poisoned. And we would need to see the medical history to know about past allergic reactions. This might have been what made the police think the killing was intentional.

I think the photos will prove to be the bombshell evidence. Put it this way - let’s say you were there during that week and had a photo or photos of the resort and you had one with the McCanns in it. You’d be sat on a photo worth a tidy 5 or even 6 figure sum from a newspaper.
That photo may already be in the PJ’s possession. It may prove to be the “Zapruder Image”.

This is what the Spanish (or Portuguese) TV channel Antena 3 revealed re Chaplins and other stories. According to them Chaplin’s was on May 2nd. I have a feeling that the programme is on YouTube:
“Spanish TV channel Antena 3 did a special on Madeleine last night that was the best and most complete of the ones so far. Clarence Mitchell was interviewed for the programme but, needless to say, he had nothing new to say.
What was very interesting was that they actually interviewed the waiters from the Tapas restaurant. The result is what we have said so many times in this forum but have not got official back-up so far:
- NO they did not regularly check on the children
- YES Russel O´Brien was missing almost the whole dinner
- YES they dismissed a paid childminder only a couple of hours before dinner
- YES they drank 14 bottles of wine
- YES they left the children alone every night
- YES the previous night they had dined at Chaplin´s which is at 5-6 minutes walking distance
According to the investigation of the highly reputed journalists involved, there are 3 hours which have not been accounted for properly by any of the Tapas 9, a pact of silence and lots of contradictions. The police has suspected of the McCanns from day one, and their behaviour is NOT what you would expect from parents in their circumnstances.”

It has often been put as if the tapas dinners were some kind of amusement for the group, yet it was nothing more than their regular evening meal during their holiday. I would classify this completely different than a visit to a night club.

I think the McCann’s were irresponsible parents.
I think their public image means more to them than their children.
I don’t like the odd things they say, I don’t like their personalities, but I don’t know if they’re guilty - none of the evidence so far makes anything (including the abduction) sound likely.

A file - whether a text document, photo, program or whatever, complies with the filing system on the media concerned. There’s only two mainstream filing systems in common use. FAT32/64 and NTFS. You don’t need to know the details but basically, the computer - whether your PC or your camera (yes it is a computer as well), doesn’t know one file from another. That’s why an operating system takes care of the housekeeping of files etc.
Nothing is embedded on a memory card from a camera that is separate to those files (photos) that are stored on there. Once taken out of a camera and viewed on a PC, the memory card looks like any other disk connected to your computer.
Unfortunately, there are too many myths propagated by “know-alls” who are at best computer enthusiasts.

Hmmmm… OK, but she would have had to have been negligent — maybe she skipped out as well , and was busy having a tryst with T10…

She knew enough to stay away from the apartments that night. That’s also why she alone stayed at the table. She knew what was happening anyway.
