I think you are right, the Healys present a much better picture than do the McCanns and their PR army.
Kates mother is the only one to admit that they made a mistake leaving the kids night after night. She is the only one to admit frailties and weakness - a human face to the sorry saga.
If only Gerry had listened to Kate (allegedly it was he that insisted on using Clarence) I’m sure they would have had much more support form the general public (I dont mean the rags called newspapers and the so-called ‘journalists’ of 2007/8).
I’d sack Clarence and hold a proper famly meeting with the Healy’s calling the shots. You never know, they might tease out the truth!

Thanks! From the way pros talk, you’d think a herd of people at least were milling around, rubbing dirty shoes on everything, smoking and leaving ash everywhere etc. etc.
The truth is that the PJ sealed off that apartment and told the McCanns to leave at 2am. Photos clearly show it sealed off as a crime scene. The contamination stories are a complete fabrication by those who want to discredit the PJ.
I’m surprised they haven’t said Eddie and Keela didn’t piss all over the place and thus render the evidence void.

Yes Mr Healy…I’m sure Ian Huntley had innocent looking school photos. I’m sure Mr Shipman appeared in family photos as did Jeffrey Dahmer. They all have this type of photo because people who commit crime don’t all look a particular way. If they did, crimes would be easier to solve.

I’m trying to take everything into account, all that has been reported in the press, the videos, the photos, what posters here say, etc. etc.
Unfortunately, it is a fact that not everything that people report is accurate. I want to hear from the PJ themselves, what they actually have and exactly what it is. That’s all.
I’m not pre-judging anybody, in my opinion. I’m just not sure of their guilt nor am I sure of their innocence regarding the actual “disappearance”.
I despise them for the neglect aspect of this case, but I see that as a separate issue. They are responsible for her fate in that respect, but I cannot bring myself to believe, at this stage, that they could have harmed her beyond that or that they could have committed fraud in this scale and in the eyes of the whole world. I need to know what the PJ have and I need proof before I can point my finger at them.
If you would have asked me 2 months ago how I felt about this case, I was more inclined then to believe in the “abductor” scenario. Now, I am more inclined to believe the “accidental death” possibility, but I am not totally convinced yet. In my opinion, there is something more behind this, but I cannot put my finger on it.

Debate is good here to try & work out likelihoods, probability & discrepencies in order to try & fathom out what coud have happened. We know quite a lot because of all their gaffs but there is likely a lot we don’t know.
If someone forced me to make a bet one way or the other then I would put my money on them being involved in some way or another.
However it is imo quite healthy to be swayed as we just don’t know everything……yet!

Assuming a parquet floor tile had blood seep through the cracks and it was under the sofa, a herd of elephants could have gone through that apartment but it wouldn’t contaminate anything. For some bizarre reason, pro McCanners keep banging on about contamination with no basis for it at all.

I think that people are assuming you support the McCanns because of your ‘innocent until proven guilty’ statements?
In an investigation, to assume innocence literally would end the investigation - this is the McCann stance - search for Madeleine, do not investigate the reasons for her not being in the parents ‘care’.
So continue a fruitless world wide ‘hunt’ which doesnt seem to include actually looking for her physically - and didnt whilst the McCanns enjoyed their extended holiday - they jogged and searched the web! Im not convinced that going to see the pope did anything to find her, or launching balloons etc. Most investigations are low key affairs yet many do result in bodies being found and occasionally a live person (though sadly not usually when its a little child of Madeleines age, most of these turn out to be crimes committed ‘closer to home’)
By attacking all of the evidence that we have which infers their complicity and not challenging their own statements - many of which are highly inconsistant and often downright suspicious - you appear to be supporting them.
Im sure that you arent and you will think more carefully of the way - and what - you challenge (assuming you do not want to be seen as a single minded supporter).
