Carbombs Are Not Tools Of Terrorism
THE Croydonian notes “Car bombs do not constitute terrorist activity”.

The German beaks have been examining this question in the light of the anti G8 protests last year, and under German law it would appear that “A terrorist act is one that causes significant damage to the state“, rather than to one of the individual Länder, it being Mecklenburg-Vorpommern where the protest / riot took place.
I wonder if the reaction would have been the same if it had been Dusseldorf or Frankfurt in the firing line rather than a small town in the former DDR.
Meanwhile, the German far left thinks this is all just great.

Well, that’s the Germans, I guess if car bombing happens on a daily basis and people don’t care about it, it doesn’t seem to be terrorizing, I guess. It’s quite insane, though.
