Anorak Supports Ron Paul, Apparently
I just took the electoral compass USA test and came out closest to Ron Paul and furthest from Mike Huckabee…

Ron Paul is the only choice
Have you noticed how he has been totally excluded from the editorial content of every British newspaper? That alone should get peoples’ attention because the silence in the UK media is deafening. The Ron Paul movement is the biggest political grassroots movement in modern political history and yet the British media has totally ignored it.
Something tells me they have something to be very very scared of (The political and media establishment) They are terrified that the British people might get wind of subjects as esoteric as sound monetary policy, commidity backed money that can be saved without being eroded by inflation, how the government lies about the true rate of inflation using fraudulent stastistics such as the CPI (‘comedy’ price index) how inflation is used as a stealth tax to steal our savings, how government uses inflation to pay for itself and its grandiose salaries and pensions.
It really is time the British people paid attention to Ron Paul.
The first thing you can do is complain to the BBC and ask them why Ron Paul has been totally edited out of their election coverage, despite having beaten Guiliani and Thompson in several of the early primaries.
If you think we have a free and open press in the UK……..Think again. The entire media is owned and controlled by corporate and special interests.

I was set to vote for John McCain until I seen that he has voted several time for illegals and against the VA. And I mena alot of times. I got to checking into Hillary’s voting record, and it was the same way. Then I checked into Ron Paul’s voting record, and seen for myself, that he is saying the exact same thing as he votes.
Romney, Rudy, and Huckabee have all flip-flopped on issues in the last few years. So they’re out. Obama, though he was close to my views, I feel doesn’t have the economical experience that Ron Paul has.
So I’m stuck. I am voting for a person who probably doesn’t have a chance to win the election. But the more I think about it. Even if I did vote for someone who has a better chance of winning (as if it is a football bet), my one single vote isn’t going to change the oucome of the election. So I guess I will have to vote my conscious and vote for Ron Paul. At least, whether he wins or loses, I can say I voted for who I thought would be best.

Just remember one thing – Ron Paul for the Long Haul! Only Ron Paul will cut spending by 50%. Like to get half of the taxes you paid the government back? Want to stop paying taxes on tips? On Social Security? On ALL savings? On capital gains (of which you’ll finally HAVE some)? Read the 4 point economic stimulus plan outlined by Ron Paul at http://www.ronpaul2008.com/Prosperity to find out more!

There is, simply put, not another candidate — in ANY Party — that can match hnim point -by- point on their record !
The Leading Democrats are ALL freshmen in politics (Each a First-Term Senator and one was only the wife of a President…no matter how much she rails) and each of their records while in office is nothing to brag about. Their Rhortic only amounts to so much dust in the wind.
The dwindling list of remaining Republicans – all but one that can’t afford to fill their bus’ fuel tanks — are simple shadows of the Democrats in Deed & Sound!
Smaller, less intrusive Government. .
More Personal Responsiblity and Freedoms . .
NO Wars started by U.S.!
….but we’ll defend ourselves to the last soul if attacked or Invaded!
Congressman… Doctor…. Ron Paul:
The United States’ ONLY Hope for a sound future !!

I don’t know anyone who has actually looked into his record and policies that has not become a supporter.
The down side is that people don’t look into him. The media tells them he is a long shot, but he can only be a long shot if we don’t get the word out and vote for him.
My brother is a Major in the Marines. He has been to many places and fought in wars. He always tells me “Don’t believe anything you hear and only half of what you see from the media”.
The reason we are so passionate is because his message is the same as the Founding Fathers, they had an idea, and fought to make it a reality. It is America, it is what The Statue of Liberty stands for, what her torch lights the way to. It is what we as America have drifted from and that Ron Paul supporters want to get back to!
You should watch the youtube video “Ron Paul: A New Hope”

If you put aside all the slurs you’ve heard about Ron Paul, and really look at his voting record, or read his speeches, you’ll realize that he’s the only anti-war, anti-government candidate running.

I read what people want and don’t want in blogs and it seems that everyone wants Ron Paul whether they know it or not.
