in my mind the whole reason the mccs want their arguido status lifted is because they see so many money making schemes, not for everyone to concentrate on finding maddie. We would have seen so much more of them on shows like oprah if they werent gagged. It must be so frustrating for them, but imo better for us!

I have another idea for an Oprah interview of the McCanns.
Previously I suggested that the McCanns be silent. This time I suggest that Oprah be silent. The special host of the show would be the PJ. They would ask the McCanns all the questions unanswered in Portugual, plus some really tricky new questions.
The show would actually be the interrogation! That might be some great reality TV.
At the end of the show, the McCanns are handcuffed and led away.
I’m of course exaggerating, but I do have some great ideas for a show. I hope Oprah gets in touch with me soon.

Question for Mods & Admin
Would it be permissible for people who have information in a foreign language and wish to either quote or link it to simply give a brief summary of what it says, rather than translating the whole thing?
I am a professional translator and I can assure you that, for anyone who is not used to translating (however fluent they may be in the language), it is not easy. Neither is it easy to translate into a language that is not your own. I have lived in Spain for thirty years. I live practically my entire life in Spanish, which I speak and write fluently. However, even I find it a challenge to translate into Spanish (as opposed to writing an original text in it).
I say this because I feel that we are losing a lot of valuable information as a result of the ban on foreign language quotes/links.

It’s called a logical supposition. Was there any other way for the PJ to make an absolute confirmation that the pig farmer was the man Gail Cooper met? The PJ said they were sure, after talking to the man. What more do you want? Unless you choose to distrust the PJ. Then I agree it is not proven.
I guess the PJ needed to be more explicit for all those skeptical British empiricists, but, alas, they are not able to quote the man. Thus, they simply said that they have confirmed that the pig farmer is the man that frightened Gail Cooper.
BTW, that reminds me of a joke an old friend once told me. He said “the sun never sets on the British empire, and it never rises for the British empiricists”. Very funny, don’t you think? Which author do you prefer, Locke or Leibniz?
