Madeleine McCann: Gail Cooper Says And Amy Fitzpatrick
MADDYWATCH - Anorak’s at-a-glance guide to press coverage of Madeleine McCann
THE SUN: “Potential Maddie witness snub”
“The British woman who may have seen Maddie McCann’s kidnapper has NOT been quizzed by Portuguese cops”
Gail Cooper says she saw a man. An artist’s impression of the man has been released
Gail, of Newark, Notts, says: “They never contacted me. He must be found, even if it is to rule him out”
IRISH INDEPENDENT: “Mum vows to continue search for missing teen Amy”
“Mari Luz Cortes vanished on January 13, as she went to buy sweets from a local kiosk in the Spanish town of Huelva, near the border with Portugal. A massive search for the five-year-old is ongoing.
“The disappearance has been linked to that of Madeleine McCann from the Algarve resort of Praia da Luz, although police said they did not think the two cases were connected.
Ms Fitzpatrick yesterday said that her only daughter is “still just a kid”.
“She is only 15 and she has disappeared without trace.”
Amy Fitpatrick was 15 when she vanished after leaving her friend’s house near Feungirola, in Spain, at 10pm on New Year’s Day. She set out on the 20-minute walk to her own house, but has not been seen since.

Michael Rivero - What Really Happened.
This guy collects relevant information and puts it together daily. Very relevant and pertinent.
I post this because we have been speaking about the pharma industry being behind this massive campaign.
When you read below what Michael writes about MSGand the food industry (basically same thing) then you will realise that ethics is not even a word to these people - it is simply a bunch of additives bumped together.
I mean people know one should avoid MSG, but how many know why and how much is in our daily bread so to speak.
There are some other causes for the obesity epidemic; causes the mainstream media won’t touch because their advertisers would object.
When you get a chance, rent a DVD of the movie, “The Insider”. Starring Russell Crowe, this film is based on the true story of a tobacco company insider who blew the whistle on the tobacco companies’ addition of chemicals to cigarettes to make them more addictive.
Likewise, US food manufacturers add chemicals to processed food to make people want to eat MORE, in order to sell more product and make more money. Two of the worst are Aspartame and Monosodium Glutamate.
Aspartame is sold as a diet aid and artificial sweetener. But along with its other delitorious health effects, asprtame causes the body to crave carbohydrates! This is why food stores will bundle bottles of aspartame-laced diet sodas with various corn and potato chip products. They know that as you drink the diet soda, you will consume the snack chips.
Monosodium glutamate, or MSG, is marketed as a flavor enhancer, but what it really does is block the neurotransmitters that signal the brain when one has eaten enough. When laboratories need obese rats for medical tests, they will dose the rats with monosodium glutamate. Otherwise the rats would stop eating and refuse to put on weight. Monosodium glutamate is prescribed for elderly patients who are not eating enough.
When you eat food made with monosodium glutamate, you will eat much more than usual, which means you will go back to the store more often to buy more food, driving up the food manufacturer’s profits. Which is fine for them and their shareholders, but you are still eating more than you normally would because of the chemicals added by the food companies, just as cigarette smokers smoked more cigarettes than they normally would have because of the chemicals added by the tobacco companies.
So powerful is monosodium glutamate in making people consume more food that food manufacturers add it to all sorts of products, often concealing it by using alternative names such as “hydrolyzed Wheat Protein”, or even vague descriptions such as “enzymes” and “natural flavorings.” In one ironic case, a low-fat yogurt product specifically targeted at people trying to lose weight was found to be loaded with MSG, which would make the dieter eat MORE of the product. The label did not list MSG specifically, but used the phrase “Enzymes”.
What we need is a new “Insider” who will blow the lid off of the chemicals added to food by food manufacturers for no other purpose than to sell more product, without regard for the health damages that chemically induced overeating can cause.

can’t say no, chloe etc.
what about advertising campaign in the press?
some months ago I remember reading that a fair share of the money was spent buying media space for adverts in newspapers and mags in portugal and spain. Any evidence of that campaign ever happening?
i’m just intrigued because a lot of the money has allegedly been spent in these campaigns, but they don’t seem to be very visible. where is the money going and through which route… ie it can’t be metodo 3.

Thanks for the email with the details.
I personally don’t think GM is changing any times. I think the odd 5 mins here and there are the sort of discrepancies that liars make. It’s not intentional IMO. I don’t think he’s that clever.
The whole evening of May 3 is a ruse IMO. I think they concocted the various stories in a loose - fluid-like manner without really thinking it through properly. I’m not reading too much into the precise times because it makes no sense if I do that. It makes more sense that they didn’t club together properly and come up with a bullet proof alibi in the first place.

If they spent money on posters, it would ruin the whole money laundering operation!

Hi everyone, I’m back - more or less …
338 Saloman ES
I live in Spain and have been in Oporto this weekend. It’s true that I live in the country and also that I went to Portugal for a specific purpose and might well not have seen any posters if there were any. However, it is also true that the only place I’ve ever seen an actual poster was a few months ago at the British consulate in Madrid when I went to renew my passport.

Has anyone currently living or recently visiting Portugal, Spain or Morocco ever seen the famous advertising campaign where the fund was allegedly spent. Has anyone seen any of the famous millions and millions of posters that the McCann team allegedly distributed in Portugal, Spain and Morocco?
I’d be interested to know from anyone living or visiting these countries.

Please ,it is up to you ,in the U.K. ,to show ,to Mr. G.B. ,that you aren’t happy with this all affair !!!

I think it’s interesting that those slushy reports in the newspapers of late claiming that Kate and Gerry are coping differently, Kate at home, gerry at work and at golf etc…….
Wasn’t this what the PJ’s noticed about her diary?
as to her frame of mind around the time on holiday?
Her coping
Him absent?

256 Firestar….. isn’t there some Act of Parliament that means that if someone asks information from a Minister (or his/her dept) that they HAVE to reply unless its covered by Official Secrets Act? I can’t see how MMC could be covered by that.
Has anyone here written to Jacqui Smith’s office to ask? If I could recover my lost multi tasking skills then I would…… but I can’t so I won’t.

coolandcalm. I wrote to Jacqui Smith’s office on Saturday. My mail has been read, but as of yesterday evening, no reply. (Will see when I get home if there’s a reply).

I think there’s some kind of get out clause, something about public interest or predjucing an individual. Someone did ask, there was a link to the reply, can’t remember who, maybe Stevo or TB. Sorry to be vague, it was quite recent though so someone else might be able to steer you in the right direction.

Your time-line is irrelevant just as mine and everyone elses on here is. The only one that matters at the moment is the PJs. Later if their is a trial the defence team(s) also then matter.
Timelines are important and interesting, but lets not start falling into the trap of believing that what we think about the case actually matters.
——————————————
Yes. And No.
Judging from the amount of money Clarrie is getting through, what we think about the case does actually matter to his clients.
Otherwise we would not have had the farce of the high-powered investigation press conference, with Clarrie pretending to be a policeman, and the claimed one million posters, which do seem to be rather noticeable by their absence.
It makes no difference to the PJ’s investigation, other than that Clarrie’s attempts at PR have reinforced the PJ’s belief that Jane Tanner’s testimony is, for all practical purposes, worthless.

One million posters of the Artist Formerly Known As George Harrison being put up across Iberia and North Africa, following a sketch drawn up on the instructions of a 50 year healthcare co-ordinator who is convinced that the Artist Formerly Known As George Harrison was involved in abducting Madeleine McCann last May.
Other than that, not much…
