Teenage Student Moves In With RE Teacher
“GIRL of 16 moves in with her RE teacher, aged 49.”
Mr Clive Richards is pictured in the Daily Mail.
He has been married three times. Jess Anderson has not been married, but is believed to be in line for some favourable GCSE grades, not least of all, one imagines, in the scriptures.
The Mail says Richards has refused to comment. But no comment is a comment, and verily he sayeth unto the scribes: “We have done nothing wrong.”
For it is written out 100 times…

The Brits don’t get the handle on sexual grooming via education, they’ve missed out on lessons learned in Utah, they also employ sex offenders routinely in their schools, they use to send them to Africa or Australia, in the 1920s, they had to do a re-think on that.
The global stereotype of the Brit teacher as pedophile is more than a little justified. In Ohio a teacher that fails to report sex abuse gets arrested, in the UK, a headteacher who doesn’t cover-up sex abuse, doesn’t have a career. It is that English thing they do.

Excellent point regarding crminals. Of course, linking with the slightly busier McCann thread, they are always referring to the value of their house, their jobs, their salaries etc.

The Mail article tells us 1) the estimated value of her parent’s house 2) her father’s profession (the ubiquitous noughties ‘property developer’) and 3) the estimated monthly rental of the cottage that they live in. Can someone please enlighten me as to why the Mail feel that these ‘facts’ are in any way relevant to the story? Do we have a new middle class parameter - that something is made worse if it happens to people whose homes are worth in excess of £500,000.

An interesting point you make Shield of Truth re value of property = value of worthiness personally.
On the other side some fraudulent criminals own masses of property, wonder how the Daily Mail value them?
