McCann is a very common name, try Glasgow phone directory, they can’t all be related.

Yet many are related.
We can turn the problem on its head, and pose it this way. Of all the names in the phone directory, about how many groups of relations do they form? (each group consisting of relations that are unrelated to McCanns in other groups of relations).
The other thing is that if you have been given two of these names from the book, and there was a pressing need to know or confirm whether or not they were relations, this could be done fairly easily. But no one bothered checking out the “Mrs McCann” owner of Apartment 5a. Except of course the PJ. But they are not saying anything, and may not get the chance to ever.

It has been stated by the lady in question that they are not related.
There was also further confusion over the name with regard to a now dead MP, whose living son was very upset to find he had a ‘brother’ in one of the good doctors.
Because the name is the same it does not follow they are related, and when claiming they are we need proof.

I also find that I see things within interviews that I didn’t notice before.
Body language, they say, gives a myriad of signs out which are contradictory to what the person is saying. I’ve been watching the youtube clips, with no sound - got no speakers on the works computer - and just watching K&G reactions ………………. horrible.
And I still can’t get over the chop, whoosh movement of Kate in that dreadful documentary …..
Just IMO, but am so uncomfortable with it.

I very much doubt that Kate had been to Portugal before. Also, the McCanns didn’t go on the Greece trip with other T9 members. However, as I understand it, the Greece trip was the reason for choosing a MW resort.
Also, in your previous post, you’re confusing Fiona Payne with Rachel Oldfield. Fiona Payne is blond and is Dianne Webster’s daughter. Rachel Oldfield is very dark (I’ve forgotten her maiden name but I checked on it at the time and it appears to be Indian).

Satire cleared over McCann sketch
Rory Bremner’s Channel 4 show has been cleared by broadcasting watchdogs after viewers complained over an “offensive” reference to missing Madeleine McCann.
Ofcom received 63 complaints over a Bremner, Bird and Fortune sketch that suggested politicians might use the disappearance to win an election.
“Whilst perhaps painful for some viewers to have been reminded of Madeleine McCann’s disappearance, we concluded the suggestion that politicians might consider cynically using such an event to their advantage justified the inclusion of such a reference in this satirical sketch.”
Jacqui Smith is clearly using this case to her advantage if her department has lost the rogatory letters from PJ!

I don’t think she has been. I thought his blog said they had been to Greece as a group, but I’m fairly sure it was the Oldfields or one of the Tapas 7 who’d been before, not necessarily to that resort though.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm. Neither of those happened.
I think the PJ can ask them to go back to Portugal, but I suspect that the extradition lawyer, (PInochet’s ? ) would probably find someway of stopping that from happening. They have powerful friends / supporters.
Local opinion her in deepest Wales is that they are guilty as hell. And everyone is soooooo fed up of it. Really, really wish we could have closure of this. For poor Madeleine’s sake.
Best of luck with the job hunting - it’s not much fun is it? Why can’t people understand, lots of money, not many hours and 3 hour lunches. Whassa problem with that?

Morning everybody from sunny Wales - for a change!!!!
Been busy the past few days, but have dropped in to keep an eye on the not very much happenings.
See that the Home Office may have managed to lose the file on the McConns. I trust the PJ, being more efficient than anything Britain has to offer, have a duplicate file ready to FedEx over.
Still wondering how much more rope the McConns are going to be allowed. Have never, ever heard of two suspects being allowed so much room to manouver as these two. Bloody unbelievable.
And the fact that they seem to be able to pluck “abductors pictures” out of thin air. They don’t seem to care how many innocent people they point the finger at, as long as its not pointed at them.
Read an earlier posting re Ann / Christine. Like others here I enjoyed her posts and would like to have their insight on the next possibility. They have been spot on with some of the prophecies…….
