“Mari Luz Cortes vanished on January 13, as she went to buy sweets from a local kiosk in the Spanish town of Huelva, near the border with Portugal. A massive search for the five-year-old is ongoing.
“The disappearance has been linked to that of Madeleine McCann from the Algarve resort of Praia da Luz, although police said they did not think the two cases were connected.
Ms Fitzpatrick yesterday said that her only daughter is “still just a kid”.
“She is only 15 and she has disappeared without trace.”
Amy Fitpatrick was 15 when she vanished after leaving her friend’s house near Feungirola, in Spain, at 10pm on New Year’s Day. She set out on the 20-minute walk to her own house, but has not been seen since.

Meanwhile,the PJ is still awaiting the response of the British authorities concerning the rogatory letters sent to England, asking for new interrogations to the group that spent holidays in Praia da Luz “Till now there is no novelty,” confirmed to the CM source linked to the research.
About this issue, Clarence Mitchell assured that “officially there is no information that PJ wants to interrogate Kate or Gerry.” Nevertheless, “they are willing to cooperate with the authorities in order to speed the investigation,” the spokesman continued, “they want to show to the Portuguese police they have nothing to do with the disappearance of their daughter.”

ITS NOT MY TIMELINE - its most certainly NOT irrelevant. It is P|ROOF that the McCanns public statements are flawed.
They have stated, on a public media outlet, that Tanners sighting was at 9:10, not 9:15 as previously stated.
Gerry was purported to have known that Madeleine was in her bed at 9:10.
Why do you not see the incredible relevance of this?
In the public eye this is most certainly more relevant than anything the PJ might hold - they may NEVER bring this to court, it is therefore vital that do our utmost, howwever small it may be, to prevent the misinformation of the McCanns propogating.

A “diversion” at a “crucial moment”
Police sources, quoted by British and Portuguese Media, said that the sketch released by the McCann was a “diversion”. Criminologist Moita Flores told TV that it’s not a coincidence the new image appears when investigation is at a “crucial point”, with the McCann friends to be questioned again soon. Police expects that more people will be named as formal suspects, as a result of the new questioning.
The request to question again the Tapas Group was made by PJ and addressed to the Public Prosecutor’s Office (PPO) which, after analysing the new evidence submitted by police, gave authorization to proceed with the questioning. On October last year, a formal statement from PPO said that, at the time, there was no new evidence that justified further questioning of the Tapas Group.

The McCanns may have alexitimia, or they may be pretending. Often , Gerry will say like “you can imagine how we felt when she was abducted” because he himself has no idea what that would feel like. He knows that some in the audience have had such trauma, and will indeed imagine that he is feeling that pain. But most people can see that the McCanns are not feeling such pain. Instead they appear to be feeling fear primarily. imho

I too hope Gail Cooper opens her big mouth. I want to know more about that villa 600 yards away from the McCanns apartment! Who owns it, and what is the relation to Jane Tanner?
I also want to know more about Gail’s husband John, two children and the at least one grand-child of 8. Why did the scruffy man ring the bell of their villa? Was he expecting to see John there, but was unnerved to find a giant ugly woman staring at him? And who is SarahCooper, once mentioned as the witness?
Don’t you think Gail is young (50) to be grandmother of an 8 year old? Or was that more “mistakes” by the BBC?
So I hope the Portuguese press goes out to meet her, and asks all sorts of good questions!
It’s an ironic twist that someone who works in the “health field” as a nurse is herself built like a huge jelly globe. On her trip to Portugal she should find time for some jogging like Gerry.
