Madeleine McCann: Gail Cooper Says And Amy Fitzpatrick
MADDYWATCH - Anorak’s at-a-glance guide to press coverage of Madeleine McCann
THE SUN: “Potential Maddie witness snub”
“The British woman who may have seen Maddie McCann’s kidnapper has NOT been quizzed by Portuguese cops”
Gail Cooper says she saw a man. An artist’s impression of the man has been released
Gail, of Newark, Notts, says: “They never contacted me. He must be found, even if it is to rule him out”
IRISH INDEPENDENT: “Mum vows to continue search for missing teen Amy”
“Mari Luz Cortes vanished on January 13, as she went to buy sweets from a local kiosk in the Spanish town of Huelva, near the border with Portugal. A massive search for the five-year-old is ongoing.
“The disappearance has been linked to that of Madeleine McCann from the Algarve resort of Praia da Luz, although police said they did not think the two cases were connected.
Ms Fitzpatrick yesterday said that her only daughter is “still just a kid”.
“She is only 15 and she has disappeared without trace.”
Amy Fitpatrick was 15 when she vanished after leaving her friend’s house near Feungirola, in Spain, at 10pm on New Year’s Day. She set out on the 20-minute walk to her own house, but has not been seen since.

Like I said….it’s like your website business that you link to in here to make money and like the time you sucked in Anorak posters to your poll.
——————————————-
So, Firestar … I need to know … are you the reason I get all this porno mail coming through to my private e-mail address? The very same PC that I used to vote on YOUR poll?

Multitasking, should pay bills before they close down my Internet connection
So it’s mrs Cooper who’s got the MF thread closed
Well I can imagine, many people making remarks about the way she looks, her corpulency, her face, being bribed…..

So far you are right. But I imagine that when it becomes finally clear that there will be no charges, some Antis may turn really angry and nasty…

HELPING TO FIND MADELEINE HAS SUCCEEDED.
Important notice to all users of mirror.co.uk forums
Sadly, due to persistent and serious abuses, we will no longer be hosting discussions regarding Madeleine McCann on this website. We do not take this action lightly, believing this website should be a place for free and frank discussion across the broadest possible range of subjects. But the level of debate on the Maddy forums has gone way beyond what we consider acceptable, with several recent incidents of extremely abusive postings, both against fellow users and the McCanns. We will not tolerate this kind of behaviour from a small handful of malign voices and have taken the unprecedented decision to block all further discussion on the McCanns. We remind all users of our guidelines for mirror.co.uk, which can be found here: http://www.mirror.co.uk/forums Any further abuse of the spirit of this decision will result in users being immediately banned from our website. Mirror.co.uk is a family website. We want to encourage debate, even argument, across our forums. We are confident this decision will be understood and welcomed by the vast majority of our right-minded users.

I was so shocked to see that great MF forum destroyed today. I thought it was a great way to get caught up on the news, though I always posted my thoughts here.
I do remember MF people saying on there that some were departing to the 3arguidos site when they were finding their threads vanished. I couldn’t find the link I used to have to 3arguidos. But if anyone is on here looking for their friends, you may be able to relocated them on there. Does anyone know the link?

I object to people orating over Anorak’s corpse when it seems pretty lively to me.
Probably due to being in hospital; I like to feel that people check for vital signs before nailing down the lid…

MSP RECEIVES AWARD NAMED AFTER SCOTTISH PAEDOPHILE
Immediate 22.00hrs Tuesday 20th February 2007
A LibDem Member of the Scottish Parliament is demanding an award she was given be renamed, after revelations that it was instituted in honour of the co-founder of the Paedophile Information Exchange.
Scottish Liberal Democrat Margaret Smith was presented with the Ian Dunn Award by the Terrence Higgins Trust for her work promoting homosexual perversion. However, she has now demanded the award be renamed. One previous winner was Patrick Harvie MSP, who also wants the name of Ian Dunn excised from memory.
Stephen Green, National Director of Christian Voice, commented:
‘I actually met Ian Dunn just before he died, on a TV show in which we were both participating. I did not know him before, but he came up and introduced himself. He was outwardly a likeable and plausible man, standing some six foot three, but although he was a big man, there seemed to be a void in him. He was emotionally like a child himself, desperately searching for fulfilment. His involvement in paedophilia had of course been well-documented by the time I wrote about it in my own book “The Sexual Dead-End” in 1992.

Apologies to Totje for hijacking your post, but I’m reposting AGW’s post on LIBEL
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&
PLEASE WOULD EVERYONE READ IT!!
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&
agw |
Those of you who been around for a while know that none of the Administrators or Moderators have a group view on the rights and wrongs of anything at all. Occasionally one Moderator or another may make a personal remark and it is generally clear when that is.
Sledgehammer and others have once again discussed the laws of libel. They are simple you may not defame anyone (a tort) if it is untrue. A brief précis of it can found in the Anorak Forum by following the link at the bottom of this.
Take a look and understand that if administrators see an offending remark they will pull it. If they miss it, the consquences for the poster are dire if the person(s) libelled decide to take action. Remember that if you repeat a posting from elsewhere which contains a libel…it is a new and separately actionable libel.
If, when you read the Forum, article you want to comment or question please sign on there and debate off the opinion section.
We do not want to rule this section with a rod of iron but you all know by now the team is made of very stern stuff sometimes.
If it helps at all, know this, no-one is bigger than Anorak, not one of us.
I am proud of what Paul Sorene and the team has built here and if anyone sets out to damage it I will react with a fury and speed not many of you who do not know me can fully appreciate. That not a threat, it is the way it would be.
I think this section and the posters contributing to it are showing a level of cut and thrust most Forums lack and would dearly like to know the secret.
Well done keep it up..but keep it legal. -agw

I’ve been on the MF and can’t remember any particularly shocking stuff on there. When it went down I was reading the thread about embalmimg materials being found in the barn (allegedly). There was a lot of detail on stuff needed for embalming and genuine concern at how the gen public would take it if turned out that they had embalmed their daughter.
