HEATH Ledger is dead. And:
Diana Lee Wolozin — the “masseuse” who discovered Heath Ledger’s body Tuesday and who made three frantic calls to Mary-Kate Olsen before phoning 911 — does not hold a state license to perform massage therapy.
She is not listed on the New York State Education Department’s Web site, which tracks licensed health care professionals. (Licensed massage therapists are supposed to be certified in CPR.)
Practicing massage therapy without a license is a felony; Wolozin could face fines or jail time.
You need a license to rub people?

Just found a bottle of 2004 Merlot hiding in a cupboard.
Now there’s a situation requiring attention.
What should I ring…911?… 999? … ‘C’ for Corkscrew?
No contest.

The normal action for people to do when they see a situation requiring attention, is ring 911. They don’t even have to give their names!!! So, when a famous person is ill, or whatever, why was 911 not called. Heath could have been helped, we do hope so. As for a masseuse being registered don’t know about that one. How do people know she was a masseuse! Heath has gone!

Well politicians rub us all up , and in the completely wrong way.
Should politicians be licensed or licenced depending on which side of the pond…..

I’ve known Diana for years. She’s a decent person. Do any of us know what WE would do in this situation? When my friend, a well-known model, called me and said she turned on the gas in her apartment; I called 911. She was saved, and forcibly hospitalized for 28 days.
Many of our friends thought I messed up by calling the “authorities.” In her case, the story ended happily.
But life is messy; and sometimes, we are not our brothers’ keepers.

That is just outrageous, laws being twisted against a concern citizen.
why is there no law for lying so that we could go to war??? If she is paying
