Madeleine McCann: The Witnesses See, A Sketch And Killer Bob
MADDYWATCH - Anorak’s at-a-glance guide to press coverage of Madeleine McCann
DAILY MAIL: “Madeleine: Four witnesses say they saw suspect pictured in new poster campaign”
“Four key witnesses in the Madeleine McCann investigation could have seen the man shown in a new sketch of a potential suspect, it emerged yesterday”
But there were no witnesses? And “could” and “potential” in one line…
“But four witnesses may have seen the unidentified man - first on the night the three-year-old went missing, then later with named suspect Robert Murat, and finally in Morocco”
“Jane Tanner, who told police she saw a man carrying a child away from the McCanns’ apartment, said she was “80 per cent sure” he was the one depicted in the artist’s impression”
“Isabel Gonzalez, who said she saw Madeleine with a Berber woman in Morocco, said the sketch looked ‘very similar’ to a man she saw immediately after the sighting”
Amanda Mills, 34, from Basildon, Essex, claimed to have spotted a man trying to break into a bedroom window at the Ocean Club in Praia da Luz a week before Madeleine disappeared from the complex.
“Last night she said there are “strong similarities” between the man she saw and the new sketch.
“Nanny Charlotte Pennington’s description of a person she saw with Mr Murat also matches the man shown in the artist’s impression”
DAILY EXPRESS: “New manhunt ‘another diversion by McCanns’”
One Portuguese policeman “stormed”: “The purpose of this exercise by the McCanns is the same as always. It’s another diversionary tactic”
DAILY STAR: “YOU WON’T THROW US OFF THE SCENT”
“Cops blast Maddie sketch as McCann tactic”
DAILY MIRROR: “Madeleine witnesses: This is him”
Witnesses says the sketch cold be a picture of the man they saw. Or it could not be
DEFAMER: Or does the new sketch of the man suspected of snatching young Madeleine McCann look a lot like Killer Bob?
NEW YORK POST: “SKETCHY SUSPECT IN MADDIE MYSTERY”
A picture of the man and he caption: “WANTED – SOUGHT IN KID SWIPE”

Sensational news…………. Latest from Praia da Luz.
Blood found in the McCann apartment was from a man.
The Times revealed on Thursday that the preliminary notes from the headquarters of the Forensic Science Service in Birmingham showed that traces of blood in the apartment had come from a man, not a young girl.
The Laboratório de Polícia Científica in Lisbon on Wednesday indicated that any blood samples were too damaged to be checked against the DNA database of British sex offenders. Scientists have been attempting to recover a better profile.
The Portuguese magistrate in charge of the investigation has now been sent the full report on all the samples recovered as part of a review of the investigation completed with the help of British experts.
It is not known if the possible breakthrough in the investigation is connected with scientific evidence, although detectives are believed to have been monitoring the movements of at least one suspect for some time

I spotted that on the MF by Tiberius7.
The article is from last october and that particular sample of blood was reported to be from a guy who stayed in the apt prior to the NcCanns - he cut himself shaving.
Sorry no links but you can go check out the thread on the MF it’s titled

I dont know if M3 is effective or not. Like many things in this case only time will tell. Yesterday someone mentioned that Gerry was supposed to have bought a new freezer while staying in Portugal. Was this before /close to the time Madeleine went missing otherwise it doesnt in my view have any bearing on the case as anyone who has lived in such climates will tell you is that a freezer is a crucial commodity used even more so than a fridge and if there was the amount of family coming and going as was reported than a natural purchase would of course be a freezer and I am pretty sure someone would have noticed Madeleine in there if that was the case while they were looking for the Hagen Das.

Mrs. Bounty
‘Feck’ is a great word in Irish slang and therefore, imo, perfectly acceptable.
‘I fecked an apple’ simply means ‘I stole an apple’. So, my kittens regularly feck food, this does not mean they have strange sexual practices, but rather that they are just being kittens!!

203 mrs Bounty (a short aside from the McCanns)
Hi! Warn you about kittens!!! Of course not. Yes they are exhausting - especially after enjoying the company of an older more sedate feline like your Prince W and my Leo, but it doesn’t last long and peace will return soon.
OK. I made that last bit up. It should read ‘I hope it doesn’t last long and that peace will return soon’ because half of my possessions are now locked away in wardrobes to save them being demolished. About 10 minutes ago I found one of ours chewing on a really good sable watercolour brush. Kitten been dispatched in disgrace downstairs. Sable brush now in a drawer.
Wonder should I just save time and put kitten in a drawer?

This photo means the McCanns are scared, aren’t they?
How could they be so ridiculous.
Nobody is believing them.

I don’t think coolandcalm is going to be commenting anytime soon on just why she is so convinced that Clarence’s failure to fax the sketch of the alleged abductor to the Spanish police looking for little Mari is perfectly morally acceptable….
””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””’
You are putting words into my mouth in a very devious way inferring that I have said that! Very naughty indeed as I haven’t even commented on that!!
I’m flattered that you think I’m privy to Clarence Mitchell’s inner thoughts but sadly I’m not even privy to his outer thoughts!
BTW how do you know he didn’t fax it? are you privy??
————————————————————————
You had failed to reply to those precise questions which I had addressed to you.
Inferring that you did not propose to reply was perfectly reasonable on those facts.
There was a lengthy discussion last night with our Iberian posters about this precise topic; what a pity that you overlloked it. The Spanish press got the information after the press conference, as did everyone else. There is no evidence of any kind that Clarence provided anything to Mari’s parents and/or the Spanish police.
That presumably is why Mari’s parents want to hire M3. I doubt that anyone has mentioned to them that Metodo 3 did nothing to find Ms Cooper, and that their ‘investigation’ consisted of reading the Daily Mirror….

124 David Pleads With The Moderator Says: January 22nd, 2008 at 10:18 am
What the police are in effect suggesting is that they can show first what happened, then who did what and when to hide the discovery, why they did this, how this was done, where the evidence was removed to temporarily (a neighbouring apartment), that during the following days the same accessories then placed the evidence outside the perimeter of the ongoing searches (they know where), that the temporary disposal site was deemed insecure by the lead party and a more secure and destructive location identified, that weeks later there was a difficulty in retrieving the evidence for permanent relocation, that this required a phone call from the UK to accomplish, that a hire car rented for various purposes was used to transport the evidence for the last time, and so - hey presto! - a perfect narrative backed up by a chain of evidence.
Edit….
The case is - in legal terms - solved.
+++++++++
That’s as plausible a theory as many that get posted here. What it doesn’t address however is the broader high level cover up? What is it about these people, whoever these people may eventually transpire to be, that attracts the financial clout, high powered backing and the almost snivelling acquiescence of the UK media in particular?
In my opinion, there is a story beyond poor Madeleine’s fate. It is this story that has thus prevented Madeleine’s fate from being disclosed, again in my opinion.

Shows how pathetic this McCann Circus is.
M3
Clearly shown to be misinformative and to making ridiculous promises.
Team McCann themselves think they have been “sold a pup”.
Result….they continue the “Contract”.
Reason :
To further the nonsense regarding “Sketchman”.
Expect an extension of their Contract.
