The Correio da Manha newspaper “claimed Kate and Gerry, of Rothley, Leics, could be charged with perjury and wasting police time”
But don’t the police waste enough of that themselves?
“They have been warned by their legal team they may have to go to the European Court of Human Rights to get their arguido status lifted”
Human rights? What of Madeleine’s rights?

The cops walked into the apartment and said hello, hello, hello as they noticed Madeleine’s bed had not been slept in for a while and it was all neat and tidy. They noticed that nobody had come or gone through the window because the paint and moss had not been disturbed and automatically assumed that Madeleine had wandered off or she they had ‘done her in’. They alerted the coast and the ports and did a thorough job at the time given how obvious it all was. They also realised that they would be looking for a body that bery night because they knew she did not go missing on the 3rd of May. Check the clothes they were wearing on the first day of the holiday and then check the ‘last day’s’ clothing. Same as! They were just to busy to attend to the details. Typical f*cking doctors lol

I am a little excited at the clouseau post, borrowed from another forum, yesterday. This ties in with something Tony B was talking about last year when he said there might be CCTV footage of Gerry somewhere he shouldn’t be i.e. being somewhere else at the time he was supposed to be playing tennis. Instead he was somewhere other than PDL. It also places the Tapas lot at Chaplins the night of the 2nd, which has always been a strong rumour and mentions the crying heard by Mrs Fenn in early reports. I really hope this is a truthful post as it really seems to offer some hope. If, indeed, they were as far away as Chplins, neglect is even more pronounced and, if they were asked to return by someone at MW, it would point to the McCanns being enraged, I would think, as they are not people who would welcome any criticism of their behaviour. Could Madeleine have been the one to take the brunt of her parents annoyance at being shamed regarding their lack of efficient child care? Many of us here think that Madeleine met her fate before the evening of the 3rd and this would make sense, given this scenario. 8 months and no real last sighting and no truth emerging. How can this be?

Regarding the Webster woman and the whole shenanigan - and sorry this has been mentioned before…
I am not aware of any group photographs from PdL - its the sort of thing that often gets taken at joyous (aka drunken) get togethers.
I just cannot reconcile that no-one would have taken the tabloid’s silver dollar and sold any number of photographs. I am sure such a picture would demand a bigger wad than the delightful ones of Ms Brooks in today’s Scum.
So, perhaps there is some sor of D Notice (is that the right term?). Sorry if I have missed something but is it known that Clarry was in PdL prior to 3 May. If so that could be the link.
The augido status seems to me to produce a situation akin to sub-judice - so why are all the comments from the Mcconns supporters subject to the rules (have I misinterpreted the rules?).

Yes, good spot Brandon flours… Seemingly always very careful with word selection? Almost like there maybe be some “truth” in them not being involved in her “disappearance”, because it wasn’t actually “them” that moved her body, though that doesn’t rule out others being involved on their behalf, in my opinion.
Matt – re Clarence… If he is Tapas 10, or knows who this persons is, or the person(s) who ultimately wants this case kept from ever going to trial(s) etc… Wouldn’t that be an “Ace card” for the PJ to hold up their sleeve until an opportune moment in the case? E.g. Say about the time they brought charges against someone(s), they then call in others for questioning/make them arguido/a’s?

Why are the McCanns children not in care if big burly intelligent policemen are suspicious that they are implicated in the death of their other child. Who would be responsible if anything happened to one of them now? Just theorising lol. Atop Portuguse cop was saying that they should have got 3 years for admitting they were 200 feet away just having a booze and a meal. Will somebody please explain why the kids are not in care. I feel as if I am the simpleton.
