I am vain of whom he was the same man and it would never pardon me if it will have some thing to see with the Madeleine “, affirmed one of the British. If you require a Law Lord to tell you wrong from right, I suggest you ask the Danny DeVitto school of law, correspondence degree for a refund along with your fellow student Ian. Anyone who thinks law has anything to with morality in this day and age, is rather quaint. Perhaps if you could confine your extremely limited grasp of play ground law to post 39, perhaps that is also a sandwich to advanced for the pair of you.

I find myself actually agreeing with something garthy has said (squirms uncomfortabley )
If any one were reading through today’s posts it has been those who suspect the mcc’s of involvement in maddies dissapearence that seem to be closed to debate.
Which actually i don’t understand - because I think that they/we have the most ‘evidence’ (and i do use that term loosely ) to suport that veiw.

I also reciprocate respect, in terms of your not holding the PJ in high regard. Also you are much more of a challenge in debate (and therefore rewarding!) than some.
The ’some’ banging on about ‘no evidence’ (which is untrue) and sticking to the slightly narrow agenda of the three possible scenarios that could have led to a tiny tots going missing (namely ‘abduction abduction and abduction’) does draw out the worst in me!
However, there is definately a ‘conspiracy’ (not a ‘conspiracy theory’) wrapped around the McCanns designed primarily to defend them and NOT to find their daughter or the (in my opinion ‘fantastical’) abductor.
The proof of this was Clarences response to the possibility that the pig farmer might be suspect and might be the man in a sketched ’second hand’ impression. He immediately declared that this wasnt the man. He did NOT want the distraction ended so quickly. If they were seriously looking for an abductor they’d have taken a much more considered approach - ‘we will investigate this person’ might have been a better response. Or perhaps even a short delay whilst they consulted with the actual witness!
Every day further perceptual evidence emerges to expose the real agenda, the wider agenda that is at work here.
I have no conspiracy theory, I think its a fact that the McCanns have always and will always be seeking primarily to defend themselves, not to find their child.
The futher conspiracy theories regarding the disposal of her body are a natural consequence built on the foundation of suspicions born from the attempts to distract from the fundamental cause of Madeleines fate - they didnt look after her.
The McCanns could remove at a single stroke many suspicions if they were to fully openly and honestly accept that they should NOT have left her exposed to risks and these risks were manifold, not limited to the most unlikely of all, stranger abduction.
They will not admit it, ever.

I agree with you that we have to keep all options open.
But you can’t say the PJ has been “still unable to bring charges” without adding that the arguidos do what they can to delay them, since they don’t answer the questions, hire a lawyer specialised in extradition, and get the help of a self-appointed sheriff to criticise the PJ and do a parallel inquiry. You have to acknowledge the PJ doesn’t get full cooperation from them.

Evidence will arrive if and when charges are ever brought. Charges will be brought if and when it suits Portuguese authorities. You meanwhile have no evidence to support your incessantly repeated claptrap.
Irrespective of what you may think about the “evidence”, the McCann’s, and/or their friends and possibly by now some of the their family, know rather more about the events leading up to and following Madeleine’s disappearance than has currently come to light, in my opinion.
